It's not a place where you can have a comfortable night The building stinks and the beds? Oh God, horrible.

Came here and honestly, clean and great value for money. Will always stay here when we are up for training days.

Stayed here again 4 days ago and it seems you guys have had a make over! Looks FAB! We loved what you've done to the place! Honestly we stay at a lot of places but this is by far the cheapest, most accommodating! See you soon. Keep up the great work.

Pretty good cheap little place to stay! Only stayed the one night but was happy with the facilities! All really clean and good looking!

Amazing value for money. Fast check in, spotlessly clean, large spacious room, comfortable bed & free parking. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I like this place. Perfect for a contractor. Clean and tidy with kitchens to use rather than a pub. Rooms are bigger than most I have been in.

Wife booked a room for night of Wednesday Dec 27. Were told in advance there would be no breakfast, which I suppose was fair enough, even though it touts itself as bed and breakfast accommodation. We arrived at 22:30 and after 15 minutes of standing in the freezing cold, ringing the bell and banging on the door to actually get into the place (as it says to do on the wall, banging excepted) I phoned the number to be greeted with a useless answerphone message. In the meantime a handful of Eastern Europeans came out of a fire exit for a cigarette and even though they didn't speak a word of English I somehow managed to get through to them that we needed to get inside and get to our room. It seemed to me at least one of them was staff, who indicated that the receptionist lived in one of the adjacent properties and she would phone her directly, but she couldn't get a response either. I then received a call from the receptionist, who might also as well have been talking double Dutch, so we just gave up and drove back the 105 miles we had hoped to avoid doing until the next day. If this is your idea of a warm reception then ignore my review. Otherwise ignore the BS response that the owner will no doubt post within the next day or so and book yourself into one of the countless alternative bed and breakfast places in Nottingham where you can not only get into the building but also get breakfast. P. S. I'll be generous and let them have 1 star for having a car park.

A very warm welcome from the lovely staff, easy parking and the rooms were warm and clean, plus good shower in the en suite. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable — mattress pretty much collapsing so you can feel the springs sticking in you, a shame as some of the rooms have memory foam mattresses but ours certainly didn't. Sound-proofing of rooms also not good and floors are incredibly creaky, so you need to be lucky with your neighbours. Kitchens clean with decent oven, fridge etc. But lack of crockery, cooking utensils and basic things like oven gloves — if you want to cook bring your own stuff. Overall really good and would stay again but the poor mattress we had knocks it down a bit as it meant a bad night's sleep.

This place is fantastic value for money. The staff were really friendly and we had a great nights sleep. Thanks for making us feel so welcome :-) will definitely stay again when in Nottingham… it's great to support local businesses, keep up the good work.

Room was comfortable and clean. The shower was extremely hot and it took a while to work out how to get the right temperature with out looking like a boiled lobster. However I think that it is a good B&B at a reasonable price.

For what it is this place is well maintained, basic but clean… the right amount of parking. A little bit of noise from a nearby pub but not bad at all. Cheap and cheerful but you get more value that you'd expect. Thumbs up from me. Staff friendly too.

Situated next to a tram stop, so travel to the city centre is very easy. Rooms are recently refurbished, clean, good size. The only downside is that the floorboards can be quite creaky, but it's not much of a problem in all honesty. Ground floor rooms and communal lounge and kitchen are wheelchair accessible.

Stayed two weeks ago it was clean and tidy, when I had paid the bill before I got the keys I was told Sorry but no TV in the room but I could watch the one in the room downstairs, I said when we spoke earlier on the phone that it had TV. So to late to book anywhere else I stayed only to listen to people shouting and screaming doors banging and running around the place, finally got to sleep about 11pm only to be woken up by more shouting. No one on reception to report it to so I went back to the room and tried to get more sleep. Awake again at 4.30 decided to get up and leave still no person on reception, don't know what they would do if a fire broke out. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else. — 5 stars.

We stayed here last night — 11th Feb. Room was fine, basic but clean. We noticed before we went out that noise from other rooms and corridor was noticeable. But the noise never stopped all night. We were woken by shouting and swearing, Drunken arguments, doors slamming and then at 8am Sunday morning what can only be described as a rave. Needless to say we had had enough and left. I would of asked for my money back but could not find any staff. Which I suspect is the main problem, no staff or security on site and the place being full of drunken teenagers. Do not stay here if you want to sleep!

Really comfy and friendly best bnb I been in qso far. Really good nights sleep no noise and the bed OMG seriously I want one it's so comfy I gonna try packing in my bag :-)

Nice quaint place to stay, cosy and clean would definitely recommend.

I went to Rufford with my brother, he had a superior room and I had a standard — the only difference was an extra bed in the superior with a little extra space. Both rooms were clean, tidy and had a really nice basic decor. The showers weren't the strongest but they certainly did the job, and again they were clean! Plus each room had tea and coffee making facilities. My only 2 minor issue were 1: Both rooms were extremely warm and despite turning down the heaters we still melted! 2: One of the rooms had no curtain/blind on the bathroom window. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on its quality, but the breakfast room/lounge looked really nice and a surprising touch was having a shared kitchen available on both floors! Overall I would stay at the Rufford Court B&B again, and I thought it was very good value for money.

Great accomondation on good price, beautifully styled, very conveniently situated and staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. I really loved it.
