Just returned from relaxing overnight stay and lovely meal in the restaurant. Cannot fault any part of the stay from arrival to departure. Staff were more than welcoming especially Leigh. Keep up the great work and we hope to return very soon 👍

Room was spotless food was amazing home made chips to die for and nothing was too much bother for the waiters and waitresses the cocktails were spot on and the grounds surrounding were beautiful as was seeing the horses loved every minute and will definitely be back❤️❤️was also lovely to meet paul and victor and macallan thank you for a lovely night with good company.

Just back from an overnight stay with family for a special birthday. We had 6 rooms in total within the hotel. The rooms were spotless and had everything you needed. The staff kindly decorated the room for me when I dropped off the decorations. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic and excellent service. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely and plenty of choice. If anything it sometimes got a little cramped at the buffet. We booked another stay at this lovely hotel before leaving. Great atmosphere thanks guys.

1st time staying here and the deal was really good value for money. The room was really clean and modern and the bed was sooo comfortable I usually don't sleep well in hotels but had a great night sleep even considering we were on ground floor near reception. The food was delicious and big portion sizes too and the service was quick. The entertainer was a girl singing and she was also fab would highly recommend 👌

I had the most wonderful stay, the Hotel is So Beautiful and opulent with chandeliers, the most amazing huge coloured glass window with a cozy fire to sit around. Everything from the lovely friendly helpful staff who went out their way to accommodate all of my party’s needs to the taste food&cocktails were superb! The treatments by the spa staff were So attentive and felt so relaxed all the therapists were really nice and welcoming. The Pods are the best! Clean, cozy&warm, a great shower! I slept very well&bed was comfy. Hot tub was Brilliant! Really enjoyed my 50th birthday treat!. I would have No hesitation to recommend Ingliston country club&hotel.

Lovely experience with Igliston Country Club! We will definitely be back in the near future. Beautiful room for our anniversary, fabulous dinner and breakfast. All staff were very kind and attentive. We recommend this hotel :)

The food is always good and the staff are friendly. We have been many times and always impressed with the service. Also the hotel is great value as very comfortable.

Amazing customer service! Lovely hotel, restaurant and lodges. I messed up of booking date and they very kindly swapped with no issues and saved the day! Literally weekend was going to be ruined and I explained what I had done and they fixed it within minutes. First class service and such friendly helpful staff.

We stayed at this lovely hotel on a DBB deal on 7th September. Room was spacious and clean lovely views, grounds well kept. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed over last night Wednesday 1st September. Hotel was beautiful very clean. Food was very nice. Staff were outstanding could not do enough for us makes such a difference. Would defiantly stay again and would recommend to others.

Beautiful place the rooms are lovely spotless & beds very comfy. The staff are all very nice & friendly. The food was delicious big portions. Taking a walk around the grounds where really nice. Stayed overnight had a lovely time would definitely go back & recommend it.

Won the competition last November and due to lockdown we couldn’t use it It was our anniversary yesterday and decided to use the voucher we had a lovely stay room was immaculate and staff were so friendly particularly Scott in Palomino’s where we had dinner had a bit of a wait for our main course but when it came it was delicious and piping hot! Got a continental breakfast delivered to our room but would have preferred a cooked breakfast.

Was a lovely weekend. Biggest let down was the fact there are no cooking facilities in the self catering lodges and service was slow in the restaurant. Apart from that really nice staff and food was lovely.

We had lunch in Palominos today the service was excellent and timing between drinks prior to the food and the starter, main coffees was fantastic.

We cant thank the staff enough for making our wedding day perfect, the whole day start to finish was so well organised, staff were so helpful and friendly. The meal was delicious and a special thanks to Shona who made sure everything went perfect you truly made our day lots of love Mr and Mrs Smith xxx.

We have been coming to Ingliston for many years now. We have celebrated many occasions including our silver Wedding, birthdays, Mother’s Days, anniversaries and for every day lunch/ dinner.
We have always had excellent service, wonderful food and love the general ambience. The setting is beautiful and tranquil but so close to where we live.
We hope Ingliston will continue for many years to come and Covid will not stop an excellent facility from doing what it does best.
Merry Christmas to everyone at Ingliston and hope 2021 will be a much better one for everyone ❤️

Love this hotel only down fall was we didn’t get breakfast at the restaurant the next day but rooms are lovely and nice place me and my partner booked this for my birthday was so good we booked the hot tub and had that a sauna and seating area all to ourselves loved it will be back again for 2 nights.

The whole experience was excellent. Staff brilliant.

