Thank you so much for a lovely stay and attention to details!
The girls loved the games and the worry remover at the front door… really helped both our daughters who were nervous about going somewhere new.

Lovely B&B. Nothing is too much for the owner, he is very friendly and very helpful. The B&B is really clean and well looked after. Breakfast is really delicious and includes a vegetarian option. Close to amenities and the sea front. Highly recommended. Will stay here again. 5 stars aren't enough!

Couldn't fault this B&B Nick & Ester where very welcoming, They treated us like we was the only guests, the room was clean & tidy the bed super comfy and the breakfast was brilliant. I will be returning…

Staying at the Reymar was wonderful. Nick couldn't do enough for us. Room was very clean. Breakfast was perfectly cooked, so much choice. Very friendly owners. Lovely seaside and beachy decoration. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back to stay. Thank you Nick, you spoilt us.

We have stayed at the Reymar twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay both times. Nick & Esther are fantastic hosts, always make you feel at home.

Not very central, and in my opinion is definitely a B&B not a Holtel, as it doesn't offer 24 hours reception nor they would commit to look after your cases after checking out. We were given a small room on the top floor, with an en suite shower room but without a proper bathroom. A small sink was fitted in the bedroom as the shower room is very tiny. That wouldn’t be a problem if only the room was a bit bigger and the sink would have been big enough to wash more than your fingertips and if it wasn’t attached to the bed headboard… it did have a little shelf with a lovely jar containing cotton balls, very sweet, but there was nowhere to put my husband and my toiletries bags. I only fitted our toothbrushes on it. The room we were in got very, very hot and at night can be very noisy if you keep windows open. Breakfast area was well organised and with a nice "help yourself" counter with a small selection of fresh fruit, toast bread, cereals and yogurts. It’s annoying that you must give them the time you like your breakfast cooked though and you can't just turn up for breakfast when you like but you have to choose a time slot. I am giving two stars for a few reasons: The owner is a nice man and you can tell he knows about customer service unfortunately his wife could improve on those skills as she wasn’t very committed in helping and things that seemed to be a problem for her weren't at all a problem for her husband.

Very good value for money. Very kind.

Superb guest house everything was perfect and probably the friendliest staff I have met. Right on the seafront and 10 minutes walk to the town centre make it ideal. Only slight downside is parking can be hard to find at busy periods but still give it five stars.

Child friendly which is big selling point. Short walk from seafront. Room spacious but shower and breakfast need improvement.

Just got back from five days break from the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel so welcome nick and esther are such lovely people nothing is to much trouble even repaired my wife's shoe (not broken yet nick) I recommend this hotel to everyone staff are great thank you nick and esther and all jon Julie kyal.

The host was very welcoming and the family room was great! A good choice at breakfast with lots of variety. There is plenty of parking available in the surrounding streets with no time limits. A frequent bus service operates from the pier to Brighton and other places in the immediate area. Evening meals are available in the locality and we particularly recommended the Thai Seeracha Restaurant.

Jon Ass who has left the fantastic review here has never stayed at the hotel. If Jon would like to contact the hotel regarding his review, we would love to discuss it. Great how keyboard warriors can waste time on malicious, nonsensical rubbish. Esther and Nick, Eastbourne Reymar Proprietors.

The food horrific. Defiantly not a breakfast was disgusting. The staff were absolutely horrible and this one woman who I believe was the owner she spoke to me in a horrible, rude way and I was not appreciative. If your staying in Eastbourne I don't recommend you stay here, find somewhere else.

Lovely b&b 200metres from seafront. Very friendly manager with great customer service. Clean and comfy.

The best and most friendly hotel. I've stayed in for years. I. Don't tend to repeat stay anywhere as it's all about trying different hotels but I am definately going to return here. Service perfect.

Good quality and value for money. Stayed in room 2 which comprised of a double room with separate children's room with bunkbeds and separate bathroom. Enough room in children's room for a travel cot. Room has large selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolates and biscuits. Bathroom has selection of soaps/shampoos etc. Attention to detail very good. Breakfast is cooked English with a self selection of fruit, cereals etc. Very comfortable stay and would stay again and recommend to others.

Can't fault a single thing. The manager Paul was great and really helpful.
