Absolutely stunning views overlooking swansea bay. Rooms exceptionally clean and tidy. Cannot fault the owners. They go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. The breakfasts are fantastic. Juice toast cereal full english breakfast plus tea/coffee. Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone. Fantastic place.

I stayed for two nights at Leonardos. The room was tiny, but lovely. It was clean and had everything I needed. I only saw Leonardo and his wife briefly, but they were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the guesthouse is superb! You just have to cross the street and you are at the beach. Enjoy the seaview and the breeze and walk to Mumbles or opposite to the city centre and Swanseas Marina.
I had a pleasant, calming stay and would recommend it!

I found this place very clean and comfortable friendly owner! expensive for Swansea and extra if you want breakfast! But when you see some of the cess pools of hotel's on this road this was a great find! Would definitely use it again if I'm in the area!

Its not as good as it boasts online and the rooms are a little groty and way over priced Hated it.

Rooms are smal but wonderful. All what you need. Would stay again. Fair price and some rooms have a wonderful sea view.

It's awful … the room is disgustingly ugly, the roof is falling, it gets very cold through the window because it does not close properly, the heating is off and it's very cold … a lot of noise, people talk loud and loud time and no employee comes to tell them to shut up … I had to threaten them several times with calling the police to shut up … very bad experience.

BED BUGS*** Stayed in room 6 on the 18/08/2017, I came back to the room to find 4 big visible bedbugs crawling around my partners pillow. We immediately evacuation the room and woke up the owner who then informed us, “we have had a problem in that room before and we thought we fixed it” the owner offered to put us in another room but we didn’t want to stay given the fact of what had just happened. Contacted expedia who we book though and all they suggested to do was change the bed sheets they were no help at all in tiring to find up adequate accommodation.

Located on seafront, convenient for Swansea or Mumbles. Advertised as 'Clean and warm' — Yes. Seaview from some rooms. Street parking? Hmm. It's weird. You can park directly outside from 4pm-8am, but due to volume of traffic I wouldn't like to try much before 6pm. Move your car by 8am as (weekdays) Urban Clearway applies 8am-10am. Parking is available in sidestreets 4pm-8am plus a further 3 hours. 3 Stars? Yes. Don't go expecting fluffy dressing gowns provided and a mint on your pillow because you'll be disappointed but if you want a convenient base and a bed that's what you'll get. Are there things that you could quibble over, things I would change? Yes, if you're picky but expect 3 star, get 3 star. Owner/staff were friendly and helpful. Cheap and cheerful. No frills. Value for money.

Well located, clean and simple guest house. Staff are really nice. 15 min walk in to Swansea town centre and 30 min drive to Oxwich. Views of the beach (weather permitting) are stunning.

Had a great overnight stay at the guesthouse. Everything was clean and tidy.

Is brilliant room conditions, good service. But bit expensive according to hotels around.

Terrible experience… stayed in other guesthouse nearby which was top quality. There is no one in the reception/ to ask any questions. We kept ringing the door blue. Room was not cleaned. Blood stains on the bed mattress. Phew…! I can't say more enough.

Leonardo was very welcoming. Everything was grand.

From the map, Leonardos occupies an excellent beach view location, but unfortunately a very busy A-road is within reach of the guest rooms and traffic noise is extremely strong until mid-night. Otherwise, the owners are helpful and friendly, and it is good value for money for those who seek only a bed. The bathrooms are extremely clean and welcoming.