We’ve just used palominos take away service and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so helpful over the phone and even with social distancing in place still managed to make me feel so welcome when I went to collect. Food was amazing as it always is when sitting in. Well done everyone!

We had a quiet peaceful night at the hotel staff were fantastic meal was amazing & breakfast was fab whole night was fabulous really enjoyed it & Loved the indoor horse Arena & visiting all the horses in the Stables & will be recommending to family & Friends.

Came all the way from Dundee tonight for my grand 90th birthday meal. Absolutely beautiful place. Enjoyed everything about it. Food is excellent, staff are excellent. Was lovely to see the horses trading while eating our meals. Highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful day at our nieces marriage to her wonderful husband. Staff were helpful and considerate. Dealt with requests immediately and efficiently. Will be back.

Lovely place. Our room was beautiful. My boyfriend took me for an overnight stay for my birthday on Sunday 19th May. Had a lovely time & we had dinner in Palomino’s and it was amazing. Best steak pie I have ever had! Also compliments to the chef Scott who gave us a lovely complimentary focaccia which was amazing and then a slice of cake decorated with my name on the plate for my birthday! Breakfast in the morning was also brilliant and loads of variety to suit everyone. Hope to be back real soon. X.

Currently here for a 2 night stay, (1st wedding anniversary) we had 3 course meal last night and a fab mango mayhem cocktail, the food was AMAZING all 3 courses! Definitely be back for dinner soon! Been to two wedding here which have been amazing. Just find drink prices too high. At an evening invite I managed to spend £150 on alcohol and still go home sober. I am not a big drinker. 4 drinks no matter what you buy is usually over 20 quid. A vodka apple sours and lemonade will set you back over 10 quid on its own. You should try that drink. It is a cheats appletini. So so nice.

Food Quality Very Poor, service staff polite but extremely inexperienced and under trained. Prices very high for the quality. We went as part of a large party for a birthday, found out only when we got there that it would be a set menu, and that if we ordered from the main menu it would be an hours wait for food. Two courses for £25. I had soup which was really over salted, steak pie which was tough and hard to find steak in. If you order the steak pie take your reading glasses. I have been to the restaurant before about 1 year ago and found the food to be very good. I have also been to two weddings here and found the buffets s to be far too small for the amount of guests. Plenty of better places around for your hard earned cash.

Lovely. We had a short wait to check-in as the receptionist had stepped away but once she was back she was very friendly and quick. We had a room in the main building (there are only 10 or so) and it was lovely. The room key slot that then activates the lights had been damaged. After reporting this to the front desk, a very friendly maintenance man was there to fix it in less than 5 minutes. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good size with all the usual freebies. We had dinner in the adjoined restaurant which was delicious. The staff were fantastic! We also had breakfast included which was served just down the hall from our room — this was plentiful and refreshed frequently. Highly recommend — next time we'll try out one of the bungalows!

The windows felt like you were breaking when you moved them, and they’re really hard to close and the picnic table had a lot of spider webs. The park looked so lovely and the food was nice too! The delivery took a bit long. I loved all the animals (horses, alpacas and ponies)! Overall, this place was the best place I’ve ever been in Scotland. I 100% recommend Ingliston Country Club & Lodges!

After a disappointing Lodge stay in May, Ingliston offered a complimentary lodge stay with dinner included for myself and my two friends, as we had booked as a graduation celebration for ourselves originally. This stay was 100% better and we had a fantastic time! Our hot tub was up at temperature when we arrived (didn’t reach temperature until 11:30pm the last time), the lodge was beautiful and clean and the dinner was fantastic! The food was amazing, as it always is, and we were lucky enough to enjoy three courses from the Horses for Courses menu. The staff were also super helpful and kind throughout our stay.
I have been going to Ingliston for years with my family, and after our initial stay in May I was really let down, but very happy that Ingliston managed to turn my mind around. We are all looking forward to returning in the future ☺️

My pal got a great deal on a room (March 2018) which is why I stayed there. A strong equine theme and the restaurant/bar was very busy all evening, a Thursday. My room was comfortable and well-appointed. I guess it's used by horsey folk and those wanting to be near-ish the airport. I only went to see my pal. Nut I'd go back, specially if I could get a deal like he did!

The girls in the Salon were super. We had two amazing treatments. Sat outside in the sunshine & had an early tea. Delicious food. The grounds are very well maintained. Everything was spotless & staff very attentive & friendly.

