Rally lovely staff out of there way to help very clean.

I have been trying to contact Premier Inn today, for over 3 hours and keeps saying that they are too busy and I should call back in few mins, been doing this for over 3 hours. Really that busy, please sort your phone line and answer your calls. Absolutely ridiculous. Still not managed to get through to them.

Really enjoyed my meal in the Beefeater. Service and food was great. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The gardens were also full of really nice shrubs and flowers. It is that sort of attention to detail that makes the difference between an ok hotel and a great hotel.

I am disabled male chronic illness, heart transplanter. Wheelchair bound. Just stay at the hotel. Often had issue and put them down to one of those things. But today just too much. Bathroom blooded, flooded my bag and clean cloths for the day. I have complications with my condition, which mean clean cloths personal Hygiene really important. Also high risk infection coz on medication. I wasn’t able to complete what I needed because my free cloths and personal items were drenc…hed. I’m now traveling back in unclean cloths on 5hr train trip. What add too it. They knew about the problem! But don’t inform you. Also no refund able be given because of no manager on site. With receipt saying not able to do a refund. Which in other premier they have. If this was first issue ok, but it’s a number of times I’ve stayed and there’s problems. I also made comment to reception before now. I use this hotel because my family I’m visiting isn’t accessible.

Certainly consistent with other newer Premier Inns. Good air-con, spacious rooms compared to some. Being a Whitbread company, breakfast is in the Beefeater next-door whereas others either have their own built-in restaurant or a Brewers Fayre nearby. If it's only breakfast you're after it really makes no difference. Friendly staff both in reception and restaurant next-door. Didn't have dinner here. Plenty of better places for an evening meal in Farnham, Côte Brasserie for example.

Everybody at this hotel is friendly and there to help. For example, Robert on reception lent us his own personal toothpaste when we had none. This type of service is rare. Thank you to you all.

Can't fault the place. It's just as you'd hope it would be. Full English breakfast is great set you up for the day.

Easy parking, cheap to stay here (family room for £80) very clean, no issues checking in and just what you'd expect from a Premier Inn.

Good location for walks around Farnham, town centre only 10 mins walk. Rooms were clean on smell was just outside the room. Very quiet, staff very pleasant. Beefeater next door for breakfast which was good quality and evening food was good can't complain.

Good location. Plentiful parking. Room very clean. Air conditioning effective. Purple. Comfortable. One of the better Premier Inns, in terms of location, external noise levels (no traffic noise) and the quality of the building (feels new). You can connect external devices to the wall-mounted TV (see photos) and there are plug sockets on either side of the bed, for those who can't bear to be too far from their phones. Sadly, none of this stopped our rest being disturbed by the large group of very selfish people who made a huge racket on floor 2, arriving at their rooms between midnight and 0040. But their inconsiderate behaviour cannot be blamed on Premier Inn. Calls to reception — to ask for intervention — were unanswered, which was disappointing.

Good clean rooms. We needed somewhere to change at 1 for a wedding but check in wasn't until 2pm. They were very accommodating and let us use an empty room to quickly change.

Up to premier inn standards. Friendly staff and the food next door was ok too. The only reason to mark them down a little is for only stocking enough drinking facilities in a double room to make 2 drinks and the beefeater next door got the bill wrong (in their favour of course)

This hotel is up to the expected standard of the Premier Inn brand with clean rooms and pleasant helpful staff.
However the same can't be said about the eating facilties. We booked the meal deal for £24.99 each and spent time in our room deciding what we would have for our meal. So we went to the adacent Beafeater and were told there were no tables available. So no meal for us but we have had a refund. Of course the hotel is out of town and would have to get a taxi to and from a restuarent in town providing we could get a table at short notice on a Friday night. So it is cookies for tea.

Service a bit slow. Staff were good but not enough of them.

Sign in was awkward as we were advised to book online to save a few quid despite the receptionist waiting for us to finish. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay in a clean comfy room where the only improvement would be some commentary toothpaste.

