Fabulous stay, staff are so professional and friendly. They couldn’t do enough to make my mothers birthday special. Food great. Room marvellous with incredible track facing views (specific to room booking). Cleanliness and presentation excellent. Reception so welcoming and helpful. My only downfall would be that the ladies on reception in the spa are not as helpful or friendly as the rest of the hotel.

The perfect Birthday weekend stay. Can not recommend enough. Spa — relaxing and a perfect addition to our stay with fantastic treatments. Staff very friendly, great massage however, it was very busy so couldn’t get a locker key upon arrival, couldn’t go into sunroom even though we had a booking and changing room was extremely busy and uncomfortable after a relaxing time. Please note to take flip flops as they no longer supply slippers.

Our second visit to the hotel 1st time for my partners birthday in July 2021 second time for a 3 night stay for our wedding anniversary! a fantastic hotel with great families friendly personnel service worth paying for a track side room or bidding for one Bryan & Tony.

Just got back from a two day spa break. The staff were fabulous in every department. We had a fabulous massage and lovely facials. The Meditation room and Hot tub were the highlights for me. The food and Cocktails were amazing, and the Mixologist Izzy was highly entertaining, had a fab time!

Amazing room, clean and sleek and the food is good and good portion on burgers too, good chunky burgers!

Lovely staff after noon tea was delicious. The light room was my favourite as I wanted to go to the Barbados so just laid on my sun bed dreaming. First time of having a massage bit painful but worth it. The hot tub was so warm and relaxing. Definitely recommend thank you.

I’ve been here a couple of times and the spa is a peaceful, relaxing and lovely place to be. The staff are all very kind and friendly. My recent visit was amazing, as I got to spend the day relaxing with my sister. The only negative was a cranial massage given by a male therapist felt like a deep tissue sports massage and was not a pleasurable experience at all. I did tell him it was very painful on my neck and shoulders, but he did persist somewhat. I’m still aching a few days later. This would not stop me from returning though.

Booked my wife’s birthday surprise here. Extremely helpful staff lady named Paula helped me make it perfect. Everything was as expected, very helpful and lovely time as usual with our visits here. Upgraded to a suite and was worth it. Large room with an amazing view. Can never fault it here.

We’ve been coming here now for a few years, A lovely place to relax, it’s so quiet and peaceful, it has a lovely hot tub on the balcony facing the driving track, (which is out of service today) the staff are brilliant, they are very accommodating, friendly, helpful and very polite, ***** food is lovely too.

My friends and I were there for a weekend gate away to celebrate the 40th birthday of one of us. We had an amazing time. Friendly environment, awesome facilities, great bar, massive rooms. Just name it. I recommend this hotel any time any day.

Hotel right opposite Mercedes World. It's a nice enough hotel (only went for lunch so can't comment on rooms), lovely friendly spa and really delicious Sunday roast in the restaurant with very friendly staff (were incredibly helpful with our 1 year old). Big lounge with huge TV showing the GP. I'm pretty sure the only people who use this are for Mercedes World as there's nothing else around. Good view of the cars going round the track too!

Beautiful hotel, the spa/jacuzzi was amazing, we got the body brushing treatment which was alright, if a but odd. Next time will get a full body massage. The room was amazing, very comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Not too far from a big M&S and Tesco which was helpful as we forgot swimsuits. Definitely will return here! Restaurant has outdoor seating which was lovely in the summer evening.

My wife and I spent a couple of nights here as part of our honeymoon. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful! We had one of the suites and honestly it was larger than our flat! Very well appointed and very comfortable! The view of the Mercedes track from the spa hot tub was also pretty cool! Would be more than happy to stay there again!

Absolutely perfect stay. I booked a nights stay for my mums 60th and we just had the perfect time. At check-in the staff were so friendly and helpful. They were able to assist with the balloons and decorations we wanted to put out for my mums birthday and gave us all the information we needed to know. When we arrived in the room, there was a beautiful Happy Birthday plate with some sweet treats for my mum, which was a really nice surprise and a lovely touch. The spa facilities were lovely and clean. The staff were again friendly and our massages were amazing. After a relaxing time in the spa we were able to get ready in our nice rooms. Dinner… the food… literally amazing. Couldn’t fault the staff or the quality of food at all. Since visiting, I have not stopped telling people about how good our stay was and honestly feel like it was such good value for money!

