Spent a couple of hours in Rattlebag. Haven’t been here since it was ‘Baltic’. Seriously attentive bar staff. Stunning surroundings. Had a great time to finish of our Valentines Day.

Stayed here last night and what can I say, from start to finish beautiful place and beautiful staff, room was spotless, everything you needed was there at the ready. Amazing staff and second to none with their service, we definitely will be back again, by the way best “death by chocolate” trifle was the best I’ve ever had, keep up the good work.

Atmosphere is brilliant. Staff are very friendly from door men to bar staff. Prices aren't bad for a hotel. Quick service even though it was busy xx.

Staff in the bar were all amazing from the moment we stepped in till we left! Top notch service. Special mention to Keith who even after his shift had finished went out of his way to see if there was a cocktail able to be made for us that wasn't on the menu. A small gesture but was greatly appreciated 🙌

Stayed here on Friday night. Very helpful staff. Really great customer service. Room exceeded expectations. Obvious good hygienic which is very important — especially at present. Looking forward to a return visit.

Brilliant hotel, they have thought of everything. Plugs in right places, near mirrors for hairdryers… and really good hairdryers. Shelf for straighteners. Sky TV. Good selection of toiletries… shampoo and conditioner plus body lotion… they have thought of all the small but important details especially for the ladies. Also, every member of staff was so friendly and helpful… would def recommend… and final thanks to the ever patient Lucy.

We had a birthday lunch for a 25 year old. Food is lovely. Service is lovely. Very buzzy on a Saturday afternoon and they are dog friendly both in the outside area when weather permits but the inside bar area also accom0dates them. Lovely place for a few hours and a great location to browse the shops.

Had a fabulous evening, wonderful Chefs creating amazing food, good craic with a great host Niall, who very skillfully led us through the courses and keeping our glasses filled. Would definitely come again.

Stayed here for 2 nights and Karen on reception was so helpful and so pleasant couldn’t do enough for us would highly recommend the bullitt for a stay and very reasonably priced and so central.

Loved the Bullitt. The room was nice. Everything has an industrial feel to it. Gkod coffee in the room and the wee breakfast bag was a welcome site in the morning after a few of their great cocktails!

This is a review for the Bullitt bar. The bar is very nice and has a wide range of drinks available. It has a nice outside area as well as good music. It is one of the more pricier bars in Belfast.

Great communal lounge area with cool trendy vibe. Bar seems to be a destination spot by locals. Restaurant Taylor & Clay off the lobby is quite good for dinner & the free breakfast bun (when you book directly through their site). However the room (Comfy Twin) felt very dorm-like — not in keeping with the feel of the rest of the hotel — with clunky furnishings, no artwork save a small 8x10 print in the corner of the room, and no washcloths. But beds were quite comfortable. 4-stars because of the disparity between the hip communal areas and the rooms.

Had a beautiful stay here, couldn't have faulted anything. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Add the food was amazing.

The food is excellent! And the atmosphere very welcoming. The pork chops and the steaks are outstanding, and the cauliflower vegetarian dish would satisfy anyone! Highly recommended.

Called in for dinner. Very noisy. Hard to have conversation over loud music. They have nice outside seating area, perfect for sunny occasions. Staff friendly and helpful.

I loved the hotel! The staff was really friendly and after I checked in still remembered me by name. They gave great recommendations for food. The room was gigantic, very new and chic. The shower was insane and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was also right downtown. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Belfast!

I’m so disappointed to be writing this. My friends and I had wanted to try the restaurant at bullitt for a while after it being recommended and we were looking forward to going tonight. Unfortunately the whole experience was a disaster. Shortly after we ordered we were told there was a problem with the gas and there would be a delay on our meal, we totally understood but were a little disappointed there had been no offer of anything while we waited. Another while later they same waiter came over to explain that the gas was fixed but the fryers were down so they couldn’t make my side order and offered me a choice of salad or couscous instead. I asked for the couscous but 10 mins later was told that was a mistake and they didn’t have any, so that left me with the mixed leaf salad. My friend had also requested a side order of chips and she changed that to a potato salad. The potato salad never came. When the dishes were being cleared the waiter asked us we were happy with everything and I said not really, it was disappointing. The waiter said they would “sort something” and made a quick exit.
Whilst we waited on the bill, we watched as a member of the cooking team took a roll of cling film, wrapped it around his face (that had been dripping in sweat from the heat of the ovens) in banter. He then took the cling film and wrapped it around left over food and put in the fridge. Yuck!

Fantastic hotel, room is great, service from team is excellent and the bar and restaurant is spot on. The hotel is perfectly located in the cathedral district. Recommend to anyone.

