What a beautiful place to stay, Lesley was lovely and very welcoming. Our room was great, spacious, spotless and we didn't want for anything. The courtyard seating was great especially in the lovely weather. We would definitely come back, thanks Lesley! x.

Just returned from an Excellent stay at Sheildaig farm, host Lesley was excellent, extremely friendly and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Room was spotless and nice and comfortable with fridge and microwave facilities. Breakfast was excellent both days and delivered to the room, all felt very safe with all COVID regulations adhered to. Bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival in the room. Perfect location within easy reach to Loch Lomand shores and beautiful Forrest walks. Thanks Lesley for an excellent stay, would highly recommend a visit to this property and will definitely be going back, regards Carol and Carl, Manchester.

Great location — peaceful with wonderful views and yet close to all the local attractions. Lesley was a wonderful hostess and nothing was too much trouble. Given that we visited just after the end of COVID lockdown, it was reassuring to see protocols in place to protect everyone. People have mentioned the road leading up to Sheildaig Farm — just drive slowly and it won’t be a problem. We hope to return sometime soon.

Had a fabulous 3 day stay here, beautiful building, land and interior. Very spacious accommodation, very clean. There was 9 of us and we never seen the children or the dog they where playing and hiding in the house and playing on the tire swing. Lovely for a quite retreat but only 5 minutes from loads of activities. Definitely recommend for any age group, lots to do for children Sealife Centre, Treezone, Birds of Prey Centre, Crazy Golf. Shopping and cafes. A few mins from Duck Bay Marine and 10 min drive from Luss.

Absolutely fantastic home! Traveled from America to visit family with my spouse, mother, brother, and grandmother who is from the area. The layout was perfect, my mother and my elderly grandmother had their own little “cottages” with everything they needed apart from the main house. The house was more than spacious enough that we weren’t on top of each other for a long trip and well enough equipped we weren’t wanting for anything during our stay. The location was perfect, o…nly a quick hop from a bazillion restaurants and things to do, and a short hike from some incredible views all around. Lesley, thank you for being such a great host and having us stay at your beautiful home! Looking forward to our next trip!

Had 3 nite stay their was amazing house is stunning and felt so chilled and relaxed when their. We also had eldery adults their and house was great for them get about house plenty of room. Will defo be back a great stay highly recommend this farm house.

Visiting family staying here. Very nice place but could do with a bit of updating. Excellent for entertaining.

It was a beautiful location and lovely farmhouse. My family really enjoyed our stay, which was just over a week. A wonderful place to relax and step back from the stress of everyday life. Would certainly go again and recommend to family and friends.

Nice place for a family celebration. Good views of the loch and close to Balloch. Lovely bedrooms. Slightly let down as some things around the house were broken and the road leading up to the house has lots of large pot holes.

We stayed in the side house in summer 2011. It was absolut clean, friendly, quiet and in an spectacular landscape.

We stayed in the main house (Garden Room) There was a lot of noise from the owners 7-8am which woke us each day. Dirty carpets in the bedroom, slightly odd bathroom in a cupboard and out of date pastries at breakfast but other than that the rooms are large, it's a beautiful location, good fruit, jam and cereal selection in the morning and the cat is very friendly.

Lovely place with a lovely view, very hospitable hostess. Even the climb uphill in a fiat 500 was a great adventure.
