Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great rooms. Really good value for money.

Very nice clean hotel. Very friendly staff enjoyed our stay there recommend anyone coming to cricket World Cup matches to stay here 15mints walk to Trent bring.

Stayed here last night and I must say its one of the best hotels ive stayed in the beds were very comfy we had plenty of milk sugar tea coffee and milk in the room we didnt use room service so cannot comment on that but the room was very modern clean and airy will deffinetley be staying here again when we visit Nottingham again. Thankyou for a pleasant stay.

I have stayed at the Jury’s Inn at Nottingham in a lot of occasions and I have always found it to be a very clean well located for my needs. The staff in all the areas are friendly, polite and always have great customer service making it a pleasant and relaxing stay look forward to my next stay.

Really nice hotel and plenty of staff. The rooms are spacious and very comfy beds. The only down side I believe is that the breakfast room is too small and the tables are too near each other. The food choice is great though.

This hotel is lovely. The beds and pillows were amazing as were the rooms so spotless. The breakfast well that was delicious so fresh. A whole variety to suit all tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Jurys Inn Nottingham. The staff was professional and friendly. The room was bigger than expected and very clean (although you wouldn't be able to take a bath in the bathtub as it was so low). Breakfast was great with a great variaty of choices and they never ran out of items. Location wise it was perfect! Located within a 2 minute walk from the station and within 10 minutes of walking you are right in the middle of the city centre.

Rooms are clean and a good size. Bed is comfy. Food is great with huge portions. All the staff are great always happy to help. And the hotel is in a great location. Anytime I'm in Nottingham this is where I will saty no doubt.

Nice, comfortable hotel. In a brilliant location directly outside the train station and a few minutes from city centre. Never had any interaction with staff but they appeared to be friendly. Bedroom extremely comfortable clean and cool. Only complaint the shower wasn't very powerful. I would definitely return again.

The standard by which I rate all hotel chains. Superb all round, comfortable beds, good choice of pillows, fresh and fluffy laundry, decent iron and air conditioning in all rooms. Unfortunately I was affected by a powercut on Tues 12th June during which period the staff were attentive, kept us all informed with half hourly updates & provided courtesy drinks and biscuits throughout. A very well planned contingency procedure where all employees excelled.

Got there and checked in very quickly. Had a bit of an issue with the electricity in the area and they had extra staff in the reception keeping everybody informed. The staff were very polite and was constantly checking to see if people wanted drinks whilst waiting. The next day at breakfast the friendly staff was still apologising about the power cut, which was not their fault. I ate in the restaurant the second night and the restaurant staff were also very polite and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay and a very clean hotel.

Very pleased with Jury's Inn in Nottingham. Clean spacious room at one end of floor 9. Nice and quiet as requested. We didn't eat in there, so cannot comment. Staff, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

I cannot rate my stay here highly enough. From the lovely warm welcome upon check-in and the free complimentary drink — a very thoughtful touch at the end of my journey to the hotel — my two-day stay was absolutely great. My room was spotlessly clean with great views (I was on the 10th floor), a most comfortable bed and plenty of space. Breakfast was exceptional, with a massive choice from continental breakfast to a a full, cooked English breakfast, and I loved the help-yourself buffet style and the fact that guests with special dietary requirements were considered: there was gluten free cereals on offer, fresh fruit, pastries and breads such as crumpets, waffles, toast, baguettes, and fruit juices, assorted teas, coffee and hot water. The staff were very polite throughout the hotel and very attentive of guests' needs. This hotel really deserves a 4-star rating.

The Jury's Inn was lovely. Hotel looked nice, clean, staff were very pleasant. We checked in a little earlier than planned and our room was ready. Our hotel room was to a high standard. We are staying at the same hotel in May. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

WORST SERVICE EVER — My advice to any Company considering block bookings would be go to another hotel — We made a Company booking for 3 people and it turned into the worst disaster possible. 1. I rang to book 3 guests and inquire about corporate bookings for the future. The receptionist took all the details and when I offered to pay she advised me to speak with the corporate manager Tiffany who would probably give us a cheaper rate. When I asked if the guests were definitely booked in she assured me they were and that there was plenty of room at the hotel that week I was unable to get hold of Tiffany BUT WAS TOLD SHE WOULD RING ME however my guests turned up only to be told they had no record anywhere. I rang them up and made the normal payment. I then was told there was no spaces available on the Tuesday. Then when I spoke to someone else they SAID THEY could do it but we would be paying 4 times the normal amount to get the Wednesday. I then spoke to another manager who I told that the guests would only be staying the Tue night and I would go elsewhere and never use them again. He assured me the guests were booked for that night with breakfast and evening meal and they would take the money from the card but when the guests arrived for the evening meal they were refused as they were told they were not booked in fro this YET I HAD SENT A VERY DETAILED EMAIL TO the address I was given.

