Had a lovely stay here last night, and some treatments at the salon was amazing, staff couldn’t do enough for me very friendly, the food was delicious and room was very nice and comfortable and I’ve already booked my next stay and cannot wait. Thank you so much again.

Was just there for 5 days, hotel is spotless and very tasty designed, 2 weddings during our stay and heard nothing in bedroom. Had manicure and facial in the spa. Superb. Well worth the money and not expensive. Grounds are amazing and pristine. Great parking, great food in both the orangery and the aura restaurant. Breakfasts are amazing. Alcohol is a bit pricey, but the service is good. Friendly staff. Nothing too much bother. Well done Seamill Hydro ❤️❤️❤️

The most amazing wedding! Jonny, Jim and the team at Seamill went above and beyond to make sure Seb and I had the best day. They were so attentive and made everything perfect. Jonny was just fabulous and always made sure we were looked after during our stay, made me feel calm when running late for the ceremony, helped me look for my USB and even put up the play pen and watched over the children during the dinner reception. The hotel rooms were fab, we only wish we could have stayed longer. The food was excellent, all our guests complimented it. Loved every minute.

We attended a family wedding. Lovely hotel, kind smiley staff. A member of our party has complex food intolerances including gluten. We were catered for with ease and the chef's happy to accommodate. The wedding was beautiful and the team were slick in the background making it a lovely day. Great atmosphere, food, drinks and surroundings. Congratulations to a wonderful team.

Just had a fabulous break at Seamill. The food was fantastic with an extensive vegan menu. Staff were very attentive and reception staff very helpful with recommendations for local walks and wild swimming locations.

Stunning hotel and room, room service breakfast was fabulous and dinner in restaurant was probably one of the best meals we have ever had. Staff are all friendly and helpful! Covid wise we felt very safe, temperature checks on the way in, screens between dinner tables etc. We will be back thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed a two night stay. Food in the Orangery was fantastic, also breakfast very well organised with Covid restrictions in place. Lots of helpful staff available and nothing was too much bother. We had a room with a sea view, only downside was it would have been nice to have a fridge as there was space for one. Would definitely recommend! We will definitely return.

Just had a lovely 2 night stay. Felt very safe from the minute we arrived, with the covid situation, staff are lovely & helpful. Rooms are beautiful & we had a great view of Arran. The food in the Orangey was just delicious, especially the Lemon Posset. Breakfasts are plentiful & delicious to, shout out to Jamie who served us she was so friendly & a great help. 1st stay here, but definitely won’t be my last. Thanks so much for giving us a lovely weekend.

Really enjoyed my stay at Seamill Hydro! We stayed in the Signature Room which had amazing views of the sea. Staff were fantastic and really on the ball. Special mention to Claire for all the help she gave in helping me book and adding the extras onto the room. The food was brilliant. No faults at all and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely setting. Room is lovely and with a fabulous sea view. Staff very attentive and friendly. Food in restaurant is lovely. Feel safe with sanitising measures in place and adhered to. Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely hotel. We stayed in one of the suites overlooking the sea. We enjoyed the pool throughout our stay and the kids loved it. My wife also enjoyed a spa treatment. Food was amazing (Only ate in the bar but every meal was top quality). Would highly recommend and if we are visiting this area again will definitely stay here.

Unfortunately today I didn't enjoy the food. Two of us had baked potatoes. They were very watery. Don't think they had been in the oven at all. Lemon drizzle cake was dry and did not taste of lemon. I did return it and chose carrot cake which was nice. We were seated in a very dark area of the restaurant. Would refuse to accept a table in that area in future.

Stunning setting and a lovely hotel. Stayed here with the other half as a birthday gift. Spent the day here in the bar and in the restraunt. Food was lovely and a great selection of whisky and beer. Would stay here again for the view alone. The rooms are basic but clean and well presented.

It is a lovely new hotel. Bar restaurant and a restaurant with wonderful views over The Clyde. The menus are excellent. We went in the bar, lovely decoration and very friendly staff. The menu had dishes I had never tried before and were delicious. Can't wait to go back.

