Lovely people. Lovely clean room. Will be back!

Very friendly b&b about 10-15 minutes' walk from the centre of Seahouses and harbour. Comfortable, clean and good sized bedroom and decent breakfast. If there was one downside it's that it's not the quietest in terms of soundproofing from car park and corridor to the rooms, but it's not a loud or busy place so it wouldn't put me off staying again. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in the area.

Absolutly the best place to stay in the area. Joan is lovely and so obliging. Great breakfast and clean bedrooms. Great family to stay with and you will feel at home but book early as it is always popular.

Second time this year was talking to Joan about how many years we have been coming up to her B&B turns out to be 10 years always warmly welcome.

Joan and Andrew are always welcoming. And they instantly make you feel at home. The bedrooms are lovely and a great breakfast.

Stayed there during scuba diving trip. The breakfast was served when we need it in order to make it to the boat time which sometime can be very early. Rooms are nice and clean.

We had a three night stay at The Olde School House, Seahouses. The room was spotlessly clean and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast was first class in a nice atmosphere. Nothing seemed to much trouble and we will be back again. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. If we're in the area again, we'll come back like a shot. A very comfortable and convenient place with plenty of space in the ground floor rooms. For those of an active bent, there's a separate clothes drying room. Breakfast was ample and excellent with good choice. The welcome was warm and the service good and friendly. Really good value. No card payment but several cash machines in the village.

Never felt more welcome when arriving at a B&B! Came upto Seahouses for a diving weekend with a group of 7, the exterior is very pleasing to the eyes and the rooms are immaculate and very comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms are better than mine at home! Nice choices of breakfast & always a welcoming smile when you'd walk in, I usually choose hotels when I travel but I will definitely be booking with these people again when I come back! Thanks you for a such lovely time!
