I treated my 10 staff to a night away and knew this was the perfect hotel. We love and use it all the time when visiting Belfast. Great location staff and spotlessly clean.

Just back from a stay with our little boy & girl. Right from check-in it was very family friendly. We especially loved the tickets for the treat bar & its a nice wee touch for children. The hotel itself is beautiful & the rooms are spotless with stunning views. The restaurant staff were amazing and made such a fuss of our wee ones during dinner that they didn't want to leave! The food was delicious & I loved the choices on the kids' menu. Thank you for making our stay so memorable & special.

We stayed on the 14 Feb for 1 night, And from check in to check out any staff we had interaction with from front desk to the restaurant and bar staff were more than helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Room was ready and spotless. Food was lovely as we're the wines and cocktails. we will definitely be back.

Nice and clean room the most of the reception staff is very polite and friendly but Tony is exception he did not treat all guests equally and he did not keep confidentiality of all guests enquiry and all people on the reception was able to heart his rudeness! The breakfast is very poor quality the cafe also I don’t recommend if you need to pay for it!
Overall the hotel is nice and clean and nice decorated!

I stayed here for 2 nights with my partner last week, absolutely loved the hotel, the room was spotless, staff where so kind, the food and beverage supervisor Ciaran couldn’t go far enough for us to be happy, he exceeded expectations and is a fantastic host, nothing was a hassle to him. Absolute great asset to the team. My only negative is the surprise £50 deposit when checking in especially when the hotel already have card details and contact details etc for any damages that may happen, it can come as a bit of a shock to those how have maybe saved up for the stay and are on a budget. Maybe include this extra charge in booking details. All in all great hotel and fantastic service we will be back.

Family of 4 we stayed for 2 nights last weekend and had a fantastic time. Sarah on reception was so helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better room having been upgraded to room 1214 — a beautiful suite on the top floor with an adjoining executive room 1212.
As a diamond member it’s always nice to get an upgrade but this room was so unexpected.
The bath has to be seen to be believed!
Lounge access was great as well and we had breakfast in there on both days as well as drinks and snacks at night.
We weren’t bothered at all by the renovation work and I can’t wait to visit again when the whole hotel has been done.

Very friendly reception staff they made us feel very welcome, I had a lovely stay and a beautiful breakfast the Chef Philip even came to talk to us to make sure everything was ok. I even got a lovely birthday card in my room on arrival. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Pleasant and friendly reception and bar staff. Nice clean, comfortable room so can’t complain on that front. Breakfast was mediocre though… plenty of choice but the hot buffet wasn’t hot and when it’s only like warm it’s not particularly nice Also ridiculously small glasses supplied for juice. One mouthful and it’s empty! I presume this is for portion control and profit margins but it just means your guests have to keep refilling their glass …

If coming from central train station (Belfast is an easy ~2hr train ride from Dublin) cross the street and turn left to find the walkway that goes to Hilton entrance. There are no signs. (pics of walkway attached). The st George's weekend market is worth a stop it's on the block one over from Hilton. Wi-Fi is 47 down and 53 up. Need more ability to plug in devices at bed side. Breakfast was tasty. Front desk could be more attentive to folks standing in line (that cost a star). Room was nice enough. Was just here for one night.

Not a good example of a Hilton. Shabby reception. Rooms in desperate need of a refit. Beds old and creek when moving. Doors to main corridor have large gaps under them. You can hear everything outside. Service isn’t bad but last night took forever to get something to eat as only one member of staff was at the bar. (Perhaps not normal) Food can only be classed as average at best. Had a chill bowl as wasn’t feeling particularly hungry. Quite tasty but the package was amature and lacked any sort of attention to detail. Had a burger when I stayed before, again average. If you use guacamole sauce and not real guacamole don’t put it on your menu. Food is not hard to get right in a hotel especially with their generally limited menus. Training needed. It’s a shame it’s such a poor hotel as the location is good. If I didn’t have to stay here with work I wouldnt choose to stay here. Staff are very nice and are clearly doing their best. None of this is directed at them. I’m not writing this because I had a bad night. Although the fire alarm did go off at 0700. I’m writing it because I feel they (Hilton and the current management) could do a lot better with this hotel and I hope that with review like this they might change a few things in the future.

Very good hotel, the bedding is very comfortable and the room has a magnificent view of the river with 2 fully glazed walls.
The hotel restaurant is good but the desserts are disappointing.

Good location, near to city centre and big covered market. Standard room was nicely spacious and had a bath in the bathroom. Comfy beds, usual amenities (TV, kettle), no choice of alternative pillows. One hour of internet provided free.

