Gorgeous little bar! Staff were lovely and the bar’s interior was gorgeous! Great little find when you arrive at the station early for your train!

Had a lovely afternoon with my daughter, nice food and the lady served us was lovely 😊

Lovely place for lunch/drinks just at Nottingham station. Great staff and prices.

Popped in for a drink in the bar before heading for our train on Friday.
Charlie served us and he was totally amazing. What a lovely friendly member to meet. Wish we had headed in their early as he was so welcoming!
I left for the train and left a shopping bag and he ran after us to the station! Thanks Charlie, we will be certainly come back with that hospitality. Thanks again and wishing you a Merry Christmas although we hope to see you again before then.

Stayed here with my 10 year old son to attend a concert absolutely fantastic place, quiet, quirky and staff are absolutely amazing thankyou so much would definitely stay here again x.

Stayed here on the 26th October for the OMD show. Really nice place. Will be back in the future.

Just in for lunch, excellent place for it and very friendly efficient staff.

This is very convenient, as my sister was just a few steps away. The staff was wonderful, and their dining room amazing.

Stayed for the night and would definitely recommend it, Staff go out of their way to welcome you, lovely atmosphere, very clean and tidy rooms, good continental breakfast, and bar with good range of drinks.

Lovely hotel with welcoming staff in a great location. Can be noisy at night though and family suite has a skylight with no blinds so far plugs and sleep masks are essential. Good sized breakfast. Is above Starbucks and next to Tesco. Opposite the train station and a 5 minute walk into the city centre. Would stay again.

Service at this Starbucks is pretty dire. The staff aren't welcoming, you always feel like they're having a private joke and that you are interrupting. I've stopped using this shop and instead go across the way to the Costa kiosk at the train station where the service and the coffee is much better.

I have just been in to this bistro. Service was fab food was gorgeous normally not a diva but I really wanted eggs royale and although not on the menu the lovely man at the bar made a special trip to the supermarket to purchase ingredients. Result was fantastic will definitely visit again. Thanks guys.

Bit of a hidden gem. Haven't stayed in the hotel but the bar area is lovely. Nice and airy with proper tables for a meal. Comfy lounge area too near the bar for drinks/coffee. Good range of drinks, very good range of gin I'm told. Very pleasant staff in a very nice venue. I've only been in during the day for lunch and after work drinks. The perfect for both. Recommended.

Clean, well appointed and friendly. Great location by the station, nice bar and good breakfast. No presence after 11pm though but they do provide an emergency number if there's an issue.

PROS Nice clean room Really good breakfast with a range of pastries, bread and cereal. Main reception room was very cool with eclectic furniture and nice comfortable atmosphere. Staff were friendly and approachable 5 minute walk to central Nottingham and opposite train station CONS 2 shared toilets per floor. At one point no toilets across all floors were available for around 20 minutes. Small thing but worth mentioning — don't let it put you off staying here!

The room itself is nice, with the exception of having to your key card into something just to turn the lights on, which isn't a perfect sytem. Literally right next to the train station in Nottingham, and is 5 minutes from the city center. Service was nice and friendly. Very narrow stairway to get the hotel though, not especially nice when carrying suitcases.

Amazing hotel, light in bathroom was on a timer that took about an hour to get working properly but for the price can't complain.

Yes, yes and yes. This is an excellent little hotel, right next to the train station. Spacious rooms, great staff (even though I managed to arrive 30 mins after check-in time), and an amazing breakfast room. Excellent breakfast, too!

Absolutely incredible service from the staff that greeted us and the gentleman that served us at the bar in the evening. Fantastic service and the room was fair sized for two people and was very clean. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Popped in for a coffee and a sit down as we were early for our train. Have been here for afternoon tea on numerous previous occasions. The decor is great and the sofas are lovely and squishy too. Coffee was really good value — £2.50 for a large cup — which we ordered at the counter and were then bought over to us. It's a great place.

Nice decor and vibe at the bar. Good range of drinks available and they were happy for us to use the "Ale bar" as a side room to be away from crowds. Price of drinks seemed very reasonable as well.

Beautiful boutique​ hotel, rooms were plenty adequate for an overnight stay, perfectly situated right next to the train station. The staff couldn't have been any more welcoming and friendly to our group. I would definitely stay there again.

Late night stay, really friendly staff and great location, parking good and right outside the the station.

Superb location, lovely rooms, secure building. Our room had a huge bed, gorgeous coloured glass roof panels and a spectacular view. Only downside was the shower door didn't seal so the bathroom floor ended up a bit of a swamp, and the pillows are a touch on the sturdy side. Otherwise a lovely place, a great find. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff, nice clean and airy rooms and an excellent breakfast choice which was very nicely cooked. Shared bathrooms (2 between 5) may put you off, but the relatively low room price for somewhere so close to the station and City centre justifies this. Close to Canal side pubs and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the shops and the castle.

Lots of stuff under the bed. There is a digital TV but no remote and there is nothing they can do about it.

Staff is a bit untrusting. Standing in line to order, we asked for the bathroom code and the girl snipped at us "have you bought anything? " not so much what was said, but how it was said. Other than that it's a typical Starbucks.

Usually quite busy as it's right next to the train station. Fast and friendly service, not much seating inside the store. More of a pick up and go place.

Kind staff, great location just next to the station, the expected speedy service and cosy seating.

It's a Starbucks and if you want a Starbucks this place will deliver. It has less seating than many Starbucks but it is well lit, the Wi-Fi worked and the staff friendly.

Women with grey hair served me, made me laugh and really enjoyed my experience 5/5