We attended a candle making workshop with Michael @thebeardedcandlemakers in the 'Good Room' at the Bullitt Hotel. A fabulous workshop with brilliant facilities, we availed of presecco or coffee before we started. I would suggest you go early and have your tea in one of the restaurants before the workshop. The atmosphere and buzz in the reception area is brilliant and that is even before you get to make your candle. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Really friendly staff! Adam who works front of house in particular, was exceptional! Very friendly and massively helpful. As someone who rarely goes to Belfast having Adam on reception was a fantastic help to my stay. He arranged a taxi to take us to dinner, showed us some great visitor spots! Only negative was that the milk for coffees and teas (in our room) was sour. It was sealed and in date so I cannot fault Bullit. The rooftop bar is a must visit!

Great hotel. Brilliant breakfasts. Dinky rooms are small but very well equipped. Love the complimentary breakfast bags delivered to your room. Wonderfully positioned. Had several hip bars. The staff are very helpful.

The atmosphere is brilliant, quirky and has its own soul. There's art, the rooftop bar, another bar downstairs, a cute patio with another bar. The food in the restaurant is magnificent. The room, impeccable and the complimentary breakfast so lovely. Decoration has no flaws. Definitely staying here again if I return to Belfast. 5/7

Great hotel, spacious rooms, friendly and competent service, central location, yummy coffee and breakfast. Can get noisy at night due to the lounge in the reception area and surrounding pubs/clubs.

Amazing amazing amazing! The food here was probably some of the best I have ever had. We got fabulous service for our engagement dinner! Can't wait to come back to the Taylor and Clay restaurant.

Bar and beer garden is good. The rooftop now opened is worth a visit. Take the elevator though and not the stairs! There is an outdoor bar on one side and a restaurant the other. Great for something different. Live music too. Food is good and a lively busy atmosphere. Rooms good for short and simple city breaks.

Have only ever had coffee, but it was top notch. The short dark haired girl who works weekdays there is so pleasant and welcoming.

Ridiculously noisy in the restaurant. Unable to talk to people at the same table. Food OK but not remarkable. Avoid unless you like to wear ear defenders while eating.

We had recieved a gift voucher for an over night stay and evening meal for christmas… can honestly say that the hotel and staff were fantastic. Staff were so attentive and friendly, in all areas of the hotel. We were greeted by the loveliest receptionist when we checked in, who couldnt have done any more for us. The staff in the restaurant were beyond helpful and were well versed on the menu choices… even recommended which bars to go to afterward (berts jazz bar — also fab! ) & not just bars owned by the Wolsey group… any of the staff we encountered were pleasant and chatty, even down to the house keeping staff. Food in the restaurant was delicious, good variety of choice on the menu, portion sizes were spot on… cocktails were devine, too easy to drink lol
Bedroom was modern, clean and warm (also heating has controls in each room — along with air-conditioning) but the best thing was the bed! Ive never had a more comfortable sleep! It was like sleeping on a bed of clouds!
So a massive thank you to all staff we encountered for making our wee night away so enjoyable! And thank you to my dad and step mum for not only buying the voucher and treating us to a night away, but for also looking after the kids so we could do it child free :-) will definitely be back to stay! *pics of our room (104) in comments :-)

Very dinky rooms. Far too warm. Felt like a sweat box. Comfortable bed. Carpets need a good steam clean as very dirty, and it was the first thing you notice as yoi walked into room. Food was very good and public areas were great. Good customer service.

Have only been to the bar but really impressed. Great selection of drinks for prices which are pretty good for a place like that. Modern but cosy decor and a class smoking/outdoor area. Edit: changed my mind, tried to get meet people in it for drinks and wasn't allowed in because I was wearing an Adidas jacket. Ok cool, I'll just take my youth — and custom — elsewhere.

I went to the bullit hotel for lunch with my firend and her new born daughter. The restaurant is wide and great for a pram, the seating is comfortable and the menu was small but perfect. The staff were excellent and it was generally a great experience.

Group of us went her for lunch on a Saturday lunch time. The restaurant itself is very modern and nice to sit in. Lunch menu is filled with lots of different choices from wagu beef, flatbread kebabs and salads. I had the wagu beef burger which was delicious. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Food was brought out promptly and extra sides and drinks (You can never have too many Jawbox and Ginger) where never far away. A very nice place to stop off for delicious bite to eat or sit and have a drink on a day out in Belfast.

I can't imagine a cooler hotel. The rooms are super functional and cute, and we couldn't stay away from the restaurant (it's really really good). Very highly recommend Bullitt. The outdoor bar can be a bit loud on the weekend, so maybe ask for a higher floor room on the back side if you're sensitive to noise. Then again, it's a happening scene down there, so maybe go check it out…

Stayed in a comfy room. Great sized room. Big comfy bed. Hotel staff all very friendly. Tried the Sunday brunch menu and was lovely! Cocktails are great too! Great breakfast choices and good coffee.