First time visitor and wont be our last. Excellent staff. Great food. Great facilities at the gym, pool and spa. Outside garden area is so peaceful and relaxing. Our room overlooked the sea and had a great view. Looking to see when I can go back.

The Seamill Hydro has a beautiful location and the views across to Arran are absolutely stunning. I wasn't staying at the hotel but I did get to see the interior of a suite that friends were staying in and the standard of the room was excellent. I attended a wedding here and the staff were superb, all extremely helpful and very friendly. The food was delicious. The hotel's facilities for holding a wedding were superb and the day went very smoothly. I wish I could have stayed at the hotel but unfortunately it was fully booked by my fellow wedding guests.

Was there for a family wedding today. Could not fault a thing from start to finish. The location and hotel are beautiful. The food was fantastic. The staff extremely efficient and pleasant. Would highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel and lovely situated right on beach. The junior sweet is lovely and spacious with 2 dressing tables each with a hair dryer a fridge which keeps your drinks cool. There is a wide choice of food with 2 restaurants. The pool is a bit on the cool side I do feel it could be a bit warmer for comfort. The hotel also as a spa, gift shop and hair and beauty salon. We visit every year.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff pleasant and attentive. Deluxe Room clean and tidy with a great scenic view. Bar food great and staff ever so friendly especially Ainsley who was our waitress extremely helpful. Breakfast excellent! I recommend a visit. Stevie C room52

Smashing restaurant. I had the haggis burger which was sheer bliss. Served with a small, but just the right sized portion, of the tastiest peppercorn sauce I've had in a long time, and some great coated, fluffy inside chips. Actually sitting with my mouth watering thinking about it. Afternoon tea looks like a great bargain too for £10 a head. Compliments to the chef and staff, I will be back.

Just stayed for the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had the weather been better it would have been even better. Food was excellent, staff friendly (especially at the kids club), gym was very modern with a large variety of equipment. The kids loved their time on the beach collecting shells. Only criticism would be the walls in the room were very thin and could hear neighbouring rooms, especially when doors slammed.

Lovely hotel since it has been done up. Function room is impressive. Not that impressed with rooms in Bute suite. Looked a tad dated and the floor boards were loose. Every step I took within the room no matter what resulted in a squeak. I felt sorry for room below us.

Attended a wedding in this stunning setting. Sun shone, water sparkled and Arran gave a background of snowy peaks! Hotel luxurious. Great staff, food & facilities.

The staff are great here always on the ball and hard to fault them or the food they deliver. The venue is lovely. Some work needs to be done in the car park though it's bumpy and needs some TLC. They offer a lot of packages; Swim & sauna, tribute act nights, gym access. You pay for the service though.

Quality place and strongly recommended. Friendly polite staff. Clean modern and money being well spent on recent upgrading. Relaxing location as it should be. Why only 4 out 5. Minor. Bedside lamp out. Safe locked instead of open to allow reset. Curtain blind in sitting section of suite came down but would not go back up. As it was only 1 night I said nothing. Major. I should have returned my steak. Over salted is a understatement. My wife had the same and was it was good she said. Starters and breakfast were superb. Very much more positives than negetives.

Just had an overnight in the Arran suite which has a great view over to, you guessed Arran. Room was great with no complaints, plenty of space and well decorated. Only problem was my wife was on crutches after an op and we had a baby in a pushchair so trying to get through the double doors to get into suite was a challenge. The staff were all excellent all around the hotel and the food very tasty. We went to the swimming pool but found it to have limited access for disabled people or children. No changing platform to lie down for changing and no ramp into pool just steps. There is a disability toilet but not suitable other than as a toilet. Love to go back with our disabled daughter but access to pool and lack of suitable changing facilities without taking her back to room makes us think twice although hotel is great for comfortable rest.

Very classy. Clean and contemporary. Food in bar area good taste and value. Quiet on our visit, but the restaurant upstairs busy. I think it needs to advertise more. People u aware of the new build and menus.

Stayed here for Christmas party night for third year running. Food was good but the dance floor was tiny and barely any decorations or effort put in. No quiz during the day. Rooms are clean and bathroom is lovely.