I’m not sure about the food, I have only eaten once and I’m a bit reluctant to try again. The other issue was two guys came in to change my pillows and the stink of BO left in my room took half an hour to get rid of it. Honestly, on that last point I’ve never ever smelt such bad BO. The rooms are nice as is the setting but it’s a bit isolated so if you don’t like the food your in for a drive.

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff. The drinks are quite expensive and we were disappointed that the spa only had the one hot tub which had people queuing to go in. Other than that it was a very nice place and the overall experience was a good one. Well definitely visit again.

I’m only going on the food experience so the five star based on that alone. An empty plate always tells a story. The staff were very pleasant and courteous, a must for the more demanding a client. It is situated a touch out of the way but I’d encourage an Uber to enjoy the fine wine on offer. Of course not forgetting the neat little touch of a celebration shot. Well done for that. Impeccably clean, well managed and customer service clearly at the fore. Will I visit again? Yes, I’ll probably book in as a guest just to see if the rest of the service is on par which I’m sure it is.

Best room. Best breakfast. Best lunch and dinner. I really liked it. In fact I loved it.

Just returned back from a lovely 2 night break. Dinner was included on one night of our package and the food was amazing — staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for you. Totally recommend.

Can't fault the hotel on anything. Staff, accommodation, food, and facilities are all excellent. The breakfast is the best I have had in any hotel, even better than the Savoy in London. The place to go for corporate events.

Very modern hotel, relatively nice staff, high price, not 100% sure about the cleanliness of the rooms, I'd have expected a little more for the steep price. Also, the shower in the bath room is prone to flood the room. Food prices are way to expensive. Mercedes-World Brooklands is nearby, which I cannot recommend enough. Overall an enjoyable, if not perfect stay.

I have been going to the Brooklands Hotel for years and have done full and half day Spa’s at the Brooklands which have been very nice. But they have just started a new policy of not letting you have a robe if you are there for just one treatment which I do think is penny pinching. I was there for an 80 minute massage and then had lunch in the hotel restaurant with a friend so did spend quite a bit of money on this visit. Next time I might have to look elsewhere as this has taken away the special experience feel it did have there.

Very nice experience for my friend's birthday. I bought the package that included lunch, 5 hours in the spa, including 2 treatments. The cranial massage and facial were both lovely. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. There is a very nice Jacuzzi on a balcony overlooking Brooklands and all the cars practicing. Only issue is that it is quite a limited spa, with just one Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and seating area. It could do with a pool otherwise you start to get bored!

We had a really lovely weekend away and will stay again! The facial was AMAZING, honestly the best I have had even though it was only half an hour. Meditation room is so lovely and would recommend booking it for a session. Food was really good and room was fine, my only criticism was we were on the first floor and there were no net curtains so anyone could see in and the view of the car park was not the nicest!

Lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Food was of a high quality and staff were very attentive! Use of spa was lovely although the outdoor hot tub can get quite busy. Enjoyed my stay.

Wouldn’t recommend or hurry back. Arrived on Friday and the hot tub wasn’t working. Should of been informed before we got to the hotel. Customer service was very poor. Didn’t have our room cleaned all weekend. The spa it’s self weren’t great if it was just me and my husband there u wouldn’t of been able to go in the steam room or sauna together as they r separated only thing u could do was use the hot tub which wasn’t fixed till 3.30 the Saturday afternoon. Was very disappointing. The reception order us a taxi to go to a local pub as drink where far to expensive. When the cab turned up his was rude and double charged us because they ordered him from Weybridge not our fault. Some of the staff would just stand and look at you before coming over to serve you leave you waiting for a while shame we wasted a weekend away from the kids to have this poor experience.

We stayed overnight in a suite as part of a spa package. The room was amazing. The beds are really comfortable and the breakfast selection was great. Excellent value for money. Only downside was the spa didn't have a swimming pool.

Loved this place, lovely decor, very modern and clean. Apart from cobwebs In the dining area, could not understand if it just did not have dust in a very long time, or possibly part of the decor? Great facilities no swimming pool, jacuzzi outside would be great for the warmer days/nights but deffo not for the winter. Great stay here will definitely go back.

