My partner had booked us an overnight stay to celebrate our 10th anniversary together, during which we got engaged. Our stay was perfect thanks to the beautiful sea view room, friendly helpful staff and delicious food. Many happy memories made and cant wait til we return in the future. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay.

Meal was lovely everything fresh and tasted delicous.
Place was clean although under tables need a brush after customers.
Could not fault any of the staff. Excellent service.
Felt safe with all covid measures in place.
Totally recommend.

Food & service was superb, this is the nicest meal I've had in a long time, it was presented and tasted amazing, we had the 2 course menu would love a trip back for an overnight stay, such a welcoming and stunning hotel.

Post lock down lunch with the family. Could not fault it at all. Food was far superior to anything else in the local area. Staff were friendly.
Strict covid hygiene measures in place but this did not spoil our experience.
Cannot wait to go back.

Was there for a festive afternoon tea and was amazing value for money, tasty food and great atmosphere.

We stayed at this gorgeous hotel for a weekend whilst we were attending a wedding at the Seamill Hydro. Everything about the Seamill House was outstanding. The rooms were so spacious and decorated to a high standard. The products in the beautiful bathroom were exquisite. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. We would also like to thank June the owner of the hotel for upgrading us to a suite. Much appreciated. We will definitely be back. You made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Thank you.

Food was lovely I had 2 courses and my husband had 3 we had a soft drink each and it came to £39.40 a good price the staff were lovely. The apricot and almond tart is delicious.

Stayed here whilst working on the docks. What a fantastic hotel. I understand the hotel only reopened this year after several years of closure and whi ever designed and completed the refurb deserves a huge pat on the back. From the reception to the bedrooms to the dining room the fit out was superb. The staff throughout were great, very friendly and happy to offer advice on alternative accommodation as the hotel was fully booked the following night as I was required to undertake additional work on the docks/ port. The bar was very modern with a good array of beers and a local real ale. The evening meal was fab. I had the local reared beef and my friend had fish. Both dishes were finished off with a nice bottle of red. The breakfast was beautiful. The black pudding was full of herbs and moist, not the usual bland dry rubbish. The views from the restaurant are amazing, taking in the isle of bhute, sea and mountains. I look forward to staying there again.

The food is of the highest standards. Excellent 5 star quality. The venue is wonderful, a lot of thought and money has gone in to the excellent Hotel. The down fall was the waitress service. We waited to be offered bread, they forgot to bring my fries with the main course, I was more or less finished my Main course by the time they came… tables needed to be reset after customers left and there seamed to be no discipline, staff standing at the bar… And no one in charge. I've worked in the catering trade in the past and it saddens me to think that the money effort and time that's been put into this project is hemorrhaging money and customers satisfaction. Enjoyed our birthday lunch in the view restaurant at Seamill House hotel. Lovely meal, great service. 2 /3 course fixed price menu excellent. Warm Sticky toffee and date pudding with tablet ice cream fantastic. We will be back. Well done. Beautiful decor and lovely staff. Fab.

Came promptly and mine in particular the prawn starter was amazing the best prawns I’ve ever tasted, it was most definitely a taste sensation a sentiment shared with all with the groups started then main meals did not disappoint and then to pudding and coffees we left stuffed and super impressed with the meal, the venue and the lovely staff. I would highly recommend this wee find as a place for a special treat xx.

An incredible surprise. Excellent accommodation in this refurbished small hotel. The amenities were equal to some 5 star properties we have stayed in. Top quality food in both bar and restaurant. The staff went out of their way to please. A top property.

Sunday afternoon family lunch. Very hospitable staff, great menu choices. Food was first class. There was eight of us and we had a good variety of the menu items and each person was of the same opinion. Beautiful surroundings, will definitely be back and will recommend to friends.

First visit. Warm welcome on entering still new appearance. Lift to restaurant for anyone wishing ir needing to use. Dining room open and airy. Fabulous views of Arran. Lovely waiting staff however, inexperience shown. Meal very nice and well presented. Would recommend.

1st visit after reading lots of excellent reviews. Got to say this place is worth every 5 star review and more. The interior finish of the hotel is to the highest standard. Bar area was very comfortable and relaxing ideal place for a nice quiet drink. Restaurant. View is amazing. Staff very very attentive and provided a 1st class dining experience. Food was superb every member of our party commented on just how good their meal was. Got to say it warrants a 5 star review and some. We stayed at Seamill House on an Itison deal, and decided that we would upgrade to one of the three suites. What a great decision! This room has its own balcony with a view across the Clyde to Arran. The furnishings and fittings in the hotel and especially the bedroom are modern, of a very high standard, and everything was perfect for our overnight stay. The room has a huge bed, remote controlled blinds and fire, and a 43" television. The fridge is always an added bonus in a hotel room, add to this fresh milk and bottled water with the tea making facilites and great coffee machine, you are right at home. The waterfall shower with added detachable shower was fabulous. Food was very good and service friendly and unforced. If I could suggest an improvement it would be to speed up the breakfast service. Would we go back? Most definitely.

New hotel and staff really nice. Had a meal in downstairs lounge and also in main restaurant up stairs. The only complaint is you have to go down 2 flights off stairs to toilet! Other than that I liked it so far.
