When I walked in to stay here I had to go through the cafe and had my surname *barked* at me, felt like standing to attention and going yes sir!
had to then stand outside room whilst waiting for cleaner to finish up in it. Felt awkward

Not told what time breakfast is, didn't feel very welcome. Breakfast to be fair after me writing a little note, was bought to my room, and it was ok, bit bland at times but I ate it coz I was hungry. someone likes slamming doors I wouldn't stay here again I'm afraid.
