Blessingbourne is breathtaking! The Gatelodge was stunning and all of our needs were catered for. The grounds are spectacular and the mountain bike trails are amazing. We had a fantastic holiday and it was made even better by being able to bring the dog. I would highly recommend this venue.

Fabulous place! The best hosts ever! Lots to do on the Estate & surrounding area! Beautiful grounds with mountain bike trails & woodland walks! Pet friendly! Comfy & spotlessly clean self catering accommodation!

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful setting. We went as a large family group and rented 5 self contained apartments. Lots for children and adults to do and the perfect place to relax. Colleen and Nick were great hosts very friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Would definitely recommend for a tranquil getaway. We will hopefully all return soon. Thanks.

Colleen and Nick Thankyou soo much for an amazing weekend. Your cottage apartments are lovely and there is soo much to do! My husband and I got to row a boat for the first time, amazing! Plus beautiful walks around the lakes and the kids enjoyed the chickens roaming freely aswell as the large shed full of ride ons and table tennis. We took our dog with us for the first time which was great. And took advantage of the horse riding in fivemiletown aswell. A fun and refreshing weekend. Thankyou again. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing place to come and stay. Hosts where extremely friendly and accommodating. Having the dogs with us and the activities and walking routes are awesome. Accommodation was perfect, comfy and very well equipped. The lake and rowing boats where nice experience. Will definitely be back again soon. I honestly cant recommend highly enough.

Just back from Blessingbourne and wow just amazing. Cosy spotlessly clean apartments. Beautiful walks and amazing owners. Colleen and Nick are super friendly and there 24/7 if you need anything. Our dogs had a fantastic time as did we and our 13 year old. Great to get away from hustle and bustle and back to nature. Thankyou x.

Blessingbourne is absolutely beautiful! The accomodation is outstanding and to a very high standard. The grounds are fantastic for walking and biking. Most importantly the owners and staff are so warm and welcoming and nothing is a problem to them! I cannot recommend Blessingbourne highly enough, just go and experience the beauty and tranquility for yourselves!

A lovely place to stay with good quality accommodation on edge of forest. It's a peaceful setting but lots to do including biking on site just right for the teenagers! Hosts Colleen and Nick give a very warm welcome and happy to recommend local places to visit like paddleboarding, museums. Also shops, nice pubs and restaurants are 5 mins walk away. Blessingbourne is very dog friendly too! — looking for recommendations.

Stayed in one of the Courtyard apartments and from arrival Nick introduced himself as a warm and friendly host who was present throughout our stay and always helpful. My kids absolutely loved the grounds, games room and mtb trails. Speaking of mtb trails the blue and reds are well maintained and offer great excitement and challenges. Hoping to come back in 2022 again! Thanks Nick & Colleen.

From start to finish Colleen and Nick could not have been more helpful. They provided us with fabulous accommodation for the weekend alongside full use of Coach House. The pizza party and Afternoon Tea were brilliant and I would return in a heart beat! thank you so much for helping us provide the best hen weekend for our bride to be!

Warm, cosy and amazingly friendly. We had one of our best nights stay in Blessingbourne! The mattress is one of the best I’ve ever slept on, I ranted and raved about it for donkies haha. Not to mention the grounds are spectacular! Will definitely be back for a relaxing getaway!

What can I saay! Fab estate to viisit with bike trails and walking trails. If you are booking the appartments they are 1st class. Coleen and Nick are the nicest people you could meet.

What a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy. The owners Colleen and Nick are awesome hosts and really make all their guests feel so welcome. The self catering apartments are so good and the courtyard is a great place to get together with family after a busy day on the bike trails, numerous woodland walks and amazing scenery around the lakes and grounds. I'd recommend a break here to anyone.

We had such a lovely time at Blessingbourne on Sunday afternoon! Nick and Colleen were excellent hosts as they kindly showed us around their lovely home and estate. Very proud of this lovely tourist attraction on our doorstep and every success for the future. Well worth a visit!

Really lovely apartment, so peaceful, beautiful grounds to explore.

