Enjoyed our stay but hot in room. Staff kindly gave us a fan but still difficult to sleep as only 1 opening window. Good meal in restaurant at a fair price. Good choices in the bar. Staff attentive and efficient.

Room clean and as described. Great value. It was an extraordinarily hot night. Only one window opened. Staff did provide a fan but still difficult to sleep Ate at Fat Badger restaurant. Menu on the small side but something for everyone. I really enjoyed my food, as did our guests. Good value and would eat there again. Bar has lots of choice. Service good. Overall a very pleasant overnight stay.

Found the hotel pokey and grubby not at all what was expected, the staff were dull and uninterested as was breakfast… All in a tacky hotel matching the waiters shirt.

Lovely bedroom very Modern clean comfortable bed. Didn't like the long walk down the fire stairs from the carpark and even more steps to the back door to the hotel though way to the reception.

We stayed with our two kids (5 and 2) in the montpellier suite on the 3rd floor. Our rooms were beautifully furnished and included a full kitchen and living room. Two rooms had a private bath and one room had a hall bathroom that worked well for guests. The location was perfect walking distance to all the things we wanted to see in Harrogate. While there was some late night noise from the pub, only the street facing room had any noticeable impact. I would recommend it for a family holiday or for a romantic weekend away where you want to have access to do some of your own cooking.

Pleasant staff, lovely building and great location. Room was immaculate and parking is reasonable! Definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at the White Hart hotel. I booked a deluxe double room and that's just what we got. Our room was in the Montpellier House nextdoor to the hotel. It was very private and quite. The room was recently refurbished and done to a high standard. We will be returning.

This is our second visit to the hotel. Staff was very polite and very helpful. unfortunately the room we were given on second visit wasn't suitably to stay in so we asked to swop rooms which wasn't any problem to them and the nice young lady at the reception desk sorted us out straight away. she gave us a room above the restaurant and there was a function on in the evening and was a little noisy. If we was to return to Harrogate in the near future wouldn't consider staying in this hotel again.

We had a great stay at this lovely place. I had read mixed reviews and to be honest I was a little worried … there was no need we booked a deluxe king room. The room was large, very clean, bed extremely comfortable … fantastic location. We had drinks in the fat badger pub which is always great. The breakfast was very good and the brasserie itself was nicely set out and very clean. We will be definitely staying again. Great stay …

Stayed in one of their four post bed rooms. The bathroom could do with modernisation. The hotel was quite noisy so didn't get a good night's sleep. You are charged to park in their car park overnight (feel this should be included in the price) and was full as non residents can pay to use the car park. The bar Fat Badger was great though. Good selection of gins and cocktails, and their bar nibbles were great.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Room was great. The bar was great. Breakfast could have been a bit better (overdone bacon; and the poached eggs on toast actually came on fried bread)

Visited the White Hart to attend the gym facilities. Staff are friendly and warm welcoming. Great facilities.

Just back from an overnight stay in the 4 bed appartment for a friends 30th birthday & wow the place was amazing. Nice big living space for us all to sit have a drink & some snacks before heading out to town which the appartment was nicely situated for the local pubs, restraunts bettys etc. Bedrooms toilets & en suites were all nice clean & tidy aswell just really cant find a fault in our stay at all.

Lovely hotel rooms modern and clean. Staff very polite and nothing is too much trouble for them. Food was excellent. We would go and stay there again enjoyed it.

Excellent hotel, good parking, clean modern room, large flat screen TV with Netflix. Lovely bar and restaurant on site. Great location and great value for money.

The rooms are nice enough, however the staff were pretty ignorant/unhelpful and the room itself was very loud during the night — being directly above the bar area with little in the way of sound proofing the with music and bass traveling through the walls making it feel exactly the same volume as the bathrooms in a loud nightclub. For some perspective the noise was around 70db which is about the volume of a vacuum cleaner 1m away.

Really nice hotel, great location for shopping, restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed, decent sized room and well stocked bathroom. Shower was a bit ropey, leaked and set way too far down for anyone over 4 foot tall! Polite staff, great bar downstairs. Would recommend.

Nice clean rooms. Looks like everything has been updated, but still has a few original historic charms. Breakfast is good, buffet is just ok compared to others in the area.

Great food, great service and nice clean rooms. Can't believe the £10 fee to park on hotel property on top of room rate. Would have returned until we checked out and were charged this.

Had a one night stay here bed and breakfast. The hotel is very stylish, extremely clean and the full Yorkshire breakfast was delicious. The only thing that was a negative was the size of the bedroom, it looked much bigger in the photos on the website, also our bathroom had a shower only and no bath. Would highly recommend this hotel as it is also in a perfect location for the centre of lovely Harrogate.

Rooms are small but beautifully furnished & decorated. Staff very friendly & helpful. I left some items in a drawer & these were returned to me promptly after Rachael had confirmed that I am who I said I was!

Comfortable and opulent hotel. Be careful staying in the serviced apartments, some of them have no en suite the bathroom is instead across the hall. Others have no shower, simply the bath. Staff however were very attentive.

The hotel itself is lovely. However, the"Deluxe Double Room" was tiny, had no air conditioning, had windows that opened onto noisy kitchen extractor fans and was really hot and uncomfortable. When I complained, I was offered a fan and that was it. The toilet paper in the bathrooms is cheap and poor quality and our bathroom had a seizure-inducing light. Finally, the hotel charges an extraordinary£10/day parking charge for guests. When paying £185 for a tiny room on a board-only basis, the parking charge is a real stinger. On the positive side, the residents' lounge is a nice facility and the bar is very good and makes a good cocktail.

Excellent accommodation with on site parking. The rooms are very stylish and clean. The breakfast was delicious and well received after a busy nights drinking. The attached bar (the Fat Badger) also sells fantastic bar food and a great range of ales and beers. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, very nice pub area in the Fat Badger, however the function rooms were a little lacklustre with high priced drinks (only bottled soft drinks were available at a premium price! ). Service was good though, and the food at the event was well prepared.

Centrally located with private parking this is a relaxed and elegant place to spend time for work or pleasure. Great restaurant, good vegiterian selection and deserts to die for. Very attentive staff always willing to go that little further.

My friend and I stay every year when visiting a show. Bedrooms are lovely and have been updated, the Fat Badger has a nice friendly atmosphere and we enjoy having a bar meal. It is also situated vey close to the town centre.

Lovely food, however poor service and inattentive staff for the most part. Of you have three hours spare to have have lunch then you won't have a problem.

I was very disappointed in the accommodation we were given when we spent a couple of nights at The White Hart. The room was too hot (no fans or air conditioning). The bed was far too big for the room, it was also uncomfortable. The curtains had the appearance of black-out curtains. In all the room was dowdy and in need of a face-lift. On reflection we should have rejected the room before unpacking. This is a great shame because we enjoyed the restaurant both the atmosphere and quality of the food and The Fat Badger.

Stayed for 3 days. It is a very clean and friendly hotel. Staff very helpful, room was very clean. Only down side not enough usable sockets in room and no razor power point in bathroom.

Went for tea and dinner in the same day. Better scones than the Ritz. Some issues with dinner, our dishes got muddled up with another table. This was sorted out quickly though. Good food and friendly service. Next time I'm in harrogate I'll be staying here.
