Just got back, would definitely recommend, lovey staff made to feel very welcome, right on the sea front.

Great hosts, clean spacious rooms and a fantastic breakfast to start the day, all the beers and wines in the bar were reasonably priced, we'll definitely be going back.

Beautiful scenery from sea view rooms. Pretty and beautiful hotel recommend. Adult only too. Breakfast is yummy 🙂👍

Lovely, warm and friendly hosts. Extremely clean, smells fabulous everywhere. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Lovely grade 2 listed building full of character. Standing on the terrace you have a great view of the beach.

Lovely clean friendly, lots of extras toiletries, brilliant location defiantly booking again best place we've stayed at Llandudno xx.

Can not speak highly enough of The View Guest house, a friendly warm welcome as soon as we stepped in. Claire and Roman have made it a real home from home, the attention to detail was just amazing absolutely everything you would need. Our room was a sea view room and just WOW absolutely beautiful as was our room. The breakfasts were amazing lots of choice and the cooked breakfast was to perfection. If your looking for a little piece of heaven I would highly recommend staying, we will most definitely be returning to The View in the very near future. Thank you to Claire, Roman and Stefan for a wonderful stay in your home.

The owners are a lovely couple. The place is beautiful. Rooms are very good size, clean and there is bathroom in each room, which is also lovely and spacious. And the views are absolutely breath taking.

I don't really want to put a good review as it will get booked up and after our weekend here we want to come back… and back time and time again. In fact the in laws have just booked for 4 weeks time while we are still here. There is nothing to dislike, great hosts and staff, the place is spotless, the breakfast superb. Rooms superb… the whole place is fantastic. Can't wait to come back. Emma and Steve.

I visited here with my partner in April 2018 for 2 nights. The place looked great online and was even better when we arrived, we were very impressed! Our room was cosy, had everything we needed and great views! I loved that we were able to specify how we wanted our bed made and the memory foam pillows we opted for were so comfy — we had never tried them before. I also loved that there was hot chocolate and marshmallows in the room if you fancied it. Breakfast was very tasty and you could opt for the cold buffet, cooked breakfast or both! Overall we were very happy with our stay and would happily recommend to anyone. Thanks for having us!

Came here for a small getaway after we got married but before our proper honeymoon. The people who run it are really nice and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Close to town and lots to do in the area. Great place would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future.

We've just spent our third bank holiday weekend at The View and it certainly lives up to it's name. Beautiful rooms and facilities, delicious breakfast with so much choice and very helpful and caring staff. Claire and Roman are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything to make our stay a wonderful experience. Already booked for next year!

Our first stay at "the view" there will definitely be more to come… great location… very clean… comfy and relaxing enjoyed our stay very much and helpful staff.

Just spent 3 days at The View Llandudno. Is our third visit and I have already booked for September. Hotel top class, friendl owners and lady who helps with the breakfast is lovely, breakfast excellent a very relaxing week — end as always.

It's all about the view. Lovely place, superb location, friendly and warm service, no kids, can't recommend it enough.

Just had 3 days in this fabulous home from home guest house, breakfast was lovely everything you can think of was there for you, it was my birthday an jeff had give them a call to have some flowers / wine in the room for when we arrived, they even put banners up an left a card an little gift for me (hiw sweet was that) well I can't recommend this enough and jeff n I will definitely be back. 20th May 2016 Four of us stayed for 2 nights, 2 couples, we had a lovely warm welcome, lovely and clean, lots of little extras in our rooms & throughout made you feel right at home, parking permit given on arrival, lovely breakfast, lovely terrace to sit out on with wonderful views, even supplying blankets in case it was a little cool, nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, would definitely stay again, and would recommend a stay at The View Guest House. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed at the view guest house. To say this place was excellent is an understatement from the way we were welcomed by Claire and roman we new we had picked the Right place to stay just walking in to the hall way was stunning to the bedroom with a excellent sea view with every concealable extra in your room. I asked roman if their was anything they had missed out if you choose you to stay here try and think of something good luck we couldn't. Then to the breakfast we had our breakfast at 09.30 am and didn't eat again to well into the afternoon. And not forgetting the lady who served us every morning thelma one word brilliant we will be booking here again very soon well worth a visit.