Blessingbourne is a beautiful estate and the perfect place to visit for people who appreciate the outdoors. Great for long walks, cycling, relaxing in lovely surroundings and the cottages are dog friendly. We stayed for one night with our dog and enjoyed 2 woodland walks and some time in the local village. Colleen and Michelle were very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us both early check in and late check out. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

We stayed at Gate Lodge for a long weekend and the place is just fantastic! Immaculately clean, warm with loads of hot water it is just the most charming place. I can't rate it highly enough and will be staying again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Just back from a birthday house party. Blessingbourne was the perfect place to host something like this. The welcome from Nick and Colleen could not have been warmer. Accommodation was top-notch luxury and having booked all apartments, the option of hiring the coach house too gave us a fantastic place to eat and keep cosy in the evenings (or daytimes when weather wasn't being kind). We loved the relaxed feel of the place. All our guests appreciated the mountain biking, walking trails and/or boating lake. Your tips for catering were excellent: we had superb wood-fired oven, freshly made pizzas from Il Carro della Pizza, top notch barbecued steaks, chicken and ribs from Phair Grylls and really tasty local pies/lasagne from Gary Coote's butchers. Our guests loved the tour of your beautiful house. The peacocks even decided to fan their feathers for us. We loved the way both of you and Rory were always around so that any problems were sorted straight away. Logs for the fire in the coach house appeared several times each day. The rain made a minor dint on things (but hey, this is the west of Ireland) but the warmth of the welcome more than made up for it. Thank you again for making it such a special birthday party!

We love the Gate Lodge and have stayed there twice. The decor and furniture are beautiful and it seems that all your needs are catered for. The surroundings are stunning. Our last visit was a little disappointing as there was a problem with the hot water which we hadn't been made aware of (luke warm was the best it got so it wasn't possible to take a bath) and both electric showers played up. Like most hotels & holiday accommodation, the beds are on the very firm side, but it's impossible to cater to everyone's preferences. All in all, a beautiful place to stay, but the few niggles experienced during our last stay took the edge off our enjoyment. None the less, I would still recommend Blessingborne.

What a great place for mountain-biking at a not too hard level. Coleen and Nick are fantastic hosts, lots of things for the kids to do and plenty of places to chill.

This is a lovely place to escape for a few nights. Lots of lovely outdoor activities to enjoy, miles of MTB trails, good for the kids and trickier trails for more experienced. Lovely for walks as well through the forest. Stayed in the gate lodge this time which is lovely, very decieving from outside as it is very spacious inside. Extremely clean and tidy and beautifully presented. All in all, my family and I love this place, very friendly owners and staff, pet friendly too which is a huge bonus. Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed here last night for one night, from the minute we arrived we loved the place, beautiful countryside and so peaceful, Coleen came to the apartment we were staying in and was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. In the apartment was a little basket with chocolates, wheaten bread, coffee, tea and some milk in the fridge, I have to say the apartment was amazing and our only regret was only staying one night, the weather wasn't great but it didn't matter as the scenery was amazing. I got some great photos and will be telling everyone about it. The place is suitable for kids of all ages and also animal friendly. If your looking beautiful scenery great walks and somewhere for all the family I highly recommend Blessingbourne apartments, we can't wait to go back only this time we'll be staying a week … Coleen again thank you for a great stay.

Just returned from our second stay here, and we can highly recommend. The estate itself is stunning and so peaceful — yet with plenty to do. We bring our bikes and head out on the excellent mountain bike trails and the children also enjoy cycling around the estate. There are some farm animals that the children can pet and also the dogs (favourites being Inca and Ruby). The accommodation is stylish, spotlessly clean, dry and warm. Fully-equipped self catering for people who like to cook. There's also a lovely welcome basket of goodies on arrival. Within walking distance from the estate is the Fivemiletown high street, with a couple of good butchers, bakery and a SPAR and grocery so while you feel 'away from it all' you are still close to all conveniences. Best thing of all is the hosts Colleen and Nick — they make you feel so welcome and can't do enough to make sure you have everything you need.