I only witnessed an event at this hotel, but I could see and get to know the staff working there.
It is a great structure and rich of interesting services.

I've stayed here twice for two days each in the past six months and every night the food I ordered to take up to my room has been cold, even when I sat and waited for it to come straight from the kitchen. The sides were hot but the protein was barely warm, no matter what I ordered. That said, the rooms are nice and clean, the staff are friendly and professional and it's nice and close to the station.

Very nice clean room, good size and nicely decorated. Divine beds, free Wi-Fi and lovely staff. I would totally recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back. Great location too, only 5 min walk from city centre.

A nice place to stay. Quite central and very kind staff. The room was pretty but the bathroom not the newest. But totally fine. The view from the room was not ideal (office building) but it was silent and good to rest. The breakfast was rather English, but they also served some cheese and jam fur toast, cereals as well as fruits. I totally missed Cappuccino oder Latte Macchiato for breakfast.
I would come again!

Nice hotel and very clean. Comfy beds etc — my only gripe was the room key stopped working so had to go back down to reception to get a replacement. I would recommend.

Mr Liam Cornelius During our stay there was issues with our room keys not working all throughout our stay having to keep going to reception constantly. There was also a large group in the hotel that was very loud and very disruptive, we could smell cigarette smoke and weed being smoked throughout the corridors. We decided to get out of the hotel and go for something to eat and explore nottingham. On our return to the room we stepped in the elevator to a vulgar site and smell of vomit. As this was a birthday treat for my partner I was very disappointed and feel like it wasnt a good experience at all. I look forward to hearing from you.

The first room I was given was very cold, so they moved me into another. Good sized rooms, with nice furnishings, comfortable beds, and pillows. Bathroom was a bit plain. Good central location but parking is a five minute walk from the hotel and is not included in the room rate.

Very pleasant room. Good size and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed and nice pillows. Excellent water pressure in bathroom and good toiletries. Decent breakfast but not huge variety. Great value for approx £65 a night.

What you would expect from a jury Inn room-wise. This one however seems to think that the best place for a TV is so that the toilet door can watch it, and apparently putting a slightly posher than McDonald's burger in a wooden box with no plate is worth an extra £10. Advise eating and drinking elsewhere as with most hotels, and don't expect to watch TV unless you like watching whilst on the toilet.

Simple and functional room, very comfortable bed, spacious and clean bathroom. Free Wifi throughout the hotel. Buffet breakfast, abundant and rich. Right restaurant with reasonably varied menu and affordable price. Polite staff. Overall a good hotel. Very well connected, next to the train station.

Stayed here when visiting the city for a conference recently. The room was comfortable, with a good shower and all amenities. Reception staff were also extremely helpful. The dinner in the evening was very nice (veggie pizza) although rather slow in coming out of the kitchen. The main drawback to this hotel, however, is that it doesn't have its own Carpark and finding the correct one to park in is a little tricky, so I recommend that you research this before you travel.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Looks new/refurbished, very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet is lovely, with options of a full English, cereal, fruit and even a gluten free section. Very happy with our stay at Jurys Inn.

Nice, modern cleans environment, helpful & friendly staff. Only negative was the car park is locked at night so no access to car which we wasn't told about. Good job we didn't have to leave in a hurry.

A nice hotel approx 10 minute walk from Nottingham train station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. A bar area with all ales, beers and wines with lots of varied spirits also. Bedrooms are clean, spacious and warm and quiet. Dining room does a good breakfast, both hot and continental. Taxi's can be requested with reception or walk towards the railway station for a taxi rank. Car parking is on the adjacent street the other side of the railway lines next door to CarpetRight. You need to enter their car park and drive through. £11 for 24 hours, but only cash payments, not notes. Staff have change.

