I stayed at this b & b for new years, staff very accommodating. Breakfast was first class, we will definitely be back!

Less than 1km from the city center, on a promenade that is also very simple, this B&b offers not very large but more than enough rooms. The owners are very friendly. Upon arrival we were given a small shot of the city with their recommendations of where to dine giving alternatives of various types of cuisine and budget. The next morning, go breakfast! If I go back to Derry, I don't think I'm looking for a different B&B.

Myself and two others stayed at Rose Park while attending Ulster university. Couldn't recommend it enough — so central to the town, rooms lovely and have everything you need. The family and staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, warm and had everything we needed throughout our lengthy stay. Always had somewhere to park our cars, and if not the family ensured that we could park on site and this was arranged. And can't forget Daisy the Yorkie, who provided entertainment at dinner time! Will definitely be back — thanks again for the fry up!

The owners were extremely nice and have us plenty of recommendations as well as the history of Derry! While the accommodations and breakfast surpassed my expectations.

Great place to stay, would stay here again, 5/5. Great shower that includes shower gel and hair dryer, bed is amazing like home and their breakfast is either continental or Irish breakfast which tasted amazing.

Thomas the host is very friendly. We were out the back, separate from house. Bathroom very, very tight. Little way from town centre.

I've stayed in the rose park twice now and have had a very enjoyable stay both times. The single room is perfectly arranged and has everything you'll need. Beautiful breakfast in the morning to set you up for the day and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Will most definitely be back next year.

Family run B&B with a very good atmosphere not too far from the city centre. Lovely ensuite rooms with televisions and showers. One of the staff had very good knowledge of local history and gave me a small map to point out places of interest.

This B&B was amazing! The rooms and beds were changed and cleaned everyday, the host was amazingly kind and courteous, and the breakfast was always fantastic and delicious. The house was also only about a 20 minute walk (or 5 minute taxi ride) from the busier parts of town. The host was even kind enough to take my friends and I on a trip to some prominent sites in Northern Ireland. I would recommend it to anyone!

Stayed here last year, loved the B&B. Reall6 friendly family run place. Really comfortable sleep, good breakfast, handy from the town (20 minute walk or £3.30 in a taxi) and we've booked in again. Highly recommended x.

The room was comfortable, clean, cosy. B&B staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful have never tasted a fry like it. No grease bread was toasted. Highly recommend the b&b plus we will be back.

My wife and I booked this online prior to our trip in 2011. We were very happy with the room and ammenities. The owners were most helpful in making our stay memorable. We were driving and found the location very convenient.

This is the best place in which we have stayed in Ireland. This House looks small on the outside, but inside is a marvel. There is Wi-Fi throughout the House. The renewal of this place is not only present, but seems continuous, it shows that the owners want to offer a very good service, and get it!
There is an area for parking (free) House, although there is also a back parking area and which does not involve any cost. The breakfast was fantastic, buffet and also with the option of a full Irish Breakfast.
The room had a good decoration very current and very nice colors. The bed was very comfortable and big. In addition, there was also hair dryer. The perfect heating in the room and the bathroom.
The bathroom was great, completely new and refurbished, with a very nice and contemporary design.
All perfectly clean and care to detail.
The Lord that we attended was very friendly and extremely helpful with us. Perfectly explained to us how to reach the Center (a 15 minute walk) and several places to dine and drink in a flat city official, and also provided a plane echo himself with more information.

The family atmosphere was awesome. Tom and his family couldn't have been any better. The accommodations and services were superb. Was there for 6 nights, and they provided the best time. They made us feel like family at every turn. Whatever we needed, they were most accommodating. If I ever return to Derry, I would definitely stay here, close to City Centre, but yet far enough away to feel like you are at home. Thank you to your family for having this establishment. Tom, Mary, Aaron, Emily and others I can't remember all the names. It was so much fun meeting other travelers each morning at the family breakfast.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, though it was excellent value for money and was impressed by the friendly owner. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced B&B.

I visited Rose Park House today and was given a conducted tour. The layout and amenities are excellent and there is a garden with wooden furniture that is perfect for sunny weather — like today. It is across the road from a Leisure Centre and a large public park and has secure parking for motorcycles. As a biker myself, I know how important that is.
