Everything you expect from a premier inn and a decent breakfast. Guy at the front desk is awesome though! I forget his name but he's the one with a lot of family in anerica. Give that guy a raise!

Since my last stay the refurbishment work has been completed and there is now a dining room where continental and cooked breakfasts are served so you do not have to go to the pub next door. The staff were very helpful when I needed to extend my stay at very short notice. This hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Aberdeen Royal Infirmary so ideal if you have to stay over before/after an operation or while visiting family or friends who are a patient in the hospital. The hotel had a lift to all floors if you can't use stairs.

Very friendly and helpful staff available 24 hours a day. Clean and quiet rooms. Plenty of parking spaces. In a great location for the hospital and town.

I have stayed in a few Premier Inn's and I have to say that this is one of the best. Good parking, friendly staff, lovely room with sub charging ports. All you can eat breakfast also!

This is good place to stay. Near to airport and downtown. Reasonable price. Room facility is good. Service is satisfactory. One problem is there is no phone in the room to communicate. Transports are avaiable nearby. They can also help you to arrange a taxi. There is restaurant called Toby Carvery with it which has really good dining. Overall its a very nice and cozy place to stay.

Stayed over a few days twice whilst mum was in ARI pre & post op. It was warm & peaceful & the staff were extra friendly. The head housekeeper even left me a little box of chocolates & a card in my room when she saw I’d been anxious about mum’s recovery. Rare attention to detail & thoughtfulness in this day and age. Restored my faith in human nature!

Standard Premier Inn, though night staff verging on sociopathic & lone chef & tiny breakfast area woefully underprepared for a fairly busy spell. After half an hour just about managed to vulture a meagre breakfast in two shifts. Might be better with the Toby Carvery next door…

The hotel can be a bit tricky to find if you're looking for the building instead of the sign. It is behind a buffet restaurant when looking at it from the main road. Upon arrival the staff was polite, attentive, and helpful when I asked for food recommendations. The room was clean, comfortable, and the temperature controls worked quickly to adjust the room's temperature as needed. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast with maybe a slightly wider meat selection. All in all I would be happy to stay here again.

Premier Inn that does the job. If you have been to premier Inn before this one is no different from any of the others. With that said you always get a minimum standard at the Premiere Inn an you are pretty much garunteed a decent room and good sleep. This one lost a star because the carpark was not gritted and I had a hard time getting from my car to the hotel with all of my luggage and work gear.

Arrived late on a Saturday night. Very pleasant member of staff on reception and check in was easy. Clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable room. Great night's sleep and a decent breakfast. Again, friendly staff in the breakfast room, then a quick check out. Easy!

Location was easy to find from a bus or driving. A bit of a rough area surrounding the hotel but the hotel was spotless and very friendly and secure. Good selection of places to eat too.

Hotel is good but the restaurant next door is the worst I have ever had. Carvery. Dry meat, over warmed vegetables. Just awful.

If I could give no stars… I would. Staff are clearly on the skeg… they are rude, unresponsive and obnoxious. Room was clean but cold… noise of road is hard to drown out. And as for the surrounding area… Best just stumble over the back. Feeling like somebody, grab a bargain carry oot from the cooperation and nip in to William hills and try your luck on the horses… £2 accumulater on Huddersfield, Ayr United, Sheffield Wednesday, and Crawley town.

Arrived today after a long journey up from Yorkshire, the hotel staff and restaurant staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge Thankyou to the young lady who was so kind and hospitable when I ordered food to my room. She really looked after me. 5 star service! I'd definitely recommend this hotel / food eatery. Clean, recently refurbed and just 10 minutes drive from city centre. Thankyou!

Next to a Toby Carvery, unfortunately, but the rooms are good — recent refurb with the dark wood doors. Wifi poor as always, should be provided in the room rate.

Staff at the desk were incredibly helpful. Room was spotless with huge bed. All facilities available and location fantastic for Aberdeen City Centre. Restaurant next door selling carvery. Only downside was room got excessively hot, however the weather was scorching so this was the reason. However stay could have been improved with a fan or air conditioning.

Lovely friendly staff, good location, just a 10 minute drive from the centre, with the bonus of free parking. Clean spacious rooms.

Good location for where I needed to be — though it is a little bit out from the centre of Aberdeen. Rooms are decently sized and service has been very friendly. Can't fault it for the price we paid. Nice Toby Carvery next door for bar and food requirements.

After staying two nights at Glasgow Premier inn which was very clean, and with modern everything this Premier Inn is right opposite feels like I am back in 80's. Even staff looks like they are working post their retirement. Don't take ground floor rooms as the ceiling is paper thin and you will even hear cat walking from floor above you. All in all bad night sleep and wouldn't recommend.

Worth every penny, soo clean, really friendly, comfy beds, I would recommend Staying here any time, A++++++++++++.
