Stacey was just the biggest warmest light of a person. She was just what we needed after everything we planned our 1st day in Scotland went completely and utterly wrong. Her positivity is contagious. Thank you thank you!

Fantastic hotel, rooms done out to a high standard. Great food, cooked fresh. Staff are very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend.

In tonight for the first time and I must say the food was excellent very friendly staff and we where made to feel very welcome from the minute we arrived till the minute we were leaving.

Just returned home from a delightful overnight stay at this lovely hotel. Thankyou to Mr Haq & his efficient, friendly & welcomng team. Lovely room & superb breakfast. Will definitely be back.

Pleasant place to watch for. Paid parking near the monument but there is free Parking bit far but a nice place to walk.

Good facilities for families. Parking is available for the whole day. Not very expensive.

Very nice place for kids. Big swing park. Great facilities and beautiful sceneries. Lots of fun. Great cafe. Must try their dairy ice cream. Free parking. Great day out for children and relax day for parents.

Nice place, better get there at night to see beautiful flights.

Just not that good. Went on a sunny day and paddle boats were off because it rained in morning.

Lived in Falkirk all my life and came here for the first time in May 2018 to the Helix. Depressing ugly place as I suspected it would be. Typical Falkirk Council dingy ugly design. Won't be back.

Went to the emergency services day with the kids and had a really good Day. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful place to go, though the boarded walk throu the marshy bit is dangerous if not extra careful, do not advise go walk it at night.

Lovely place to visit with a visitor centre nearby filled with souvenirs and friendly staff!

Great café overlooking the Kelpies. The food is delicious and the service very friendly. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for approx 3-4 months last year. The place is constantly upgrading, really top notch, would highly recommend.

Beautiful and of strong artistic impact, there is nothing to say. But let's say that Scotland is especially famous for other.

The Kelpies are impressive sculptures inspired by Scottish mythology and can be seen even from the highway. It is relatively new but they have already become a symbol of Scotland to go and visit. You won't have any parking problems and it's worth getting close to seeing it.

Lovely place to come too especially on a lovely sunny day. Great play area for the kids. Also great for walking and taken your dog for a walk also. Its also good for a good cycle on the mountain bike paths wide enough for all. End the day taken in the kelpies with an icecream.

Stayed here last weekend. Nice cosy place to stay. Staff all polite and helpful. Meal at night was nice. Breakfast was lovely filled us up all day.
Lady from the kitchen was lovely and friendly as we were leaving to visit the kelpies she gave us cuppys to take away as it was a cold rainy morning my son had a hot chocolate he loved it. Room was a good size for us really cosy, bed was comfy. We would stay again.

Have just been for a meal. Fantastic. Restaurant is small and cosy, staff were fantastic, very friendly and attentive, best meal I have had in a long time, what you see in the pictures is what you get. Please go along and try it out, presentation was fab… 5*****+

After visiting tonight for dinner. I am more than happy to give 5 stars l. We had a 3 course meal and everything that was served was beautiful. Menu covers all the favourites and the presentation was lovely. The helix hotel has been upgraded to an amazing standard and the decor has created a cosy dining room. Portion sizes are very good and we have came away very satisfied. We will be back again. Well done.

Great value for a very nice room, comfortable king size bed, excellent customer service and also included the best full breakfast! Would definitely recommend.
