Lovely place right in the heart of seahouses it has everything we need, the accommodation is very well equipped with adapted wet room fabulous for anyone who has disabilities, bar and restaurant plus its dog friendly too, highly recommend.

Excellent hotel. Well placed in the centre of Seahouses. Friendly staff. Fabulous full English breakfast. Not at all greasy and not piled high. Just perfect. Would definitely recommend.

We wanted to watch the rugby at 9am.
Even though it was only open to residents, we were welcomed & accommodated. We were allowed a tab until the bar opened & even got our coffees topped up.

We only called in for a meal after lovely day in Seahouses, nothing was a trouble to the staff, lovely people. Great meal very nicely presented and very reasonably priced. So nice to have a choice of potatoes and vegetables. We are on holiday here for a week, but will make every effort to come back here. Thanks to all at the Links xxx.

The room was very spacious the bed even bigger, very clean & warm, nice decor, the breakfast was nice the staff are very polite & helpful well worth the money, highly recommend the hotel.

Good menu but food and staff not good.

Nice pub, very busy so need to book especially for restaurant. Young staff working very hard, not enough of them so a bit of a wait for starters. Vegetarian selection good but for some strange reason you don't get side trays of vegetables and potatoes, which you do with all other main meals! Still paying similar amount mind. Food good and decent size potions. A little pricey. Nice way to end the holiday.

An unexciting building houses a warm, welcoming and modern restaurant. The staff are welcoming to both humans and dogs and the service is excellent. The food is great and at a reasonable price for the quality of the menu.

Visited twice while on holiday in Sea houses. Both meals were lovely and good portion sizes. Staff were friendly and information re menu My dog was made welcome too.

First impressions! You may not like the looks from the outside and entrance through the back of the adjacent building! But the room was very good, spacious, clean, newly modernised as good as they come at the price. The restaurant food, service and ambiance was well above average It is a strange place to describe but don't be put off. The owners and staff are working hard to deliver a great experience for their guests with many really nice touches that show they care.

Had a table booked for my nan's birthday. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, drinks and service! The staff are very down to earth and friendly!

We have been eating here for a few years and it gets worse each time we go. Yesterday, however, was the worst yet. Rude staff who can't even tell you if the fish and seafood is fresh (and didn't think to go ask), a child's burger and chips came with a serrated knife stuck down the middle 'for decoration', a 45 minute wait for food which is apparently acceptable because it tells you on the menu. A £25 harbour master steak which should have been medium rare but was cremated. After such a long wait for food you aren't going to risk sending it back! The owner is a rude woman who actually challenged my 7 year old son! When asked why there was a serrated knife stuck down the middle of the burger she replied why what was he going to do… stab someone! I was so shocked by her rudeness and at the lack of customer service and would say avoid like the plague!

Stayed in the snug excellent room and amenities. Very new. Meals within the hotel excellent and would well recommend.

Quite simply the best food in Seahouses. The bar side is dog friendly. We always make a point to book at least a couple of meals here when we are in Seahouses for a week.

Huge range of food. Traditional meals are a real treat. Big portions and great value for money.

Great pub but wouldn't stay or eat there unfortunately they allow dogs In I have no issues with pets but when they allow dogs to sit on the chairs next to you while you eat not good.

Had a 3 night stay in Seahouses ate here all 3. Good food and friendly and efficient staff. The bar area is dog friendly, it's modern in appearance and comfortable.

Fabulous meal and friendly staff. 3 of us and we all had a different meal but everything was amazing. Great sized portions too.

Ate in the restaurant on Steak night, rib eye steak was tasty and juicy cooked exactly to my request. Veg perfect. Opted not to have chips/potatoes or mash. Only critisism is mushrooms, pepper sauce, onion rings etc were extra my friend had all of these. Free bottle of wine Tap water was supplied in a bottle and was very refreshing. Included also we had a sweet each and total was £36

An excellent stay. The hotel was very clean and I was very surprised it had only 2 stars. We found the deal on living social would definitely return and recommend The Links to anyone. Excellent breakfast, lovely staff. We ll be backxx.

Very comfortable place to stay. Twin room in the annex very clean. The ribeye steak on first night was cooked to perfection. The steak meal was excellent value £21.99 for. 2 steaks and bottle of wine. Well worth a visit on a Wednesday. Chicken goujon starter on second night was big enough for a main and was delicious — lovely batter. The let down was that chips were frozen and breakfast was too greasy. There was certainly plenty and plenty choice. Lovely waitress in the evening.

