Good location! Comfortable accommodation… almost have everything we need.

Great location and well equipped. Nice bedding and comfy beds. Great having 3 bathrooms too!

Very clean. Very quiet. Close to everything. Was even able to enter a little early. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, spacious enough for 6 adults, and well-situated right off the Royal Mile. We were warm and comfortable, and appreciated having the option of a kitchen and family room to gather in. We felt comfortable walking down the fairly well-lit Tollgate Lane to the apartment, and found it to be nice and quiet at night as the road is closed to through traffic.

The flat was huge and of a high standard. The underground garage was great also, knowing my car was secure whilst spending time out exploring Edinburgh.

Honestly don't know, looks nice & in nice area. Will be pricy.

Super apartment When we are in Edinburgh is booked Here. Very central and the furnishings are 1A.

Good location, underground parking, kitchen facilities. A bit basic in many ways but good value overall. Convenience trumps luxury.

This facility actually has no internet or Wi-Fi. When reporting the issue to have it resolved was told It's the weekend and we'll get back to you Monday. Their attitude of not caring and "tough luck" really annoyed me. "

Be sure to confirm your reservation a few days ahead of your stay. I arrived at around 5pm on the day of my stay, couldn't find the office and called their main number and no answer. My cab driver called the afterhours number and again no answer. After I talked to someone the next day I was told that the after hours attendant called the cab driver back and he didn't answer. I ended up paying to stay at another hotel. I asked about a refund and was simply told to take it up with Expedia. If you're looking for a regular hotel with good customer service, this is not the place to stay! It's the attitude of not caring and "tough luck" that really bothered me.

Nice enough apartment however, though owners were a little aggressive with their approach. Too many notices with reference to fines on breakages and reports to police by neighbours if too noisy. Could not relax in case something went wrong. Also difficult to find accommodation. Once key was collected from one apartment block, eventually discovered our flat was in another block. Not obvious.

Royal. Mile address is of the main office. The aprtmebts are mostly elsewhere and beware if you have heavy luggage. Some of them are three flights up (with no lifts).

Very nice and roomy. Good central location. Would recommend.

Very poor, stayed in much better accommodation in central Edinburgh. Complicated entry system, secure parking but a long way from the flat. Long list of dislikes really, wouldn't say I hated it but wouldn't go back, I'll stay in a Premier Inn, cheaper and better.
