Hotel good clean and comfortable and houkeeping really good. Staff friendly and very helpful, however restaurant let it down for me. First problem was sticky table, second was warm coleslaw under heat lamp for way too long. Third issue was burger was greasy making bun all soggy.

Great hotel in central Belfast. Room nice and spacious. Excellent breakfast with wide selection for less than £10. Hotel staff very nice and welcoming.

I've stayed here a few time now. It's a pretty decent hotel which is centrally located. Both the room and dining where of good standard. Would come back again.

A no nonsense Hotel. Clean/ basic and central. They have an agreement with a public car park 5 minutes away. We also choose to have our breakfast outside.

A very nice place to stay. I had dinner there and may look for cheaper places next time. Good food, but just a bit pricey.

Great place to stay. Do many things with walking distance too which makes it a really good base.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. We found the room was spacious and clean. Food was well served and very nice. Spacious bar but a bit soulless not a good atmosphere. One problem we had when we finished eating one night we left the money and a tip for the lovely service, told the waitress who acknowledged it and went to or room. Only to have a phone call from the manager to say we hadn't paid. I explained what we did and she must have asked the waitress. Spoke to the manager next morning who barely apologised. Left a bad feeling and we didn't feel comfortable after that. Pity because we like staying with Premier Inn. Definitely not this one again. The one in Alfred Street is a lot better would recommend.

Ideally situated in the city in the Cathedral quarter of Belfast with may great historical pubs only meters away along with great places to dine out to. Very easy access to the city centre and only a 15min walk from the Titanic museum. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly and are happy to help and guide you on any questions you may have. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and what we'd say it's ok for a few nights away.

Great wee hotel about a five minute walk from city hall. Value for money.

Stayed with Premier Inn many times now and this one is just as good as all the others especially considering the cheap price I for it for. The room was reasonably big and clean. The location in the city was excellent — 15 mins walk to anywhere in Central Belfast. Overall a good experience.

Right in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter, great for anyone wanting a good night out in Belfast. Rooms very impressive for the price range.

A friendly welcome and comfortable rooms at a good price. Well positioned for the city centre, shops, cinema, eating and bus tours. Definitely be on the consideration list next time.

Just met my friends who were staying in the hotel for dinner. The restaurant itself is really nice and the service was good. The food definitely could have been better however.

Great location, just 15 mins from City Airport, room clean and spacious, staff all very friendly. Would prefer a room on a higher floor next time (was on the 1st) as it gets lively outside when all the bars/clubs close, but otherwise all was good.

Outstanding value — kids love it! Online check-in makes everything simple to do! Location very convenient to Belfast city centre, rooms are spotless and staff are excellent.

Fantastic location, very central to Belfast shops and amenities. The room was well furnished, all be it a typical Premier Inn. The staff were more than helpful and friendly. Next time I'm in Belfast that's where I'll be staying.