Loved our short stay at this hotel. Worth every penny. Great service. Lovely amenities. Only thing that was a bit of a downer was the hot tub. Too small for the amount of guests who'd like to use it.

Brilliant hotel, very clean, modern fixtures and fittings. Very quick check in with extremely friendly staff. Had a great meal in the grill and bar restaurant. Lovely self service breakfast with lots of choice and very tasty too. All in all a great stay and would certainly recommend to others.

The hotel with its spa is massively overrated and certainly a terrible value for money. Everything is expensive and you should be prepared for imaginative extra costs (see below). Small spa, constantly busy hot tub, not functioning steam room to name a few of the shortcomings. Very family un-friendly, children had to sit in the room for the entire time since literally there's nothing for them to do in the hotel. Gym room was ok. Restaurant was good, although shockingly we were charged for the tray plate of 4 slices of bread with butter and olives (called "bread basket") which we thought was served as a compliment. Outrageous! Burger we ordered were insanely salty, had to carry water to the kids the whole night :) When asked if we could check out from the hotel an hour later just to plan our travel better, we were told it will cost us £20 an hour. On the good side, the staff was very polite and friendly although clearly they are best placed to serve business customers rather than tourists or leisure travelers. The hotel and the room was generally in a good condition. For the money we paid for 1 night we could have had a better experience for 2-3 nights elsewhere!

A 5 star hotel with 6 star staff. Ok simply cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Polite, attentive, hard-working and considered. I am a frequent visitor and highly recommend the Brooklands for both business and pleasure.

The hotel Is very modern and clean. Large comfy beds, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. We attended the hotel for 3 Christmas parties over the last 5 years and it always provided a great venue for the evening/night.

Paid £320 for a luxurious couples spa day. Utter rubbish. Massage was good but there was nothing couples about it. We were taken to different rooms for our fairly basic massages treatments that lasted a little over an hour. We were not offered a drink once. When our treatments were finished we were just sent back to reception even though we had paid extra to use the other facilities. These were all separate for both men and women so you couldn’t use the sauna or steam room together. There were no robes in the changing rooms you had to ask nicely at reception so this meant putting your clothes back on a walking through to the spa reception. After we had taken our separate sauna and steam we wanted to use the hot tub over the race track. Unfortunately it was too busy. We spent about 2hrs there. That’s a half day apparently and didn’t spend more than 20 minutes of that together. It’s not very Mercedes Benz. Luckily their cars are better. I’m lucky enough to have spent time in hotels all over the world not always on spa days but when I have all have been 100% better than brooklands hotel and spa. I tried to complain I asked for the manager was told I was speaking to the manager to them be told I wasn’t speaking to the real manager and that I would get a call. Call never came. Rubbish avoid.

Nice room, good restaurant and leisure facilities. Great for staying in when you are working in the offices around. However, it is very far away from everything else, so not the place to stay if you are looking to go out and explore.

Excellent modern hotel with fantastic facilities, friendly staff and lovely decor. The room was stunning overlooking the Mercedes Benz test track and finished to an exceptionally high standard. Good bars and restaurant. Had both evening meal and breakfast buffet which were both very well prepared and presented.

The rooms are very modern. I recommend the standard deluxe rooms with a bathtub as they are bigger. The dinner and breakfast at the 1906 grill and bar were absolutely fantastic topped with an even better service by Dario. The sandwiches that came with the afternoon tea was slightly stale, but Dario was happy to bring us some new ones although to me they were still just as stale. Some of the staff had a bit of an attitude problem but this did not take away from the amazing time we had especially at the spa where we received impeccable service from Jasmine and chloe. All in all my partner and I had a lovely time and will definitely come back again.

Lovely weekend away here. Booked the fast and fabulous package, and I would say it offers good value for money. Food in the restaurant was good, but couldn't say it was anything special. Spa is nice, if not a little small. All hotel guests have access to the hot tub, so can get a little busy. For some real relaxation book the meditation room. Treatments were really good! Rooms are nice and spacious, with huge comfy beds. All in all great for a getaway weekend!

