Cheap, cheerful and clean. Comfortable for a couple nights, easy. Didn't make breakfast unfortunately but would definitely stay again.

Nice decor and room spacious enough except the en suite shower is like trying squeeze into airline toilet.

Staff and the lady who took me were lovely and roughly on time. However the "nurse" did not take my blood properly Could not find my vein and I almost passed out, I'm left with a bruise and a damaged blood vessel.

The value for money is really very good. The Rooms are very nice and functionally furnished, it's all very clean. The Staff is super nice.
The Location is very good: On the Edge of the West End, walk about 10-15 minutes to the downtown/Shopping area with many Attractions. In the other Direction you will be in the beautiful Kelvingrove Park in about 2 Minutes.
Breakfast offers many Variations of Egg, Various Cereal, Toast and Jam.

Terrible — waiting months for urgent care appointments. When you book an appointment they don’t inform you that it’s not at that actual time you book and you then have to wait hours. I still haven’t been seen and it’s been two months. If I get more problems because of this I will be reporting them to the police.

Top Hotel very quiet and still close to Bars, nice Hosts to recommend.

Spent 2 nights here due to being stuck in Glasgow because of extreme weather. The staff were great and really helped us out. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers and the breakfast in the morning hit the spot. Prices were good too considering they could have charged what they wanted with all the stranded travelers.

Always make my appointments in plenty of time don’t like to take chances. Staff have always been very polite and friendly.

Stayed here last night for the boxing. Lovey place to stay owners very friendly rooms very spacious and clean breakfast lovely and freshly cooked. 10 mins walk from the Hydro which was amazing. They even dug my car out the ice in the morning for me to get home. Will definitely stay here again couldn’t fault it at all Thank you so much.

Undertook an. NHS medical proceedure here as referred by my doctor. From start to finish I was guided through the process, everything was clear and I was given my dates for the operation. I had to cancel unfortunately but they rescheduled for me. The staff at the desk and on phone were fantastic. The surgeon was magnificent, talking to me throughout and making sure I was OK. All in all a great service. Thank you.

Where to start? This place used to be excellent I have used it since I was 17 but the day I turned 19 I was told I am not welcome anymore as I am over the age limit… I am in my 20s now and when I call or go in to say about something then I say my DOB it's like "can I stop u right there u need to book appointment" when u book appointment u are never took on time. The reception staff don't want to know anything unless u are 16-18. Its a sexual health clinic and people over 18 are at more risk and have more emergencies than the 16-18 year olds. All ages should be treated the same! Complete disappointment also staff never ever ever pick up the phone so how do u actually book an appointment? Phone not answered. When u go in and say u DOB they just don't want to serve you and the appointment is like after 5 weeks… 0 stars 0 0 0 0 0

Had an amazing stay at Sandyford Lodge. The room was clean, spacious and well-kempt. The lodge is in the middle of the West End and the city centre can easily be reached by taxi for about 5 pounds. The staff made this stay particularly pleasant. They are helpful, kind, friendly and will go out of their way to provide you with a great experience. The breakfast is, for example, freshly prepared for you. Would certainly recommend!

Getting an appointment is an absolute joke unless they think it’s serious enough you’ll be lucky to even be seen and by that time you’d end up a lot worse in a month time for when they have booked your appointment for.

Un organised gave appointment 10:00 visit me 13:00 Need go to work rather than seat 4 hours at Sandy Ford.

Great wee place, good value for money and breakfast fab. Staff a very nice and helpful. Rooms very good size. Shower was great hot water. Well worth the money.

Nice friendly family run hotel. Only let-down is the veggie cooked breakfast is just the traditional cooked breakfast minus sausage and bacon — come on now, veggie sausage are cheap as anything!

The staff at the lodge we're very friendly and incredibly helpful. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good.

Nice place, tidy rooms but no lift so it's frustrating af to move baggage to higher levels. Good Wi-Fi signal but without a great speed (anyway better than nothing)

Horrendous time trying to book an appt never mind actually get thru to someone if I could give it zero stars I would.

Good hotel around the corner is a street with lots of bars, restaurants and fast food. A good night life is almost guaranteed.

Very clean spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. No problems with parking. Lovely cooked breakfast included in the price. Highly recommended.

New appointment system is an absolute joke. I phone at 8:30am to talk to a man whothen talks to a nurse who will call me back 'some time this morning' could you be any more vague? No longer first come, first serve so I'm told I have to wait weeks. Nurse I spoke to also diagnosed an STD OVER THE TELEPHONE! I am seriously disgusted that she would be giving me medical and treatment advice without even looking at me. This service was once useful resource but it's an absolute shambles now and unless you are what they classify as an emergency you can forget about it. I will never be trying to use this again and recommend anyone to steer clear and just contact your own GP instead, it will be a lot quicker. Or better yet head through to Edinburgh where their drop in will see you the same day. In and out for an STD test in 20 minutes. Want the same in Glasgow? That'll be a month wait.

Very lovely hotel, it is nicely furnished and is clean which is 2 of the main things you would want from a hotel. There is parking at the hotel, £4 a day if I remember correctly. The owners are very nice and help with whatever problem you have. The breakfast that we had was great and was made extremely fast. All round it is a great little hotel to live in for the week.

Huge room. Huge bay window overlooking the tree lined crescent. Clean linen. Tidy. Right in heart of finnieston. Very reasonable. Would book again. Polite staff who provide parking vouchers for you also so we could park right outside.

This place is really excellent. The staff are so friendly and understanding (especially on reception) which is rare to find. I had an issue I was quite concerned about, and they set my mind at ease. Luckily it was nothing, but it was great to be treated with such kindness and respect the whole way though. Thank you Sandyford!

Clean and tidy hotel in a convenient location.

Location is convenient; near many great restaurants. The staff seem friendly enough and the rooms are clean. The breakfast, included with our stay, was satisfying. However, I'm pretty sure the bed was in violation of the UN Convention against Torture. The bed, combined with an excessively warm room and ever present street noise, made for a few rather miserable nights.

Very clean, comfortable and within walking distance of centre.

Not the least bit scary helpful friendly people who make you feel at ease everyone attending is there for the same reason you are go if you are worried and have a weight lifted off your mind.

Had a fantastic weekend in Glasgow and stayed at the Sandyford Lodge. I would highly recommend it, extremely clean, friendly staff and close to local bars and restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

Perhaps a little more provision of care, we arrived at 12.30 am and we had to wait 30 minutes at the reception to leave the luggage in the room, did not let us another alternative.
