WORST SERVICE EVER — My advice to any Company considering block bookings would be go to another hotel — We made a Company booking for 3 people and it turned into the worst disaster possible. 1. I rang to book 3 guests and inquire about corporate bookings for the future. The receptionist took all the details and when I offered to pay she advised me to speak with the corporate manager Tiffany who would probably give us a cheaper rate. When I asked if the guests were definitely booked in she assured me they were and that there was plenty of room at the hotel that week I was unable to get hold of Tiffany BUT WAS TOLD SHE WOULD RING ME however my guests turned up only to be told they had no record anywhere. I rang them up and made the normal payment. I then was told there was no spaces available on the Tuesday. Then when I spoke to someone else they SAID THEY could do it but we would be paying 4 times the normal amount to get the Wednesday. I then spoke to another manager who I told that the guests would only be staying the Tue night and I would go elsewhere and never use them again. He assured me the guests were booked for that night with breakfast and evening meal and they would take the money from the card but when the guests arrived for the evening meal they were refused as they were told they were not booked in fro this YET I HAD SENT A VERY DETAILED EMAIL TO the address I was given. That is only part of the mess but The communication from the hotel was the worst ever and we would never use them again. I dread to think how much they have taken from our company card when I get to speak to someone sensible that works there.
