Comfortable room, refurbished and clean. No air conditioning, which can make the rooms a little stuffy when it is hot, but fans are provided. Plenty of parking along the front of the hotel. Breakfast is served at the pub next door, as are meals. Friendly, helpful staff on reception.

Staff were excellent, polite helpful. Comfortable nights sleep room very clean. Definitely recommend. Thankyou.

Lovely well fitted out modern room. Spotless the only problem was the heat its very hot and stuffy and TV volume is set too low I could hardly hear it.

The 4 stars is mainly due to the lady managing the hotel when we arrived and left. Excellent staff. Sadly it's slightly outdated regards to most Premier Inns with no air conditioning in the rooms. However this is explained.

Some noise through the next. Alright beds. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.

Wonderful Premier Inn, definitely one of the better stays we have had with a lovely restaurant right next door, all staff very pleasant extremely helpful.

Family of 8 seated and settled fairly quickly. Then the problems started… drink order got lost and then still did not get them until an hour after arriving and even then 2 drinks were wrong! Food? Took 45 mins to take the order. Was OK on arrival, but one order was wrong again. Do not recommend this place.

Premier Inn deserves it's great reputation. I've never had a bad experience. Always well located and competitively priced.

No water pressure, unable to wash for two hours upon waking up. Staff unable to give an explanation. We will be raising a complaint.

Stayed on Christmas eve for an overnight. Pleasant welcoming receptionist and room was clean warm with a super comfy bed just what was needed.

Efficient online check in. Odd glitch, in that invoice handed over on arrival was for a higher amount than agreed, but was able to confirm correct amount debited and had received correct invoice beforehand by email. Clean, comfortable room. Didn't need to pay for Wi-Fi as mobile signal is 4g. Reasonable food available on site, provided you're not looking for anything special.

Pretty much what you'd expect, reasonable sized and clean rooms with decent parking. Starting to show its age with some of the facilities and heating.

Great staff good pub next door still full from breakfast 5 hours later.

Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfy as always and topped it off with a lovely breakfast.

No problems. Room a bit hot but multiple fans provided. Comfy beds. There's a pretty average pub next door which provides their food although if you venture a little further away there's a micro-pub and a Jamaican place that both look nice.

I always enjoy staying at Premier Inns, this one has some of the most friendly and helpful staff of any. Rooms good; clean, spacious, comfortable. Only one issue no air conditioning.

Food here is very good and the accommodation is good aswell.

Basic hotel, a little dated but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Convenient location with parking.

Staff were excellent. Shout out to Scott on the reception he told me the best places to go and was incredibly helpful with directions and other info. However hotel NEEDS air con especially in the 2nd floor eves. The fan just doesn't cut it up there.

One of the older premier inns, but still nice. Shower was a bit weak but it's perfectly usable. Insulation for sound is brilliant — main road outside and unless loud sirens went past, nothing was heard. Decent curtains kept out light. Hypnos bed, so it was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet Hotel rooms Clean but offers nothing there is no restaurant in a bar if you want a bottle of water from half a liter you have to take it to the distributor €2.
Breakfast is in a nearby pub, if you are looking for a good restaurant you have to get a nice and healthy walk and if it rains you're screwed if you don't have the car.

Rooms were lovely, but the food provided in the pub next door was terrible. I would have prefered there to have been no eatery sign on hotel details, as I would have made other arrangements.

Apart from worn and inadequate Nottingham traffic signs, the inn was very good and quiet even though there was a pub and restaurant next door. We had a good nights sleep in a comfortable room. The breakfast in the pub restaurant next door was spot on.

Lovely friendly staff. Although on a budy road' very quiet.

Great staff, excellent nights sleep, very good location if you drive. Clean modern rooms. Car parking can be a little frustrating in the evenings as the adjoining external restaurant is very, very popular with many local visitors as well as the hotel guests.