The Jury's Inn Hotel is just 2 minutes from Nottingham train station and the National Express Coach stops so extremely convenient for those using coach or train. It's also a few minutes walk into the heart of the city centre. The rooms and bed are very clean and comfortable and the complementary Costa Coffee from the hotel bar was a great perk. Very pleasant stay.

Went to stay there overnight as was going to watch the 20th anniversary gig for steps. It was very close to the venue, and the room was spacious and had a lovely view. Service was wonderful when it came to food within the restaurant. Though we didn't order any, we went downstairs to have some breakfast. £20 well spent, with some of the best hash browns ever.

The bedding of the mattress is comfortable and mellow.
The room is simple and clean.
The bathroom reflect the work of the staff: a very nice cleanliness.
At the moment of the breakfast the two automatic doors of the entrance hall might disrupt you with the variation of the hot temperature and the exterior temperature.
At a time of the night, the air-conditioner of the room seems to turn off during the night-morning. Fortunately the bed comforter is very hauntingly and hot tender.

A reasonable premier inn style hotel. Comfy rooms and good beds. My only complaint is that if you are going to put a bath in a room make it a proper bath and not some silly half depth affair that makes it nigh on impossible to wash yourself. Guests pay a reasonable rate for a nights stay so treat them as guests and not some faceless revenue stream. It will pay in the long run.

The room was well maintained, comfortable, and had good quality overall. Bathroom has a good size and was also kept on high standards. The hotel is very close to the city centre, near the Lace Market area (about 8 minutes from main area). Definitely recommended.

Had a great one-night stay here. Perfect location for getting coaches in and out of Nottingham, and close to the centre. Very nicely decorated rooms with all the essentials. Great service too.

The hotel is ok and the staff are pleasant and helpful. However… If you do not know Nottingham and have a car then this us but the hotel for you. High heels and a large suitcase are no good.

This was my 4th stay. The hotel bar is decent, but not much choice for an ale drinker such as myself. Comfy bed, and a good night's sleep. Bathroom facilities were fine. I paid extra for the self service breakfast. There was plenty of choice from full English, to yogurts, fruit salad and porridge. The bread selection was very good with toast, croissants, bagels and English muffins. There were also plenty of jams, fruit juices and even smoothies.

Ended up in a disabled access room. I am able bodied but could see exactly how it would be so suitable for wheelchair / disabled use. Wide open space from door to bed. Loads of room in the bathroom with a low bath and slightly higher feeling loo. Comfy bed and u could build a fort with the pillows. My only negative would be the sausages for breakfast weren't cooked all the way through. Not just being picky. Happened on 2 separate visits now.

We just stayed for 1 night, but the hotel was awesome. Good room, good food, friendly staff. The location is also perfect (citycentre). 5 stars for this great hotel.

The rooms are very nice, I love the decor. Although the meals were standard I also had trouble with the keys a few times (if you put the card near your phone you have to get another one as it doesn't work). It is very big and perfect for me as its near the ice arena.

Stayed for just over a week and would definitely stay again. It was very clean with a comfy bed, staff go out of there way to help you and are always very polite, including the lady who cleaned the room. The only downside is there was no mini fridge. If you're staying more than a night, you need a fridge. Otherwise can't fault it. Especially the breakfast.

Fantastic location to the town station but a bit of a walk from the city centre. Rooms have air con and you can't really hear the city night life so get a decent night sleep. Would recommend.

Paying an awful lot and there's not even a free car park. You need to drive to other side of the station for any parking. Which can be up to an extra £11 for 24hrs. The rooms are nice and big and done to a high standard. A very comfy sleep. Breakfast feels like a huge royal rumble. But on a plus side the food is pretty nice and there is plenty of it. Very noisy which some people do not really want or need in the morning.

Excellent hotel in Notthingam (one of the few). There is also a certain social life inside, and a beer can be enjoyed quietly before going to bed.

Spent little time there but rooms were reasonably priced and in decent enough condition. Bathroom was dated but clean and comfy bed. Staff were friendly at front desk. Great location if you are travelling by train.