Me & my mum stayed here in April last year, was absolutely amazing. Have stayed in the hotel rooms & once in one of their lodges & all are very comfortable. Service is fantastic & the staff are an absolute joy, always happy to help & very kind. The food is out of this world, I had pizza, mussels & a burger, all food was so delicious! Breakfast was amazing as well, very good selection of buffet food & delicious yogurts which I particularly loved. Staff on breakfast were really nice & made u feel very welcome. I love horses so this was a fantastic place for me to stay, plus I had a horse riding lesson here & I loved every minute of it! Hoping to go back very soon for another stay to wine & dine & also another riding lesson. Just love this place more than words can describe xx.

Booked my daughter's wedding here must say was absolutely outstanding day so well organised and planned by delightful duo Selena and Ross also big thanks to Caroline and Siobhan. Only downside booked 3 bedroom lodge with hot tub and at 11pm they are turned off and you are asked to leave the patio sitting area at the rear where the hot tub is situated as they padlock the entry gate and you either move to front of lodge or inside when asking why this is was informed health&safety but surely they could just padlock hot tub but still allow you to sit in patio area management need to review this policy but apart from that I would highly recommend lodge and I will return.

Myself and my fiancé booked a last minute overnight stay at Ingliston as we Are getting married at the venue in 11weeks. We were upgraded free of charge to a 2brm lodge and had an amazing stay nothing is ever too much for the staff and its so refreshing to see just how professional and mature the younger staff are also in palominos. We booked our wedding almost 3 years ago and have been several times for lunch, dinner and overnight stays with different family members and we still get butterflies everytime we pull upto the gates ❤️ The weather was amazing this time and we even managed to meet the alpacas and pet some of the horses and seen a wedding take place outside… Ingliston will always hold special memories for us. Even more so in 11 weeks when we get married in the connemara suite. Thanks again ingliston John&chris x.

Staff are well trained and helpful. Mon-fri half price pizza and pasta, kids eat for a £1, 4.30 — 6.30. Suits many people. Great setting too.

Visited the Bistro to meet up with relations, and found the staff to be most helpful and very friendly. Coffee was served immediately, and despite the early hour every one we met was most helpful and accommodating. We not only found our relations but almost magically more coffee appeared, before we took a quick look around the chalet that they were staying in. These chalets are really very well appointed and almost luxurious in every way. There is well signed and marked disabled parking, very close to the main doors. And although I managed with sticks, there was easy access for a wheelchair. The menus for the bistro were by the way most inviting. We will have to return for a mor relaxed stay.

Booked this at the last minute, got a 3 bedroom lodge for just me :) Easy to get too, with stunning views of the River Clyde as you approach the hotel. Reception is the road to the right as you drive in. Breakfast is also served in the same building as reception Lodge easy to find, warm, well laid out — good facilites — it even has a hot tub out the back for you to use — though I didn't use it as I didn't have time. Hypnosis bed very comfortable (main bedroom, double bed) Everything from parking to access all on the same level — no steps Friendly welcoming, helpful staff. Very quiet, with lovely views over the countryside/city in the distance. Woke up to the sound of lambs bleating :) Can't really get much more countryside than that. Breakfast was standard fayre, well presented and tasted lovely.

Attended for a wedding. It was very professional and we'll organised. The venue has a beautiful 1920s art deco style. The food was really very good for a wedding. Beautiful scenery also.

The hotel is perfect for short stays. The rooms are well laid out with open storage for your clothes, footwear and case. A writing desk with light and a standard Freeview TV. A kettle is provided for tea and coffee. The bathroom is also well planned for shower and WC. Breakfast is buffet, options for toast, Danish, cereals and a full range of cooked items for you to choose from. The attached restaurant has a good selection of different foods, with a strong Italian theme as you might expect from a place called Palominos. Whilst eating you can watch horses galloping around the arena.

Excellent value! Staff, rooms and brekkie we're fantastic. Restaurant next door also really good overlooking equestrian arena.

Didn't have to worry about snow! Lodge was very warm. Roads were cleared. Special deal included 2 course dinner for £12. Lovely.

It's close by so we visit a lot for lunch in Palomino's restaurant. Food was great, service is a bit slow. Seems to be a recurring theme. It's a nice setting to have lunch however so as long as you have someone to talk to or work to do you'll enjoy it here.

Lovely area, terrible staffing Booked a room with the night porter for pay on arrival at a friends wedding, decided 2 days later to pay up front, told there was no booking under my name and no rooms left, was then told could be squeezed in on a late arrival, turned up and had 2 rooms in my name Nothing was done about it, same old someone will look into it and I can only apologies, had I decided to pay on arrival I may not have actually stayed there. Took away from the day we should have had. Really let down and wouldnt recommend.

Beautiful venue, great staff… make you feel special. 24 of us were there for my mum's 99th birthday. Couldn't have asked for more from the staff & our waitress & waiter were superb. When we came outside at night the lighting all around was magical.

