Had to cancel due to my 3 year old son breaking his leg. I gave 48hrs notice and although I understood the policy was the booking wasn't refundable, I explained the mitigating circumstances. Initially a refund was not forth coming, but I'm pleased that after discussing directly with them, I received a full refund and my son is now well on the road to recovery.

Needed a simple home for the night for my daughter's student flat move. This hotel was easy to find, fairly close to the city centre and excellent value. Room was clean and inviting and staff polite and helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel looks very plain from outside so don't let first impressions put you off. You book a hotel for the room and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with mine. Very spacious and comfortable. The food was also very nice, better then some restaurants I've been to. I would stay here again.

1 night stay at 79£ with breakfast… chosen over buget likes Ibis Budget at 59£ with breakfast. Your 20£ extra are worth it. But avoid late burger dinner… Bacon Cheese Burger is 14£ and was stiff as cardboard. You would expect some quality at least for the price tag. For that I give 2 stars.

Hotel was easy to find & had a good size carpark. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was clean & well presented, with all requird facilities and ample space. Close to main roads but for me, I had no issues & couldn't hear the road noise. Room decor could do with a little freshen up in places but it did the job perfectly. Breakfast was great, lots of choices from cereals & toast to cooked. Good take-out facilities, grab & go coffee cups, breakfast muffins & fruit.

Nice rooms, friendly staff, function rooms were nice but the breakfast could of been better the plates were cold so the cooked breakfast went cold quickly. You had to put the toast through twice but overall for the price very good. Would consider staying there a vain.

Rooms of fairly basic however for the price you pay it was relatively good the staff could not be more helpful and the food in the hotel was not too bad.

Brilliant hotel with extremely clean and well kitted out rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly one, who works on reception.

Value for money hotel. Not good for frequent commuters as it is not very comfortable. Big room & large bed was very inviting but mattress was not comfortable. Exhaust in Bathroom was on but due to no heating in bathroom it was cold. Someone next door smoked in window or outside, I could smell the smoke in bathroom. And in breakfast, chef made delicious Fried eggs & Vegetarian Sausages for me but eggs were still deeply soaked in oil & had egg shells at bottom of cooked food. Overall okay. If I have better choice I will not stay here.

Easily accessible and location ok, free parking for guests. Room was clean and well equipped but a little cold (in December). Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing special just standard hotel breakfast. Staff were lovely.

I stayed here for ten days on my Guide Dog course, over that amount of time the menu was limiting. The food however is good quality. Watch the computer driven parking system, my wife came to visit me for dinner, used the reception registering service but still ended up with a letter charging her a parking fine! This was sorted out but required my contactingl the hotel direct to contact the third party Company and get it cancelled. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a pleasant stay with good accommodations.

Really friendly staff and good parking facilities. Car park is monitored, you have to log your vehicle on the computer on the reception desk to prevent a fine.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel, staff are friendly, rooms are decent! Beds are pretty comfy too! Only downside I would have is the price of drinks at the bar are steep. I paid almost £6 for a bottle of Bulmers… London prices!

The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. All the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. I'd happily return as this was my 4th visit.

On arrival we found the reception staff to be quite rude and not very welcoming. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were helpful, room was clean and tidy but a little tired. Breakfast was nice but not as well stocked as other park inns that I have stayed in.

From the outside hotel looks quite grotty once inside your reminded why you thought that until you get to your room which is actually a surprise as it's not grotty it's actually quite nice and surprisingly clean and well maintained I think the hotel itself could do with a major face lift in the halls and outside in the parking area etc but apart from first appearance it's actually quite nice lovely and friendly staff food a little under par and with nothing nearby the just eat app is a life saver although hotel is quite close to Cardiff and bristol it's ideal for an overnight before heading to your next destination ample parking for larger vehicles the motor home driver that just wants a bed for the night etc in all not too bad but defo as potential for a new look and maybe it will.

Stayed overnight, rooms confortable. Staff helpful and freindly. Breakfast good.

Located at suburbs of Cardiff, peaceful area, room is of Good size, clean bathroom. Nice breakfast. Loved it and would stay here again.

Really pricy for location and room. We had way better room at Premier Inn for less £ too. I don't think I would come again. The others thing I was bothered with was that the cleaning lady or whoever the hell it was literally opened our door while we were still in bed, about two hours before checkout time. Never experienced this before.

We booked in late after an emergency in the apartment we were staying at. The staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was great for a family and all setup for sleep. Breakfast was a nice mix of healthy and naughty and I enjoyed the sausage. All goo and just what we needed after our ruined apartment booking.

Overall I really liked it especially with free fast Wi-Fi available at all times. The only minor downfalls were that the room I was in which was 309 has no soap or body wash in the dispensers and the bin bags were too small to actually fit the bin properly.

Fantastic little hotel. Friendly staff, easy to locate, good quality food and free parking (unlike travel lodge! ). Large room with large shower and bath room. Good noise insulation and lots of pillows and towels. I couldn't work out how to pay for the premium Wi-Fi but the standard worked for me.

Stayed here for a long weekend on a stag do, the staff were great knew we were up for a laugh. At the same time made us aware ridiculous behaviour wouldn't be tolerated, dealt with us perfectly. The staff were always up for a joke or two.

Very helpful staff. Great value. Comfortable stay. Easy access into the city centre — bus ride £5 family day pass.

Not in the nicest part of Cardiff and decor a bit tired but staff were very friendly and helpful.

An hour long wait for dinner, other than that, fantastic so far.

The staff were really friendly and we're very helpful when we had a situation with the rooms we booked. The food at breakfast was really good Would have rated more but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms.

It was a very good experience. Food was great and the staff were very helpful. All information was provided and the location was perfectly placed — lots of local shops nearby.

Really happy with our one night stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds very, very comfy. Three to a room was not a squash! Breakfast was included in our deal and was at least as good as Novotel. Huge amount of choice of hot/cold/english/continental. Staff were friendly, efficient and came across as very genuine. Parking was free. Close to main road, but we didn't get disturbed. Amazing value. Would most definitely come back when next in Cardiff.

Great little hotel. Although it was a short stay I really enjoyed my time here. Shower was fantastic as well which always helps.

Good value for money, cheaper than travelodge and Premier Inn and you get breakfast. I booked it via Olotels. However you may experience a few issues such as door keys playing up, noisy air con, lights not working, but these get sorted quickly by reception who are very helpful.

Perfect hotel for what we wanted — somewhere to sleep. We spent all day travelling around Cardiff and this hotel provided a comfy bed, clean room and great buffet breakfast for 4 nights. Very reasonably priced and free car park. Staff were all very helpful.