Child friendly. Great views across to Arran, and well appointed rooms. Restaurant has a great selection of quality meals. The spa treatments are provided in the beauty salon, so gives a feel more like a day spa than a spa resort.

We attended the party night for our work Christmas night out. The food and entertainment was excellent and the staff were very helpful! Highly recommended!

Beautiful Hotel in great setting. Facilities for members superb with gym, pool, beautician and gift shop. Great swimming teacher 10 out of 10 for her patience and guidance to be the best you can be.

Very high quality hotel and venue. Recent refurbishment and extension have added a new reception and new function suites, a blend of crisp clean modern with a traditional backdrop. The room was very well apportioned, very comfortable beds and a large bathroom with separate walk in shower. Lots of little details to make the stay extra special. A definite destination for tourists wanting to visit Scotland.

Great place to go for a family meal. There is a good selection on the menu and all reasonably priced too. Would recommend asking for a table by the window in the orangery, the views over to Arran provide a nice backdrop for dinner.

The food here is of highest quality. The staff are by far the best trained to deal with everyone. The sights from the orangeries is lovely. Across the sea you can see paddies mile stone. On the Irish sea.

30 years ago whilst working locally I used to stay here. A fantastic place and the food was awesome. If it's the same family I can bet it's still great.

Incredible place, views are amazing, rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are super comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. Food in the Aura bar lounge was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and hearty with generous amounts of orange juice and big pots of tea and coffee. Facilities are excellent. All in all a really excellent stay xxx.

This was our second visit this year and we really enjoyed it. The Orangery is a fantastic setting for lunch or dinner with friends and family. The food is high quality and the staff are friendly. On this occasion, being a Sunday and busy, service was quite slow.

Excellent venue with fantastic views across the Clyde. The Orangery restaurant is excellent. It can be quite a noisy venue. The surrounding area including West Kilbride (Craft Town Scotland) is well worth visiting.

Lovely food in a lovely setting. I have eaten here a few times and the food is superb. I would have given it 5 stars if the service was just a little better. Each time the service just let's the restaurant down. Attention to detail. On my last visit I did not get the side order of vegetables. Had to ask twice and then they arrived when everyone had finished eating. I also order a second drink that never arrived. Other than this it is a very enjoyable experience. With good quality food at reasonable prices.

We stayed whilst the extension was being built, but didn't notice any disruption or noise beyond the view being interrupted on one side. The sea view suite was a good size and had a great view. It was clean and well maintained but the decor was starting to look a little tired, so the current refresh is due. The meal in the Orangery and the breakfast were both delicious and well presented, and the cooked breakfast was not greasy. They have a gluten free menu and children's options. The swimming pool was quiet and a good temperature and has good facilities. Be aware that spa treatments are held in a room off the salon so may not be as quiet as you may expect in other venues. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will be returning once the refurbishment and extension are complete.

The staff and facilities were excellent. They made the day go by really smoothly. The view was excellent. The only issue was the building works.

Gorgeous venue, elegant, beautiful view of the ocean very spacious function room with lovely lighting relatively easy to find. The actual pedestrian entrance was a bit less clear though at the time the resources scaffolding around and works being done so that could have you covered up some signs. Food was absolutely amazing delicious from start to finish.

Absolutely outrageous! Staff were rude and didn't know much. Food was rubbish. Swimming pool was very cloudy looking like it had not been cleaned. Rooms were dirty and literally falling apart! For example, the telephone was hanging off the wall, part of the ceiling was collapsing, there was a old sock under the chair and the cooker had been disabled! The children's playground was covered in graffiti and had human excrement in it! The only good thing was the view over the sea. The rest was just a dump. Certainty never ever coming anywhere this place again! JUST SHOCKING!

Great bunch of people, so friendly and willing to help any way they can. Oh, and bloody honest too — House Keeping found my iPhone and have posted it back along with my baby daughters dummy! Food is great, bar is well stocked, rooms are clean, decent Wi-Fi (essential as no mobile signal) and the pool area is wonderful. Well worth it, thank you Seamill Hydro!