Went for culture night 2017, so hard to say what it's like normally. But the venue was well set up and had some great music on. Inside was warm and comfortable with plenty of seating.

Fantastic service, staff where super helpful and beyond what I was even expecting. Unfortunately the room was incredibly loud due to some sort of plumbing which appeared to come from a kitchen next to our room. This went out until about 12:30-1:00am which was a mega inconvenience when you need to get up early to fly home. Major let down on such a fantastic hotel.

My fiancé booked this hotel a while in advance to stay in after him proposing. I walk past this hotel every day to work and would fondly visit here for dinner and drinks with friends. It was a nice spacious room, well designed, great utilities and reasonably clean. The night part of the stay was great and we had no complaints until much later where it all started to go downhill. In the early hours of the morning we had ordered room service, because of the time we understood if there were any delays or unavailability of any of the items off the menu. However, what I didn’t expect was my call to be answered by a rude male. He scolded me about ringing the wrong number which was the restaurants’ number and proceeded to take our order. I then tried to let me him know that the number I had rang was the restaurant’s as was stated on the contact numbers was listed under ‘'Taylor and Clay/Room Service' which must’ve been wrong. He dismissed me and said our food would take 10 minutes. Even when delivering our food he had attitude. Next morning, we were woken up at 7.59 am in the morning on a Saturday by drilling and sawing construction literally outside of our door as we were staying at the end of the corridor in the higher rate rooms on the corner of the hotel. Intermittently throughout the morning we were awoken up again and again by the loud construction noise on the other side of the door.

I spent two nights here while in Belfast for a conference. I loved it! Room was clean and bed very very comfy. I loved the simple decor and layout of everything. Ohh n the rainfall showers were a real treat! Loved the grab bag breakfast for the day I wanted to lay in. Loved having a choice of hot breakfast too which I opted for on the second day. We had a very tasty dinner on Thursday night. I honestly cannot complain. I really really loved it here. Wish I had bought a Bullit mug before leaving but I'll be back!

A great addition to the city. Vibrant atmosphere with a great outdoor space. Can't wait to check out the rooftop terrace when it's complete. They need to arrange a permanent BBQ on the roof during the summer!

Good drinks and excellent staff but the environment wasn't for me. "Industrial" is the best way to describe it or if I were cynical half finished. Exposed pipes, cracks in the wall, some tasteful mould, the ambiance of a slaughter house and some nice jungle beats to prevent any conversation. Maybe I'm just old but I expect more from a supposedly upmarket place.

Having never been here before a friend recommend I try it. The exterior looks like a dodgy 80s American motel from the street and I certainly wouldn't want to enter given the street signage. Inside you are welcomed by a lovely jameson barrel statue but unfortunately have to walk through a smoke filled area to enter the bar. Upon entering my first thought was where are the flight information screens as it felt so much like an airport lounge. The music that was playing was similar to a day spa and I felt like I was meant to be floating away except rhetoric interior was designed very industrial and the staff had clearly been given their hipster instructions. It doesn't seem to know what it wants to be. Funky, relaxing, hipster, industrial. Good range of drinks and well priced but atmosphere was weird. Probably won't return.

Love this bar. The decor is really understated and casual and the bar has a relaxed feel. The service is brilliant and the quality of food and drinks is fantastic. I recommend Bullitt to everyone.

Quite a modern and themed hotel, absolutely loved it. Great beer courtyard, bar, lounge area, and amazing restaurant. Bed was comfortable and had all the conveniences such as USB wall charging.

Seemed like a good place, probably just not quite what we were looking for in terms of a family group dinner with lots of kids. Will try again with an adult only group!

Good steak and atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Good service. Restaurant "contaminated" by the bar atmosphere so its nice but it can be also wee bit too loudy depending of the time and music…

Everything about this new Belfast Hotel is fab, functional and on-trend. From the IC wall lamps to the colour palette, surfaces and furnishings, it's boldly fusing 1960's/70's Scandi design with a totally contemporary approach. You enter through a discrete passageway, which if you know Belfast is really fun, as the city has many traditional 'entries' as they're called, and they have a local historic significance. This takes you into a stunning and well-set up beer garden with a pop-up florist to one side, past which is the main bar/restaurant area of the hotel. They have fantastic coffee which they serve all day until late at night, and while prices are not cheap, I've noticed that recently most of Belfast's prices have crept up dramatically with their recent tourism boom, and unlike many other places, this place can justify every penny. I haven't stayed here yet, but I've looked at the rooms and it seems to be in a similar vein to the Deane Hotel in Dublin, simple, functional and beautiful but strongly focused on contemporary travellers, as opposed to the traditional type of hotel room drowning in carpets and curtains.