The room was cold, could not get the heat to work adequately. Front desk was called and they said there was nothing they could do. Dinner at the Palimino was good with great service.

The venue is fantastic. We are in the Palomino's restaurant section and we enjoyed ourselves greatly. The food was good, prices were reasonable and the decoration and toilets were immaculate. My only minor criticism is that the lunch menu could be slightly broader.

Fabulous spot. A little out if Glasgow but walking distance to the local station and 20 mins into town. Attentive staff and amazing surroundings.

Went in for a drink. Very good atmosphere. Visited restrooms immaculate. The reading of Black Beauty was a very nice touch!

Great setting, good room (deluxe room type) and great breakfast. Attention to detail in rooms required… loose w/c seat… no bath in a deluxe room? 1 pack of cheap shortbread, cheap tea and coffee (PG tips and nescafe instant) couple of other minor things but all in all good clean hotel room.

Fantastic wedding venue. Good Food, staff very nice and welcoming, great lodges. Compared with Mar Hall and Cameron House, the Ingliston Country Club had a much warmer, relaxed feel to it.

Quite probably the worst fish and chips that I have ever had. Chips were straight out of the freezer and the fish was overcooked. Sorry but fish and chips is something that you should be able to turn out to perfection every time and at over $16 is was very poor and left it after two mouthfuls. They did take ten pounds off the bill, but it is an experience I would not wish to undergo again… sorry as the food used to be so good.

An equestrian centre with restaurant and function suite. Friendly staff. Varied menu and generous portions. Elegant architecture. Intimate feel to the restaurant. You can watch horses exercise in the indoor arena from window tables in the restaurant.

Me my 2 daughters, my mum and a friend went on Friday night for dinner and to listen to the guy she has booked to sing at her wedding. In came a hen party which is very unusual in my opinion in a restaurant, however as you would expect they were rowdy and very drunk their language was choice. They kept bumping into my seat, trying to get me up to dance remember of course there's no dance floor. The manager of the restaurant spoke with the singer and asked him to lower the tempo of the music he was playing. In my humble opinion the manager should have spoken to the ladies, but he did not. They continued to be served alcohol (shots) and spillages were on the floor. We decided to leave much earlier than we had expected to. So needless to say I emailed ingilston, received a standard acknowledgement, but no other response to date, however, our friend and one of my daughters also emailed them the friend received a reply in which they stated that my daughter had also complained but she also has not had a response. They take no responsibility for these ladies continuing to be served alcohol and their behaviour. So not impressed. Food was lovely though.

Good food reasonable prices and horses training for the kids to enjoy.

Sat at a table next to the bar with all the staff standing chatting away with their backs to us whilst we waited over 15 mins for another drink (didn't actually get another one) Ridiculous service, especially the gentleman standing glued to the till screen & checking what tip we had left before he decides to say goodbye or not. When you want to spend more money, & order more drinks etc but no one is even interested unless you are a party of 23 & so called "vip" arriving but walking by ourselves endlessly. Disappointed.

This place is just amazing. Grandkids loved it.

Worst hotel ever! This hotel has five stars simply because it hosts weddings and funerals. If you like horses maybe you can ignore the rest but it is terrible! This place has been compared to the premier inn on several reviews, that is not true. The Premier inn is much better! We stayed in one of their 5 Star lodges, which is supposed to be self-catering but only had a microwave to cook with! How do they expect anyone to cook meals in a microwave? Or do their guests normally shop at iceland? There is absolutely nothing to do if you do not ride horses, no gym, pool or any leisure facilities of any description. When Ienquired what there was to do I was politely told that I could use the local council facilities down the road! But that was not the worst of it. The cabin was very dusty, one of the doors going outside would not open more than about a foot wide, the curtains were falling off the rails and in the bedroom the blinds were broken. The final straw came when the Ikea standard dishwasher door fell off, we requested the presence of the manager to rectify the situation, this was their response:- THE MANAGER WILL NOT BE COMING TO YOUR CABIN, EVERYTHING WAS WORKING CORRECTLY WHEN YOU CHECKED IN AND IF YOU DO NOT LIKE IT THEN YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This was the extent of their arrogance!

Whent there for the British vaulting championships. It was lovely. Great accommodation.

WOW! what a venue for my daughters wedding it has everything! All worth more stars than I can give? its worth just a visit.

All aspects of this venue exceed expectation. The feel is very relaxed, the staff are exceptional and the food is extremely good. Being able to watch the horses being trained whilst having a coffee or bite to eat just makes it that little bit more special.
