Great service clean and close to town center.

Just returned from a 2night stay whilst visiting crufts and the place was lovely, comfortable and so handy for Solihull town centre and the NEC. Teresa so friendly and helpful x highly recommended x.

Enjoyed a very confortable night here with a friend that was excellent value for money. I found the owners to be very friendly and obliging. Everywhere was nice and clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was good. Only a short walk to Solihull shopping centre where there is plenty of choice of restaurants and also situated close to the station making it a really good base for exploring the area if you do not have transport. We will definately return when in the area again and would highly recommend.

I came here with a few friends as a last minute booking on a bank holiday weekend and I have to say it is the best thing I have ever done! Our hostess, if thats what youll call her, was absolutely fantastic. She sorted everything for us and made sure everything was absolutely spot on. I recently stayed at the extremely expensive radison blue hotel and honestly this b&b embarresed them! So friendly, but also there are some fair ground rules to ensure that you dont disturb other guests and they dont disturb you. Please please give this absolute diamond in the dirt a try and you will not regret it!

Great place to stay whilst on business and I am sure the same if you take your family. Very pleasant and welcoming staff where great too.

Stayed here before 7yrs ago. As always friendly and kind staff. Very comfortable and spotless. Came to solihul to have eye surgery. And the station approach was and always will be my first choice for accomodation as I was recovering from my laser correction surgery… excellent in every way. Five stars isnt enough. *************. Very friendly and homely b&b. We stayed in a separate annexe (room and en-suite) which was clean and neat and was great as it was our own space. It even had a pod coffee machine and milk frother which was a very nice surprise. Good breakfast catered for the individual. Iwould highly recommend this the Station Approach if staying near Solihull town centre.

Comfortable bed. Quiet. Room ok. Welcoming landlady. Parking tricky. Tinned tomatoes at breakfast which ought to be against the law.

A very pleasing extended stay. I was well catered for and contented. A real home from home.

Good location with parking, clean comfortable room and good service. But the shower was too small and tight, Wi-Fi wasn't that great and I can easily hear the next door occupants talking or banging doors.

Great b&b the prices are fair and the breakfast is amazing and free internet access and plenty of parking. Hosts were very pleasant and accommodating.

Walking distance to amenities, ample parking space, room was clean and comfortable with plenty sockets although lacked toiletries. Our hosts were very pleasant, cooked up an excellent breakfast and provided laundry facilities. Recommended.

Clean, comfortable, efficient with a friendly and thoughtful hostess. Full breakfast (or any variation thereof) in easy walking distance of the Solihull Station.

Nice staff, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Room 1 a bit noisy, shower head a bit dirty. A good location for JLR.

We was staying at this bnb just over a year ago, we was going to and from the nec star trek convention, we found the hostes a very delightfull and happy person, made us feel very welcome was always there for any advise on where to go in the area to eat etc, our room was fantastic we had the ground floor front room was very clean tidy we couldn't moan about anything at all, breakfast well what can I say as a chef I stay in many hotels /guesthouses and I couldn't fault the breakfast at all, everything was hot even the plate was hot to keep your food hot well nice recommend it to anyone to stay thanks guys well done barrie.

Lovely quiet friendly guest house. Would definitely stay here again highly recommend.

I stayed at the Station Approach B&B this week and I must say what a lovely B&B it is. I have stayed in many B&B's in the Solihull area as I work in and out of the area quite often and it has to be one of the best I have stayed in.
Its clean and the owners are so friendly and welcoming.
I wouldn't normally leave a review but I felt it was needed as I had a wonderful stay.
Thank you and you'll be seeing me again on my return to Solihull.

Good value, great location, nice breakfast and very friendly owners. All in all, would recommend to anyone looking for a base close to Solihull centre.

Clean and tidy arrangement but small rooms with not so great prices. Run by a rather patronizing owner. Felt like staying somewhere uninvited, Cant say would stay there again.
