First visit and a really great experience, so much so that I extended my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Chichester, without the car. The room was spacious, clean and with a great range of amenities in particular a wonderfully comfortable bed and a fab little hairdryer with different heat settings and concentrator, so good I didn't need my own. Most importantly as a lone traveller I felt safe, both within the building especially having friendly helpful staff on duty 24 hours, especially Kelly who was so helpful in amending my booking, but also in the well lit carpark just outside. I hope to return to Chichester again in the future and the Premier Inn will be my first choice. Thank you 😊

No breakfast even though booked and paid for. Lenny Henry would be ashamed of this place. Good old Spoons didn’t let us down.

Listening to next door using the loo isn’t my idea of entertainment. Open the window, listen to the traffic. It’s for one night, work, I’ll live with it.

Friendly staff, clean and extremely comfortable accommodation.

Here during covid lockdown. Can’t go anywhere as nothing is open so it’s important the room is clean and welcoming, which it is.

The hotels clean and staff friendly only let down is the idiot boy racers outside in the car park and local idiots hanging about.

Great food and Friendly atmosphere.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here. When you've been allocated a room on the top floor at the end of a corridor for 2 nights and you want to take the lift down you best leave a trail of breadcrumbs when you get out of the lift to find it again.
It may not be a problem for some who have a compass with them but don't follow the emergency or exit signs because they won't lead you to the lift.
Oh and the breakfast layout is a bit of a hotchpotch trying to find where everything is.
I've stayed at lots of Premier Inn's for work and leisure but I don't like this one. Oh and don't get me started on the Wi-Fi, well the lack of it.

Had a lovely meal here today, and the rooms are very clean. The staff are very friendly too, and went out of their way to help me. Thank you very much.

The bed fell apart the second I lay on it. Might as well have booked peppa pig land hotel for how noisy it is. I didn't even pay to stay here and I feel ripped off lol.

The staff at reception on arrival was absolutely lovely very helpful, our room was nice the bed was so comfy. The restaurant staff where so helpful and polite especially Anna she was helpful and friendly, the staff on the desk in the morning not so nice.

My girlfriend and I waited 45 minutes after ordering breakfast before we couldn't stay any longer as we had a flight to catch. We left hungry and disappointed. Poor management.

Terrible food on Wednesday. 223 red hot even with fan. Been here dozens of times. This is the worst.

Adequate comfortable room for short stay for a wedding. First evening dinner service was slow but they did have 3 wedding parties going on so were probably busy. And an annoying kid running amok on first dinner but that's not their fault. The parents need to put their kid on a leash like I put my furkid on one lol. Friendly staff and good breakfasts.

Standard hotel for a 1 night stay. No frills but clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and allowed us to check in early.

Everything you expect of a Premier Inn, and by that I mean clean facilities, fixtures and fittings to a good standard, and a nice breakfast. In my view this visit was a bit pricier than usual.

Decent Premier Inn. Not much seating for breakfast so can get busy. Good location, short walk to city centre.

Pleasantly surprised, stayed for just 1 night, plenty of free parking, we didn't use the restaurant on site as there's so many others nearby, plus it's such a short walk into town. Room was clean and quiet, unlike many others we've stayed in, staff were helpful and friendly. Perfect location near the A27 for our onward journey. Would definitely stay again.

Great food from Chef Scott. Hotel staff are happy, friendly & enjoy banter and a good laugh. Free Parking spots are rare, with two disabled spaces.

Hotel is ideally located with easy pedestrian access to town centre and local amenities. Accommodation is clean and compact. Small restaurant on site and very friendly staff.

Pleasant staff, comfortable rooms and excellent food at the adjoining Thyme restaurant.

Very good value accommodation with free parking. Very convenient for walking into town.

Clean, warm and reasonable price in the Restaurant. Holly on reception is superb. Just what customer service should be.

Walking distance of Chichester town centre and market. Good choice of pubs and restaurants in town also very close to cinema, Frankie and Bennys, McDonald's, KFC, Nandos & Gourmet Burger.

Good for 2 nights away for a wedding. Good dinner and helpful and friendly staff at breakfast. Also cleaners and staff welcomed us in and wished us a safe trip home afterwards. We got one of the upgraded rooms with the big TV which I think was good, all was good 5 Stars!