I can't express how excellent the staff is here; they are fantastic. While visiting, they set me up with multiple tours, and were very accommodating when ordering room service (on a local holiday, nonetheless, when many restaurants were closed). The food for breakfast is delicious in both the executive lounge (smaller selection due to reduced size of the lounge), as well as the regular breakfast in the restaurant. The location is a very short walk from the downtown area, as well as the rather large mall. It's also about a 5-8 minute drive from the airport as well, which will hopefully make morning departures easier to endure. The only reason why I didn't give the hotel a 5-star rating is because I could easily hear noise from the hall. I was located near the executive lounge, and I could hear the door to the lounge slam constantly, as well as the staff accessing the room next to the lounge. At times the noise was so loud, I almost thought I had room service entering my room on multiple occasions. I was hoping there would be a sound-proof barrier you could use, similar to what I've seen at some of the Waldorf hotels, but there was no such luck.

Prime position in belfast. Easy walking to loads of bars and great food spots. The exec room isn't that great. Ground floor breakfast is better. Great for free snacks drinks after work if you're not heading out.

Very nice hotel, very comfy and excellent customer service, especially from the Concierge Paul. When he was on duty, nothing was too much for him. He was very helpful. I’m nearly 70 and had a very large suitcase and two smaller heavy bags. I had to get to the train station when I was leaving and he said he’d be happy to help me over there. Well, he wasn’t on the afternoon I left (Wed 13th) and when I asked the concierge who was on, he just said ‘there’s a ramp at the side of the stairs’! When I implored him for help, he did take my luggage up the steps (begrudgingly I felt) and I asked him how far I had to walk to the station. He said ‘just up the ramp and turn left’. Well it was a bit more than that, and very difficult for me to push my 24kg bag past the roadworks and across the road. That man needs to be in training with Paul to find out what real customer service is!

Pleasant staff. Good conference facilities and support. Not a bad lunch either. Coffee was just ok. Good carpark.

The staff are wonderful but the hotel is in need of a update. The decor is dated as well as being jaded. There are some cleanliness issues in the rooms that do need to be addressed. That being said, the location is great. In addition there are plans in place to update the hotel.

Beautiful, spacious, clean room in which the bed was soo comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

The location was great in that it's right next to the train station and easily walkable. The room itself felt a little dated and could have used an update. The bathroom had a strong sewage odor every morning that was really undesirable. Overall it was Acceptable but not a place I would look forward to visiting again.

Good hotel if you plan on staying in the city. Nice bar. Rooms are nice, however I stayed on the exec floor due to membership level (HH recommended! )

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms did not feel 5 star but the service did. I was happy to see small utilities restocked. The service was great. I had a very comfortable stay and a good experience.

2nd stay downstairs, clean and welcoming there is only the swimming pool.

Just called in for drinks after an event at the adjacent Waterfront Hall. It was late in the evening but the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Staff were attentive and efficient. Our orders were entirely non-alcoholic — which seemed to be a feature for other patrons also, so the general atmosphere was less raucous than many a hotel bar. A nice spot.

Spent three nights in this hotel and it was one of the best stays we have ever had. All of the staff were amazing and they really looked after us. We had two evening meals here which were absolutely fantastic. And who can write a review without mentioning the hilton breakfast, loads on offer from cereal and toast to bacon, sausage, egg etc. Loved our stay and we will definitely go here again.

My stay was brief but the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Work Christmas dinner was held at the Belfast Bolton. Food was excellent and service was very good from all staff. They bar downstairs was also very cool and music provided was very suitable.

Positives: massive really nice room with plenty of mirrors and lighting, lovely staff, kettle and complimentary tea/coffee, assorted toiletries, very effective air conditioned room, centre of Belfast Negatives: bed is as hard as a brick, kinda crappy TV with mostly pay per view, £100+ (£119 in our case) for a room for a night and only 60 minutes of free Internet access Probably forgotten some stuff, will edit if that is the case.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Hotel in Belfast on Saturday 8th December. The staff were very friendly and more than helpful from the reception desk to the restaurant staff. Food was delicious and the bedroom was lovely too. Word definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely experience staying here. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of Belfast's main shopping area. The bedroom was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was luxurious. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, and we had a great breakfast from the lavish buffet (with additional eggs from the menu). The reception and waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only grumble was that the bed, though probably new and expensive, was rather hard. Also, accessing the place in the dark for the first time, while trying to extricate ourselves from the one-way traffic system, would have been made easier had there been a road-sign at the turning for the hotel. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended; we'll be back.

