Friendly staff. Lovely afternoon tea.

The reception staff on our check in on 12 and 13 April 2022 were extremely helpful. My grandson aged 8 said it was the best hotel ever! We will be back.

Amazing hotel, rooms are spotless, spacious and the bed is so comfy! Just had some dinner and the kebabs are to die for and Clinton who was serving us was a top guy and told us where all the hotspots were and what is good to do in the city! I would definitely recommend this hotel ☝️👏🏽

Lovely afternoon tea today booked by a friend, staff were very friendly on arrival showing us to our table, the venue was lovely and roomy, the food was delicious and value for money would recommend to anyone.

A friend and I came for lunch, and we absolutely loved it. A really comfortable restaurant area, attentive service, and delicious food. We highly recommend it, and will certainly return! 👌

Fabulous hotel! Modern, contemporary vibe. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms comfortable with everything you need, very quiet even though located in city centre…location fab for shopping, eating and nights out. Would definitely recommend 😊…. Big shout out to the manager, Anna for going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

Home from a 2 night stay here. We took advantage of the home from home deal. Absolutely amazing. Staff we fantastic and very professional. Everything was very well organised and extremely clean. The food was amazing too especially the vegan cooked breakfast. We were upgraded to an executive king suite at no extra cost. Nothing was too much trouble. Andrea on reception was fantastic as was the food & beverage manager Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay last night. Rooms were immaculate, staff so lovely, I only wish I knew the name of the gentleman who served us breakfast this morning because he was amazing, nothing was a problem and he was so cheerful. Amazing customer service from him :) we have already been looking at other dates to come back. Thank you so much.

Had mother's day tea eventually good service and the afternoon tea was really good x.

We stayed on 4th July — 1st night after lockdown. Staff were amazing — dinner and breakfast all epic — even better than previous times we have stayed. Staff more than amazing — as always — nothing too much trouble! will be back very soon! — I just changed jobs and my colleagues bought me a groupon for a night at the Maldron as a leaving gift — can't wait to come back again!
