Mark and Simon at St Aubyn's are so welcoming, we can't wait to go again. Breakfast is a must! Everything is peaceful and rest and relaxation assured, the bedrooms are the best we have stayed in. The pool is great too, thanks Mark and Simon.

Amazing hosts. Mark is so accommodating and gave us some suggestions where to go. Best bread and butter pudding Ive tried. Simon did very well with breakfast and snacks. Would stay here again if we plan to go to Burnham on sea next time. Nina and Kevin.

Stayed here August 2018. Mark and Simon were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much for them. Breakfasts were amazing. Hotel was spotlessly clean, fantastic indoor pool which our daughter loved. We were so impressed that we booked up for this July.
Highly recommended.

Everything about this place is perfect very friendly owners and it's spotless.

This was like meeting old friends. Mark and Simon epitomise personal service. Pot of tea and awesome cake on arrival. The breakfast was superb and the room very clean. … Definitely a place to visit and a great place to use as a base to tour around Somerset.

From the moment we walked in we were treated like one of the family. The room was spacious and breakfast was plentiful and fantastic. Everywhere is clean and tidy. We were lucky enough to have a sea view too! And the indoor pool is the icing on the cake!

Just returned from 5 days at this fantastic guest house. Mark & Simon are the best hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. An outstanding B and B in Burnham on Sea. They also serve one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in ages.

Mark and Simon such brilliant hosts nothing is to much trouble for them. They are very flexible to your needs, we we're spoilt on our stay at St Aubyns. We will definitely return ba k there.

Lovely clean rooms, Mark and Simon were the perfect hosts. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Location was perfect for the town and beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Where do I start with so many lovely things to say about the St Aubyns. The welcome was so warm and friendly and Mark knew who I was before I introduced myself. We stayed for 2 nights after my husband completed Chase The Sun. A refreshing drink and delicious slice of home made cake on my arrival was an absolute delight. Our room was lovely and spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything you would expect to find in a guest house. The shower is amazing! There was a massive c…hoice for breakfast from continental to cooked. We chose the full English which was cooked to perfection by Simon (the bacon is delicious). Lovely coffee too. The location couldn’t be better. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and local high street. Nothing is too much trouble and we will be back. Thank you Mark and Simon for making our weekend so enjoyable.

On arrival the owner was very welcoming and friendly, he showed us around and made us feel very looked after, the room was lovely and the bed was super comfy, the breakfast was very nice, there was plenty of food and drink. Would deffinatly stay there again.

St Aubyn's is a very well presented establishment. Located a short walk to beach and main town centre. Very clean and comfortable. Mark and Simon, the proprietors do they're upmost to make your stay a fantastic experience. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Would recommend this place 100 % Well done.

Just come home from a week in st aubyns mark and simon did everything possible to make our stay brilliant even a card and chocs for our anniversary even shared a bottle of wine before we went for our meal fab fab fab thank you both.

Made very welcome as usual. Only our second visit but feels like home. Will definitely go back.

Truly the best guest house ive ever stayed at. Mark and Simon thank you for making me and Joseph feel so welcome… and for the lovely cakes and yummy breakfast! Totally spotless like home from home. Parking good too. No complaints AT ALL :) Pool is lovely warm and clean and for the first ever time ive actually slept in a comfy bed away from home. Be seeing you next year :) x.

Excellent. Clean. Safe. Honest. Friendly. Local feel but up to international standards. High Quality throughout, furnishings, bathrooms, home cooked food. Swimming pool, small but indoor, 100% clean and fully heated. This is a true independent guest house, and you can contact them directly. (I am a professional single man, I was staying for a short contract, with a brand-new car, which was parked safely behind the guesthouse overnight, I contacted them directly and they then worked within my budget to accommodate me). Highly recommended.

As an overnight stop over when travelling to Devon or Cornwall we find St Aubyns to be excellent, and as a base for touring Dorset ect. A slightly longer stay is just what we need. The rooms are welcoming and comfy, coupled with e brilliant Breakfasts, you can't go wrong. For those who need it, there is also the opportunity for an appetite raising swim… Brilliant. Lanky lad &wife.
