I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Cardiff in June 2025 fr 3 days and had a genuinely great experience overall.

Look, if you're after a Cardiff crash pad that's smack in the centre without the chaos of actually being in the chaos, Leonardo Hotel nails it. Rooms are clean, comfy, and big, proper spacious beds

Lovely stay at the Parkgate hotel. Was offered a chargeable upgrade of £40 to have a room in the newly refurbished Signature suite, which we took.
Lovely room, great shower. A little bit of luxury.

First of all Massimiliano was absolutely outstanding in tonight. He delivered an amazing service along with the advice on the wine to pick. The place is stunning with the wonderful atmosphere.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is directly next to the train station and right at the edge of town.

Had a great stay at Sleeperz Hotel Cardiff! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the city center.

My husband and I visit Cardiff each year for a couple of days and always stay at this wonderful very central hotel.

We had a genuinely great stay at Hotel Indigo Cardiff by IHG, and overall it set the bar high.
The hotel strikes a really nice balance between style and comfort.

Perfect location.
Right on the main stripe for bars and 10/15 min walk to the utilita stadium.
We stayed in 413 opposite spoons and you couldn't hear a thing.
Wonderful friendly welcome.

I was surprised as I though I was checking in Holiday inn. Lovely new build. Very spacious studio room with kitchen. Big bathroom. I also used the gym and electric car charging.

Lovely hotel we had a room with balcony overlooking the wharf. Great buffet breakfast with a view onto the wharf.

I went with my boyfriend for a two-day trip to Cardiff and stayed here. It was a wonderful place for the price we paid.

I booked direct and right from the start the information and communication provided was impeccable. Parking instructions were easy to follow. Hotel check in was efficient.

The staff here were so helpful during our stay.

Would 100pc stop again. Travelodge allow dogs and are always clean and comfy. Hotel was in the middle of everything shops wise and bars.
Only downside is you have to park away from the hotel.

I have used this particular Travelodge on many occasions and have always found it to be excellent in terms of service.

I decided to book to stay at this premier inn as was attending a concert at the Utilita which is only a 5 minute walk away.

We had a lovely stay at Novotel Cardiff. The room was cosy, clean and very comfortable — exactly what you want after a long day.

Rooms didn't have a refrigerator but I was able to give my chill items to the kitchen staff. Bathrooms decor was a bit dated but still functional. Beds were very comfortable.

Spent Friday night here and for the size of the room £75 was a steal, I ended up getting the family room.

Tanes Hotel is set in a lovely area 7 minutes taxi ride or 15 minutes bus ride to the centre of Cardiff. The staff were lovely very helpful and my room was clean and welcoming.

I really enjoyed my visit to Cardiff Sandringham hotel.

The hotel is centrally located with comfortable accommodation. The staff are very welcoming and The Sandringham is ideal for a short stay and good value for money.

Perfect service from Amanda and Abby such lovely women. Helped us when we were in a crisis after our other hotel let us down, we had their last room on a busy Saturday night for a great price.

Stayed at Travelodge Cardiff Central for 3 days on my own and honestly had a really nice time.
Location is spot on — everything is nearby.

Stayed in the panoramic room, 1206 Nice room. The room was nice and clean and no damage. Sockets in all the right places. Table and chairs for eating. Desk for working. Big TV. Fridge.

Absolutely amazing I couldn’t be more happy me and my partner stayed here for 1 night wish we had booked more lovely and warm all around rooms are beautiful and tidy! Customer service is outstanding!

I stayed here on business and walked into the centre of Cardiff for evening dinner, which was a really very pleasant 20 minute walk along the canal.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Cardiff Marriott Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the city centre and close to shops, restaurants, and Cardiff Central Station.

I stayed here since I took the train to Cardiff for a few days, and it was close to the train station and the city center.

Location good, separate parking good, staff lovely, bed very comfy, bathroom very tired and slightly smelly, breakfast ok for pre paid price £6 but wouldn't pay the price of £8+ by just turning up