Stay from 30th Sep'17 to 17th Oct'17. My stay at the Premiere Inn was more of my initial days in UK. This was when I was very new to the place and I had to explore before taking a step out. The place is more or less close to the heart of the city and the very well connected via trains, buses or even taxis. A walk for about 5 to 10 mins will lead you to the most connected places of Chichester Central. The accomodation all throughout was very good with every single day being cleaned & kept tidy. Most of the staff were helpful but rather exceptional was one of my experience with a Staff member named Holly. She was very helpful indeed. There were days when I didn't have reservations booked in advance but she could go an extra mile to put efforts to arrange for an alternate arrangement in & around this place at a time when the Hotel was completely booked. She even helped me get a temproary stay in one of the places close by so that I did not have to face the difficulty of moving my 3 high stuff packed luggage bags in & out. Finally, it so happened that she could arrange one for my stay as soon as there was a cancellation to one of the advanced reservations. I salute such attitude of immense support & understanding of the customer needs at a challenging time. Although food facilites are made available within the hotel & options of Chichester Gate leisure park, I would really feel the varities in the breakfast could be really improvised.

Not the quietest of Premier Inn, we were disturbed most of the night by noise about. Room changed for night 2 also first room smelt musty. Breakfast is ok staff take your order at the table for hot food which was of a good standard no complaints there. Staff working very hard at breakfast time.

Very good place to stay in Chichester. Not far from A27 so easily accessible. They made our short stay a very good one.

I was very nervous as this was my first time staying away from home, however I was pleasantly surprised with how lovely the staff are. Bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and clean. Tea and coffee in the room. I recommend this to anyone. I am very happy with the hotel.

Nice rooms with plenty of space. Free Wi-Fi which had decent speed. Breakfast was average at best. Good selection of cereal but has one of those terrible conveyor toasters.

Great hotel, rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly, certainly an affordable place to stay and is central to Chichester. What I do like about the Premier Inn group is the fact you get a good breakfast in the morning setting you up for the rest of your busy day.

Good location for train and bus stations. Restaurants nearby. Had good nights sleep. Breakfast not much to write home about, could be better.

This has all the qualities for which the Premier Inn chain: comfortable beds and all planned rooms. The staff at Chichester were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it.

A very comfortable stay in a lovely spacious room with plenty of facilities nearby and the city centre only ten minutes walk away. I will definitely stay there again.

It might have been OK if I had kept my window shut. But I was not warned so I am a little angry at not having slept well enough. Shame because it seems like a fine hotel. Will not be staying here again.

Premier Inn opposite side of Leisure park also five minutes walk from both Bus Station and Railway station. Has a bar and restaurant normally fairly quite at night. Good place to stay.

Good location, lots of restaurants on the same site. Cinema and and Ten Pin Bowling too. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the Quiet Zone was nice and quiet! Breakfast was great and kids eat free with a paying adult — always a bonus. Would recommend.

The room seemed very modern. Really comfortable bed, air conditioning, modern TV and a clean and compact bathroom. Just what we expected. Breakfast was a made to order full English for £8. Recommended.

Lovely room as usual for a Premier Inn but so disappointed with the evening meals and breakfast. Took so long to have our order taken, to the starters and main meal arriving and then for the food to be lukewarm and overcooked?. No customer service… shame as its in a good location.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Walking distance to train & bus stations and shops. Good on-site restaurant. Updated rooms. Altogether a great place to stay. If I ever return to the region, this is where I'll be staying.

You can't open your windows as building next to road with constant traffic noise all night so you don't get any sleep. The room becomes very hot as a result. It might be a good idea to supply a much lighter bedding in the summer other than the heavy duvet they have now. Other than this complaint it is situated well for town and plenty of restaurants near by and it has parking.

Great big comfy bed. Looking for Lenny Henry! Bar service good and prices not OTT. Breakfast choices great and eat as much as you want but try and miss the busiest time as everything was needing to be refreshed regularly and long wait for cooked breakfast. Really enjoying our short break here.

Reliable, fairly new and what you expect.

It was clean and tidy very pleasant.

Restaurant/bar was excellent, thoroughly enjoyable. Ice cream sundae was delightful and staff are excellent.

Lovely hotel, very new and clean rooms making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel looks a bit grim from the outside but my room was newly refurbished and had everything I needed for a comfortable night, most importantly plenty of pillows and a comfy bed.

Amazing friendly staff, great new rooms, good for a Chichester visit with kids.

Best of five Premier Inn's I've visited in the last few months. Room seems superior to other locations in terms of cleanliness and layout. Standard Internet allows streaming of TV early evening but I expect it to worsen as it gets later and more people use it. Service at front desk very good though most are to be honest. Watch your parking in future as ANPR cameras being installed as I type so make sure you locate in the right area as though you give your reg number I still think it's going to be an issue in the future if you select the wrong place. Well done Premier Inn, use this venue as a default position and sort the bad ones out.

Only 4 stars as it is a Premier Inn. However the staff are friendly and the all you can eat breakfast is very good.