My room was clean and comfortable. Decor is quite nice. The air con works well and is not too noisy. Free breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Kettle in room with usual sachet teas & cofees. Free Wi-Fi is of a fairly good speed. Telly has what I presume are the usual freeview channels. The location is great for the train station and is a 10/15 minute walk to the shopping and eating area of Nottingham. The area immediately around the hotel is a bit of a wasteland with only roads and civic buildings to hand. But there is a Tesco Metro at the other end of Station Street for essentials. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway, but for business travelers or tourists it is probably a good choice. Room service is very expensive and I can't comment on the quality because I didn't try any food except the breakfast. I didn't need to interact with staff except for checking in and out, but they were pleasant and helpful in that regard.

Close to the Railway Station and handy for the city centre. A comfortable room with Wi-Fi and views over the city. The restaurant was good the breakfast was just what was needed.

Fire alarm went off at 3am and we ended up outside in the cold with no information. When tried to finish checking in then the receptionist tried to tell us we couldn't until they had dealt with other people behind us who we're just picking up keys. We explained that we would very much like to go to bed. Eventually we we're given money off our room rate despite then clearly not knowing that we had already booked a breakfast as this was offered first. I understand that a fire alarm is not easy to manage but there needs to be more communication and less rude reception staff.

Lovely room, enjoyable stay only marred by idiots setting the fire alarm off at 2.30am smoking in their room. Was happily informed by the staff that the culprits had been evicted that night. Otherwise a great stay, warm welcome when we arrived and would definitely return.

Absolutely brilliant night. I have no complaints at all. The room was brilliant. The staff were brilliant and the breakfast was canny nice. I was surprised considering its "budget" hotel.

Rooms were great size. Nicely furnished and decorated. Great price. Only slight downside is the walk to and from the car park but still 5 stars.

Great staff, great weekend, comfortable hotel. Breakfast is a little on the costly side if not included, but overall a great time. I would have appreciated more guidance from Jury's on parking locations, another from our group paid £11 from Friday to Sunday nearby, I paid £28 at Broadmarsh. Not good.

Visited with a group of friends for a stag weekend and found the staff very helpful and professional. The hotel was in very good upkeep with rooms being clean and well presented. The hotel is handily located a few hundred yards from the train station and about a 10 minute walk from the town center. I would definitely stay again.

Went here for a business meeting. Staff was extremely accommodating. Helped us print papers, set up a conference phone, etc. Great experience.

The hotel itself is OK, but if you're driving then be prepared to have a good faff parking on the other side of the train lines and having to carry your stuff to the hotel over the bridge. Parking isn't cheap neither, £7 overnight.

On the plus side, comfy beds & decent pillows, friendly staff. Disappointing overall though, the room was bland, basic and unwelcoming, the bathroom was tired. The walls were thin and I could hear TV from two rooms away and could clearly make out the conversation next door even though they seemed to be using 'normal' voices. The air con came on by itself in the middle of the night, waking me up even though I'd switched it off at the wall! No parking at the hotel, contrary to the description on Google maps, which was extremely frustrating when arriving late at night after a 4 hour drive. I had to leave my car in a monitored open air car park and walk back, soaked by the time I got to the hotel, then pay £18 for parking! I stay in hotels virtually every week, from Premier Inns to Bannatyne hotels, this was probably the worst two nights I've had. On the plus side, I know not to go there again!

Great hotel. Well situated for arrival by train. Only down side is that bar food is expensive and breakfast could be served until midday for those that like a little extra sleep.

Friendly staff and good sized quiet rooms, food was better then expected for a chain hotel however I can't comment on the price as it was included in part of the course I was attending. The hotel bar however is very steeply priced and the wakeup calls I booked never materialised.

The staff were very lovely and we had pre booked so had a very quick check in. The rooms very spacious and clean. Beds very comfy, rooms quiet despite being in the city centre. Breakfast delicious, hot and lots to choose from.

No on-site car park. No power sockets near bedside. Average rooms and food. Taxi to central.

Stopped here for a few weeks for work during the Nottingham station blockade. Very surprised a hotel of this size did not do 24 hour room service, food was middle of the road and the staff were a bit hot and cold, some really nice some a bit offish, seemed to be some sort of dole contingent stopping there not sure if some sort of government placing of homeless for temporary accommodation? If I was paying I wouldn't stop there. PS no parking except round the corner £7 a day. The premier inn across the road has free parking, on a better note the rooms are large.

I've really enjoyed staying here, ate in the bar a couple of nights and really enjoyed the food. The staff are really friendly too, especially the bar staff. Old Speckled Hen beer too, nice one.