Ate in the restaurant. Menu said food fresh cooked to order so expect to wait at least 40 mins after you order. Our meal was delivered super quick and obviously reheated/microwaved. Was ok, not memorable.

Funky stylish modern friendly. Clean and friendly. Good pub good food good accommodation. You won't be let down. Also football shown and pool table.

Fantastic Sunday Lunch — a choice of Roast Beef, Pork or Turkey with all the trimmings and Yorkshire Puddings (not just one but 2! ). I had the shoulder of Lamb off the Sunday Menu which was just delicious and perfectly cooked. This just has to be the place to go — great food & great service! Would highly recommend. A nice bottle of house red finished it off perfectly.

Stayed one night at the links and thought the hotel was really well kept. The rooms are tidy although a little small but was ideal for us. Bathroom was also spotless and beds very comfy. The bar area is very modern and was the highlight of our night, Stu the barman never stopped and had a wise head on some young shoulders! Always remembered what we had to drink all the while being rushed off his feet. Smashing bloke. The breakfast was lovely, had a full English and it was big! Would definitely stay there again.

Had fantastic meal was recommended by micheal from b&b farne island which was also great read my reviews on his sight. Was lucky to arrive on a Wednesday steak night 2 steaks served with chips and fresh vegetables and bottle of wine £21.99 for 2 people great value great steaks have paid more money for 1 steak and not so good. Great service had bit of an issue when we arrived no glasses for water and wine but soon arrived when asked All the staff were friendly especially Lynn and stu behind bar will definitely return when back in seahouses first class x.

Nice clean hotel comfy beds nice breakfast. And lots of choice in the menu for evening meals. Only fault room was lacking dressing table and draws.

Lovely staff who were prepared to shuffle tables around to accommodate an extra adult and baby chair. Also made a mock tail for my 6 yr old great niece. Plus the food is absolutely awesome. It's a 10 from the brood from Yorkshire!

We have been going to the links for some time now. We have never been disappointed and again tonight was no exception. I had the steak and my wife had the Balmoral chicken. Both as always were fantastic. Remember to leave a little room for dessert as they are also fabulous. We have a dog who goes everywhere with us so it is fantastic that he can come along with. Us.

Me and my family went for a meal in the restaurant area of this establishment. There was thirteen of us so we had a large table. My first complaint was that they served all of the small tables before us leaving all the young members hungry. Secondly, we all shared a couple of the garlic breads which were disappointing tasting frozen. All of the main courses were to a good standard, however service was terrible, two people had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for their meal while everybody else was eating theirs. It was an overall 3 out of 5 star experience.

A real hidden gem. Both bar and restaurant are modern and comfy. The food menu is great and dogs are allowed in the bar side which is always a bonus. Highly recommended.

Stayed here on Friday night with bed and breakfast. The room was decorated to modern tastes and the staff were friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was a little expensive (but my friends told me these were standard Seahouses prices). I ordered steak and it was cooked to perfection for me and worth the money. The portions were large enough to feed a small army (that's a good thing). It was hot and didn't take too long to come and the waiter/waitress were happy and friendly.

Staying for 1 night or a week the staff will make you really welcome. The food is fantastic! Try the fish platter special.

This was a last minute reservation for our group. We were very nicely accommodated, and had great rooms at a reasonable price. Though upstairs from a restaurant and bar, the noise was not a problem. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and filling, and kippers were available. We'd definitely come back again during a future visit to Seahouses.

Lovely Little place, Great staff, Late enuff bar, food in restaurant (roast on Sunday) very good, some of Rooms in annexe A little small, all in all, great location, never had a problem parking, it should be 4.5 but they don, t do that, And it would take something to get a 5 from me :-) Just like to add if ur visting Seahouses pop into the ship for a drink even if you dont drink, Mad liitle pub, what pubs used to be like, you can always hit the links for one for the road.

Cannot fault anything. May not look much from the outside, but our bedroom was spotless and everything was well maintained. New bathroom. Food was delicious and the portions would have fed Desperate Dan! I highly recommend the seafood medley for the main course!

Nice big room. The last one available which was specifically set up for a disabled person and the bathroom was huge. The food is amazing.
