Where to start? First appearances seems OK — but no Welcome pack as advertised!
Then you go in the bathroom and see black mould all around the bath, toilet, wash basin and bottom of walls. Mirrors smeared not cleaned. Wall tiles hadn't been cleaned in a long time as grout that wasn't already black was brown. Could scrape black stuff from around the taps Just revolting!
First night massive slug on kitchen floor!
Spiders and cobwebs in several places — just hadn't been dusted or hoovered properly.
I was bitten by fleas on my feet and ankles and as my friend with dog couldn't make it can only assume that the fleas were in the carpets.
Only good thing I can say is bed was comfortable, sheets clean and bus stop around the corner. Back yard was OK but overlooked by neighbour so not private and front garden overgrown so you got wet pushing through the plants to get to the front door
Very disappointed and certainly would not recommend let alone go again!