Nice, clean, convenient hotel. Easy to access and find off A31. Beefeater restaurant next door, which also provides the breakfast. Check-in and check-out easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean comfortable with normal facilities. Bed a bit high/firm, but slept well.

I didn't stay in a room, but the breakfast is served at the beefeater which has a huge range of options for kids and adults. You can order hot food from the waiter and help yourself to pastries, cereal, fruit, toast, crumpets, the list goes on! Unlimited coffee, tea and juices too.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was served in the beefeater next door, the hotel is just off the A31in a quiet location.

Enjoyable stay it was quiet had a good night's sleep adjoining restraint was good had a nice meal.

The inn it self was very good. Very clean and great staff. However the beefeater next door was very poor. Breakfast was slow and cold. If it arrived at all the order was wrong. There were a few exceptional servers, namely Jack. A young gentleman who couldn't do enough for us, and the evening manager (unfortunately I missed his name) but the other manager was terrible. Would go somewhere else for food as it spoiled the experience.

Newly built, clean and comfortable. Not lavish, but the expected standard of a Premier Inn. The Beefeater next door serves acceptable food — nothing unusual, exciting or novel … But edible.

New building so everything works. Good shower and Wi-Fi. Tried to get a beer in Beefeater at 22.59 all pumps were off. Very English habit. Barman said it with a smile though. Think his boss was the miserable one. Staff were friendly and helpful in Premier Inn.

Typical Premier Inn. Standard room with large screen TV. This is obviously relatively new as it has aircon. Large free car par. Brewers Fayre next door which we did not use. Farnham town centre is an easy 10 minute walk away. A good Very quiet hotel.

The staff are very friendly, the rooms are very clean and nice. Pleasant stay.

Fantastic new build premier Inn with near silent rooms. Awesome for relaxing after a hard day at work.

I booked a twin room for a one night stay. This is a brand new hotel, with plenty of parking. The reception staff were friendly & helpful. My room was large, with disabled facilities. We ate meals in the Beefeater restaurant next door. A varied menu & friendly efficient staff. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Great air conditioning! Was needed with how hot it was. Good quality room comfy bed.

Really nice hotel, the staff were very polite and helpful. The beefeater was lovely as well would recommend highly.

All staff very helpful and genuinely friendly. Had a slight issue with my meal being delayed, staff were most apologetic, got me a free beer with no prompting while I waited, and the chef then came out to personally apologise for the mix up. Mistakes happen, but the way it got sorted was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Fab experience, helpful staff, allowed us early access to our room so we could get ready for a wedding. If you want more than one cup of tea/coffee while you are there, or you take sugar, ask for more at check in. Luckily I'd got supplies with me, but although issuing extra no problem, what they leave in room is not suffice. Rooms very clean, comfortable with great amenities like plus sockets, USB ports etc. One thing I was really quite shocked at… we've got back 20 year in the loo paper department! Really old fashioned, albeit softish, single sheet dispenser… hated it. Take a loo roll with you if you prefer home comforts!

The receptionist was helpful and friendly. My parents stayed overnight and said it was warm and comfortable. We all ate at the Beefeater next door which had huge meals with quick and friendly service.

As a familiar nationwide brand, Premier Inn could offer so-so accommodation and still be thriving. It's to their credit that they maintain spacious rooms, luxurious beds and generously sized TVs. This puts them well above their closest competitor, despite their price similarities.

Fairly new hotel. Good rooms, quiet location. Staff very helpful and polite. Has a Beefeater restaurant next door for food and drink.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower was strong and reception staff were helpful and courteous. Would recommend!

Really good, brand new and smart.

Premier Inn hotels are always reliable. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms, whilst basic, always have what you need. They are not the cheapest but I can rely on them, especially with their money back guarantee if you dont have a good nights sleep.

Friendly staff nice new looking hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

My food was enjoyable, however other people on my table had cold meals and salads drenched in salad dressing. We mentioned this to one of the overworked waitresses who did her best to brush it off by tell us how many people had complained about their food and how her day had been non-stop. The restaurant itself looks very nice however, and the good food was very nice.
