Had a voucher for afternoon tea, went with my daughter on Sunday past and really enjoyed it. From the pianist adding the musical ambience to the attentive waiting staff who delivered our tea/coffees and delicious assortment of afternoon tea delights! Very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be back again.

Great service, relaxed atmosphere. Scones amazing. Sandwich fillings could have been better (salmon very salty). Overall a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

It was a bit warm on the west facing rooms. No way to cool it off. They had a fan in the room that helped somewhat. Restaurant food was good if you have plenty of time. Service slow but friendly. Overall nice hotel.

Beautiful location with lovely rooms and large windows. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Shower was lukewarm and there is little bathroom counter space.

Had an amazing long weekend here for a friends wedding. Venue and hotel I cannot fault at all. The new ballroom was amazing, food was delicious and staff extremely helpful and friendly. One waiter even came out of his way to say bye to us as he was off shift the next day when we left. The venue catered for approx 200 guests at the sit down meal and all ran very smoothly (probably due to the sheer volume of staff to make sure it went off without a hitch). We came during the jazz festival as well so lots of live music throughout the town. I'd definately stay again.

You can't beat Sunday lunch at the Everglades. There's a broad selection of starters including egg mayonnaise; there's a decent selection of meats I'm the carvery; there's a chocolate fountain; theres an abundance of profiteroles and the cheesecake is baked. But best of all there is a man in the corner singing Neil Diamond songs. I wonder if he is there permanently or whether they let him go home at night?

The staff were warm, welcoming and eager to help. The room was lovely just a bit too warm in the evening. Great location on the outskirts of the city but close enough to walk back in and taxi fares were cheap to the city and back.

The staff was friendly, kind, and very helpful to my mother and I. The beds we're super comfy and the tub was huge! The food was excellent. All around it was a great stay.

Just had the most amazing meal experience ive ever had. My husband and children took me out for the Sunday 5 course banquet. Every course was exquisite the staff so professional the guy singing during dinner and Sharon Black on the piano. Our hostess Hannah made my birthday so special even to the birthday cupcake with candle. Thank you so much for my special day. Xxx.

Afternoon tea was lovely and the piano music was perfect. Only thing could improve is more sandwiches and less tray bakes but still perfect.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I went for the Sunday carvery which was fabulous… the best selection of desserts ever! My overnight stay was just as amazing. Cosy comfy room, the bed was divine. An awesome selection of cocktails in the beautiful library bar, I'd highly recommend the strawberry daiquiri. Staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially the lovely Jason. This young man epitomises excellence in customer service. My stay ended with a superb breakfast in the beautiful dining room. I will definitely be back to stay in the future.

Attended the Caged K1 event, a great show and venue. Parking is ample and the facilities of the Ballroom are very well suited for events. The only downside of the evening was the terrible DJ who was absolutely clueless and ruined many of the fighters entrances. So as long as he wasn't part of the Hotels staff I'd easily recommend it! :)

Stayed for four nights and had a great time. Think we definitely lucked out with the choice of hotel as the staff were so helpful, polite and could not do enough. Will be back and especially at Halloween.

Staff very helpful. Rooms reasonable condition. Food a little pricey for portions but very tasty. Smoking area very poor. All outdoors no shelter or heater. Positioned facing front door! Expected better fron 4* hotel. Enjoyed my stay here.

Fab hotel! Lovely lounge area with open fire. So welcoming. The staff are really friendly and obliging. We loved the excellent lady pianist and enjoyed playing a secret game of name that tune! Will definitely be back.

Large facility. Maintained well and very clean. Friendly and great staff of mixed age levels. Rooms were clean and good quality. Food was great although one person in the group (Trafalgar Irish Experience) had to rise 3 times to remind the waiter to serve him his bottle of beer that he preferred to have with his meal. It did show up a little late. I would give a 5 star rating if HR would focus on enhancing or refreshing customer service training. Making memorable interactions that engage clients with a view to retain them are, or should be, prime objectives for Everglades and the hospitality industry. With the potential of 3000 more rooms for absorbing increased tourism in the very near future, this hotel can strike gold for sure. I will definitely repeat if I revisit. Thanks Ken.

Great hotel very comfortable, friendly staff and the food is first class, its just a short distance out of town but very relaxing.

We had afternoon tea at the everglades and the food and service were both exceptional! Can't wait to go back again.

Staff very nice and down to earth, felt really at home, lovely quiet restaurant with probably the nicest Thai Curry ever! Fantastic food!

Went for a Sunday carvery and it was everything you could ever want from such an experience. The Sunday carvery is a dying artform in this world of meals served on slabs of wood or a slate, or hung from pegs on a line, or served on a shovel. There is nothing wrong with meat and veg on a round white plate and that is exactly what we got. They even served egg mayonnaise as a starter in the generously proportioned starter buffet. Good selection of dessert although after discovering that a chocolate fountain is basically hot cooking oil with a bit of chocolate thrown in I can't touch the thing. And to top it all off some fellow was tinkling away on a piano. The best of Einaudi from the sounds of it. Nicely played. Would I go back? I already have because this was my third or fourth time.

Amply large rooms well appointed. Excellent food with large portions. Friendly and helpful staff. Only negative is hotel has some road noise and having no apparent air conditioning, must keep windows open.

I was at the Everglades for my friends wedding, the hotel itself is very nice, well kept inside and out and the facilities are very good. The hotel is just 5 minutes drive outside Derry city centre so way to get to and from. The service of the staff was fantastic, in particular from the manager looking after our party on the day, Ruairi, who made sure everything went without a hitch and was extremely helpful throughout the whole day, I would highly recommend staying here for the relaxed atmosphere.

The Everglades hotel is a brilliant place to be, great service, beautiful food and great entertainment. Staff are always friendly and very helpful, I would recommend it to anyone :)

We attended an event in the ballroom, it was very enjoyable and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