We stayed at the Hilton Belfast on the 27th of November 2017 for my 24th Birthday. Overall we found the experience extremely enjoyable and would recommend this hotel.
We were firstly allowed to leave our bags several hours before check in which gave us the chance to explore the town, we received a text as soon as our room was prepared which was earlier than scheduled. The rooms are very clean and include all of the facilities that we could have wished for. The bed was very large and comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We had some issues with our shower head which resulted in our bathroom getting soaked, we contacted reception and our issue was dealt with incredibly quick and efficiently by 2 very friendly maintenance staff named Jim & Robert. We were kindly offered complimentary drinks vouchers to use at the downstairs bar for our inconvenience. The Hilton Belfast run a text messaging service where you can contact them with any queries or issues, we found this a fantastic way to add a personal touch and connect with guests. Besides the good room and great location the stand out thing about this hotel is the levels of customer service. From the second we checked in we were greeted by enthusiastic and friendly staff members who displayed incredible levels of professionalism at all times. A particular thanks must be given to Eileen who helped with the issues that we had and increased our positive experience.

This place is great and in a neat little town. Worth the trip to visit! Nice staff, nice rooms, great views if you get above 3rd floor. Walk and enjoy on a long weekend!

Exceptional, absolute best hotel experience I've ever had. We paid for the Executive Suite as it was our anniversary, so we also had access to the Executive lounge. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Called in here for something quick to eat before a show at the waterfront. Found it very noisy although food was good. The price of a glass of wine was ridiculous £7.80… very glad I didn't order a 2nd glass if I had known the price beforehand I would have asked for a glass of water!

I've stayed in lots of Hilton hotels including double tree, but this one definitely doesn't stand up to what you expect from a Hilton. No facilities, mediocre service and breakfast. Rooms are clean but not very updated.

Recently stayed at the Hilton Belfast while jn town for work. Check in was smooth and the hotel well kept. The room was clean and large. Unfortunately, the bed wasn't too comfortable. The location is great and within walking distance of most of central Belfast. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection. My colleague tells me the gym was good for a hotel, I never quite made it. Would definitely stay here again for a business trip. Hopefully I'm a bit luckier with the bed!

The Hilton Belfast is located in the city centre and it is about 15 minutes from the city airport in a taxi. There is s multi storey parking next to it if you drive and you can pay it at reception. The lobby is big and airy and you have a business centre next to the check in area. They have a nice executive lounge on the 11th floor with views over the city and they have an all day nibble and drinks offering in addition to the breakfast and the evening drinks and canapes between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. The gym is extensive and good and the restaurant has great food. The rooms are big and well designed with good bathrooms and the views are either of town or the river. All in all a good hotel with easy access to the city, has a lounge and often reasonable priced.

Great location rooms and lounge. This is a modern Hilton overlooking Lagan close to Titanic Museum and city Centre. Victoria shopping mall with its great shops and restaurants is also a stones throw away. The rooms are modern staff very friendly. Breakfast included Ulster Fry and was wonderful.

The rooms were spacious and well stocked, the staff was courteous and attentive. Wi-Fi was a hassle considering how easy, and inexpensive, it is at other hotels. View from the room was quite good.

The location is perfect as it is a short walk away from the city center and other prominent sites in Belfast. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The service is excellent.

Check in was fantastic! Staff so so friendly, advised to ask if we want restaurant reservations etc. Room was spacious and quiet with air conditioning. The TV didn't work but someone was sent swiftly to fix it. The location is perfect. Close to trains station and many restaurants. Highly recommended.

Completely meh. Lack the little things that make a hotel great. Wi-Fi connectivity is very low and poor. Shampoo and conditioner portions very stingy. I didn't even have enough to lather my entire head… hair dryer cuts in and out. It's not a bad hotel but there is nothing special about it. Almost forgot. Breakfast was also meh. Scrambled eggs tasted like they came out of a can.

The executive room with executive lounge access is the best of the hotel. The rooms are big and clean. Location near the river make Hilton the beat choice for me. I have been here twice 2010 and 2013

Location is handy for the airport. Room was ok, however rather noisy from the trainline outside the window and the "double" bed was two singles stuck together, meaning a hard ridge down the middle. Restaurant was nice. Staff friendly and helpful.

They went to some trouble to give us a room with a fabulous view. It was a very short stay but great fun and very comfortable.

