Nice people near to facilities bar in hotel great.

Very disappointed. I did not get what I booked for. Won't be staying there again.

Lady that was working behind reception had no respect at all with the worst attitude, don’t recommend this hotel to anyone if customer service is important to you.

Bed could more comfortable.

The toilets aren't in the room along with the shower but instead shared with the hotel on the last floor. The beds creak and taps gurgle randomly at night and the glass was useless because you could hear all the traffic rushing past as if it was open and the curtains where see through however the staff is incredibly friendly.

Cute hotel with a nice room. Great location! Although it’s old. You can hear what’s happening in the hallway and every time a guest leaves his room. I couldn’t get hot water…

All in all its a pretty standard hostel setting, communal bathrooms and toilets. No space for parking at all, breakfast isn't included. Very uncomfortable sleep. Definately not one to stay at for more than a night.

Far too pricey for what was offered. Room was substandard. No place to put anything except on bed. Would not recommend.

Very basic rooms, communal toilet and shower facilities with only a sink in each room… cheap amd cheerful tho and great if you just want a place to sleep. 10am checkout time is what inteally didnt like.

Only went in to buy a drink whilst watching the air show. Looked clean and bar staff were very nice.

Needed a place to rest my head for the night, so booked in a hurry. Check in was efficient and friendly. Didn't realise the rooms weren't en-suite — which I could have forgiven if the shared bathroom facilities were decent. I regret to say they were not. Showers were dirty and gave up three trickles of cold water and one of scalding hot. Shower room was cramped and there was nowhere to hang my clothes. Very poor and cost you a whole star. Room was okay. Clean and comfortable…. Nice big bed, though the mattress was a little thin. Lovely sea view. And, in the rare moments when there wasn't traffic running past you can hear the waves washing on the beach. Can't comment on the bar, or the food, as I didn't partake of either.

The hotel was nice, but it had more of a hostel vibe to it. The view was great! But the bathroom facilities were a bit outdated. The staff seemed friendly and willing to help.

Simple but comfortable, clean rooms… bedding smelled amazing! A great night's sleep. Good value for money!

The Bar staff need manager's attention and some classes how to look after guests. However the older lady from the breakfast crew went the extra mile and made our day special.

Stayed here for one night when I came down for a night out. It was clean but nothing flashy here. Breakfast was tasty but it finishes at 9.15. Checkout was at 10. Good enough to stay for a night or two but not worth it if you where coming down to Swansea for a holiday.

Not sure how so many people could give this place 5 stars. Possibly the worst place I've ever stayed.

Staff were very helpful with my enquiry and seemed very busy cleaning and preparing for new guests.

Room terrible had a room with no en-suite toilet and shower in corridor shower no lights no water pressure and cold toilet dirty. Room dirty had a musty smell cold water wardrobe door falling of no handles on draws bed needs condemning no mattress cover just a fitted sheet that had seen better days duvet cover that made you itch and lights not working. As for free Wi-Fi did not work till the morning we left last day breakfast we asked for one pouched egg on toast and got fried egg, two scrambled egg on toast, and we are still waiting we walked out not happy at all. And no shelves to put tooth past etc on over sink no milk in room for tea. Review lower than poor.

Great location, nice breakfast, decent rooms but very limited parking.
