Terrible room, terrible smell, terrible service. Would never return and had two of three nights refunded, stayed at the Travelodge next door.

It is a cramped room the showers and the Edtan baths distant from the rooms but we slept well and it was clean.

Cheap and cheerful, everything you need to stop over for a couple of days, great location when on business.

Doesn't pretend to be more than it is so that's fair.

Small dirty room, stains and hair in a "clean" bed. Yes it's cheap but I'd still expect a basic level of cleanliness. Ended up going elsewhere.

Bed was very uncomfortable could feel the beams of the base through it. Please give it a miss and pay the extra for the travelodge next door.

Not happy with cleanliness carpet stained and dirty in the edges of carpet to. Beds were not very comfortable. Staff could do with training how to be polite and helpfully with a frown on their face. They did not tell me that there was no en suite with room.

Went to check in on Tuesday night, booked an en-suite room only to be told that the boiler had been broken for a few days and they were still waiting on a part so meant that there was no hot water in the room so no shower! They had one shower available (an electric one) in the whole hotel that worked! Never thought to ring arriving guests to let them know of this so could arrange alternative accommodation! Was told they didn’t know the part was not arriving until just after 5 now they have had to order a part from Germany which could be Friday but not guaranteed! The “manager” older bloke who frankly couldn’t care less couldn’t even answer the question to why the arrivals hadn’t been contacted. Not even any service. I know this place isn’t the ritz but you’d expect a bit of customer service. Managed to find an alternative accomodation for the 4 nights after the 9 hour journey where I could eventually relax. Never ever will I book to stay here again!

Could feel every spring in the bed. Housekeeping hadn't done their job properly. Room layout was not suitable. Overall I would NOT stay here again.

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in Shower tray was blocked so when you finished your shower there was 3in of water In the tray so you couldn't use the toilet after that as it was in beside the shower. Toilet brush floating around beside your feet. It was disgusting. Reported this three times to no avail. Cups & glasses not changed or cleaned for four days. Bed was barely made up. See photos on trip adviser. I stayed here from 19th to 23rd July & never again.

Fatal. We arrived and the room was dirty with the sheets undone the towels on the floor, all fatal. We went back to reception and the receptionist (very nice) told us that they only had a smoking room and no private bathroom so we moved to it and told us to Mandásemos an email to the reservation attendant to ask for a refund. This new room besides not having bathroom and the hallway bathrooms being dirty smelled terrible. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the carpet was full of stains and dust. At least the next morning we did a 20 pound refund of the alleged Commissioner without even apologizing for 50 that cost our private room with non-smoking bathroom.

Clean, a little aging, enough for 1 night. Toilets and showers in the hallway style Formula 1. Small washbasin in the room with mirror, very convenient.

Ita cheap and central to the places we are working, free Wi-Fi, some what comfy beds and cooking facilities.

The place is disgusting. Vomit stains all over the room. Communal toilets and showers are awful. Shared kitchen. No restaurant. No breakfast. Work was paying for me to stay. Hated the place so much I paid to stay at the travelodge the other side of the car park out of my own pocket.

Provided a sufficiently great service. Location was relatively easy to find, and we were directed to our rooms with a smile.

I enjoyed it for the cheap price.

A bit of if your not coming by car but Okay in style and comfort. Modern facilities and friendly staff. Our double bedroom didn't have any free power sockets though so we had to unplug the TV.

Clean room, but very very very very very small. Nice staff. The 37" TV is beautiful, but with its money saved they could offer a better hairdryer and soap in the rooms.

Brilliant love the food you get huge meals for the money me and my boyfriend go once a month ♥

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty, tiny bathrooms. Showers that don't drain properly. Tiny rooms. Staff that smoke all the time, so that the hallways stink. Tiny rooms. Located far from any sort of food or attractions.