Very nice hotel with modern will furnished and comparatively spacious rooms. The outlook of the rooms is pretty grim of you get a West facing room looking out onto boring but bleak black Grey rooftops. The view to the east is likely to be far more impressive. The hotel is about 30minutes walk from Queen's university and about 20minutes by taxi to the city airport in typical peak traffic.

Outstanding hotel, located right in town with easy access to city airport. The room was extremely well designed and maintained, completely clean, and very quiet. There was no noise pollution from other rooms, resulting in a very restful stay. The restaurant food was excellent, and the reception, waiting and bar staff were superb.

A colleague and I went to the Hilton for a spot of lunch. The hotel is slightly outside the city centre and a bit out of the way if you are not working or passing the area. The hotel restaurant is well decorated and is very comfortable. The staff are friendly however as it was quiet there was no sense of urgency which is required during a lunch time order. The food was fresh and tasty and I have to say I would go back again.

Great hotel and great location. So convenient to the Waterfront. Excellent food in the restaurant — the sea food dish was delicious. When requested we got a lovely room overlooking the R. Lagan. Will definitely will be back the next time we are going to a concert in the Waterfront. Also so convenient from Central Station. Lovely friendly helpful staff.

The carpark is disgusting. Too small too tight and damages low cars like audi's or bmw's. Easy to kerb your wheels and the spaces are too tight. Overpriced. Hitler recommended this as a place to park. The room was 'deluxe' but the lampshades were loose and couldn't be tightened and hang loose, the windows were disgusting and needed cleaning and the feel of the room was poor. Better experiences as other hotels for much less. Would never go again. Ruined my weekend.

Awful experience, manager awful — I was there caring for a sick relative when they were very unwell. Manager was horrible and not flexible in his approach whatsoever. Had better customer service earlier in the week in the travelodge. The view from the 1st floor was non existent. Stuck up visitor who complained as my dog barked ONCE because room service knocked the door to my room. Unfriendly people and thank God we don't have to return to such an overrated place. On the upside there was one nice member of staff, a lady with black hair who tried to speak to me when I was so upset and stressed by the managers attitude.

Very nice hotel, great staff. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and the staff could not have been more helpful, bar food was excellent (possibly a slightly more extensive menu needed). Executive lounge is the best I have experienced. Room was very comfortable. Only negatives would be charge to park car (we didn't have to as we are a handicapped vehicle and the parking for us was right outside the front door-not in the fee pay underground car park), They also charge for internet use (unless you are an "top-tier" customer) which we were but the process to log in was a TOTAL pain and had to be repeated over and over and over again as it would automatically log you out after a few minutes of non use or whilst walking from the room to the lift or bar/etc etc. The internet service would put me off staying here again, unless I called and was told it had been improved.

My partner and I stayed at the Hilton from 23rd of May until the 26th. Our service throughout was FANTASTIC! In particular Tracey on the front desk was a real treasure and nothing was too much trouble! Give that girl a MASSIVE pay rise now! Also Tony the doorman was a real star. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was epic. We had dinner one evening and that was lovely too, so we will be back! You can always tell. If you have American aircrew (probably amongst the pickiest on the planet) American and Japanese guests all with smiles on their faces, you know you are doing something right! Thank you! P. Second stay in the Hilton hotel and have to say the staff are fabulous. Donna, the receptionist was so helpful and nothing was a problem. Having stayed in other hotels numerous times we have not experienced the friendly and accommodating service to this level before. It is so convenient to the Waterfront and we have already booked again to return. The rooms are spacious and so clean and fresh and the view over Belfast is delightful, especially watching the lights of the city light up. The food in both the bar and restaurant is keenly priced and of high quality. All good at the Hilton Belfast.

Lovely hotel and very good location for visiting the city. The room was spacious and had every facility I could ever need, also the view of the river from the window was nice to look at each morning. The restaurant make the best steak I have ever eaten. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issues I have are that even though the room was a fair price the food and drink were slightly over priced. Also as others have mentioned the Wi-Fi could have been cheaper or free.

It was probably refurbished ages ago. And no free Wi-Fi in the rooms! It is 15 pounds a day.

My sister and I stayed at the Hilton Nov 2-4, 2011. We were welcomed warmly by the staff and checked in within 5 minutes. We had a lot of questions and needed recommendations and directions. John at the bellman/consierege desk was a gem. He arranged tours, sent us to excellent restaurants and gave great walking directions. Food and drinks in the bar were excellent and enjoyed in front of the lovely fireplace.

A beautiful, run smoothly and with very friendly staff. Great view, great rooms, great service, great food.