Brooklands is a wonderful and sophisticated hotel that makes you feel most welcome. The rooms are well sized and well equipped. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel most at home.

We decided to have dinner at the Hotel's restaurant for the evening. The waiters were extremely kind and swift, food came to us very quickly, but at no expense of deliciousness. The food was gorgeous and extremely tasty. Highly recommended!

Stayed for one night and had a spa treatment. Both very enjoyable. Ate in the 1907 Restaurant, which some may consider expensive, reading the other reviews. If you've on a budget then maybe this place isn't for you. Sadly quality comes at a price, don't just look just at the food, it's the ambiance, staff and the way the food to cooked. Five star in my mind. Staff have a international feel, all who we found to be friendly and helpful, well most, the reception staff seemed a bit stressed and didn't direct us to where the lift was and which direction our room was, but hey, we're forgiving peps! Staff in the Spa were really nice and our facial treatments were fab. Sadly forgot to take the cossy for a dip in the hot hub, we'll save that for next time!

Great location, great room. However, as someone who works in the travel industry and has stayed in many many hotels around the world I have NEVER experienced such a rude member of staff as I experienced there. Also food is overpriced, first choices from the menu were unavailable, draft beer was unavailable, and this is a first for me, we were informed the kitchen had closed while we were still eating dinner, because the chef decided to go home? In their defence we were offered a 20% discount on the meal but nothing can compensate for the rude front desk staff who ruined an excellent day in Mercedes World and Brooklands Museum. I cannot recommend this place to anyone until they improve their recruitment and management.

This hotel was awesome. Booked n reserved for my birthday, me n my partner had an awesome time. The hot tub has some amazing views overlooking the Mercedes day test track, and a beautiful sun set. Hotel was very clean, rooms were modern n sophisticated. And the food was good. Only thing stopped it getting 5 stars. I would of expected something a little different on the menu. Over all excellent stay.

Stayed overnight for a friends wedding last year, and is one of the nicest hotels ive ever stayed in. Extremely comfortable bed and huge windows to look out of in the morning. The breakfast was great and a waiter quickly helped us move inside when we came under attack from a very persistent wasp. Couldnt recommend highly enough — I need another good excuse to head down that way so I can stay again.

Not at all happy with this hotel's customer service! We stayed there last night, we also ate in their restaurant (menu was very short on choice and also very expensive for what you got) so spent a lot of money. We had booked online and paid upfront and for two breakfasts. When I explained to the receptionist that we had not eaten breakfast due to the fact that my husband had to unexpectantly leave very early, she flatly refused to refund the costs of our two breakfasts. When I told her how disappointed I was she just kept saying "sorry" in a very flippant way. Also the receptionist dealing with the gentleman next to me seem to find it all very amusing and was actually smirking! We have stayed at this hotel several times before but will certainly not be going back!

We were fortunate to be given a corner room which was very spacious with large windows overlooking the race track. The staff were very polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold foods.

Great hotel really friendly and helpful staff great food and drinks we had a slight mishap with our room which was very promptly corrected and then given a complimentary glass of prosecco to say sorry. The only thing I hate is that we didn't stay longer.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in! The bed is luxuriously soft, no noise ever heard from the outside or neighboring rooms, and staff had no problem changing rooms when we asked if we could be away from the elevator.

Fantastic hotel. Very modern, exquisite. Rooms are very spacious. Mine overlooked the car park though. Large shower room with rain head shower. Location — next to Brooklands race track and Mercedes Benz World. Bar is great although very pricey. Didn't eat at the award winning restaurant, 1907, but I hear the food is great. Ate breakfast the next morning (cost £10), buffet breakfast with the usual fare. Free guest Wi-Fi available. Phone reception is very poor on O2 and EE so beware. Ample parking outside. Gym is very good and located on the third floor.

Location is perfect if you are interested in going to either Mercedes Benz World or Brooklands Museum; was very easy to find. Service was very good aside from the receptionist not being able to book us a reservation at a restaurant other than the one in the hotel. Room was wonderful with lots of luxury features such as a heated bathroom mirror so it doesn't fog up when you take a hot shower. Beds were very comfortable and came with lots of extra pillows and covers. Would recommend.
