Good rooms, many with a sea view. Friendly staff (had to make a last minute change and the staff were really accommodating).

No frills, basic functional and cheap but clean and tidy. Friendly, efficient and smiling staff. Ideally placed for exploring Cromer. They also serve a lovely breakfast and the service is great. Very dog friendly.

Do not come here! warning not good place. The manager is a shame and those who run it. DO NOT COME HERE! Bed sheets ripped, cracks in baths, dirty showers n baths n sinks and toilet! Was nasty altogether!

Stayed here for the new year with my partner and our son, reasonably priced and good comfortable room. We stayed in the top left hand room if you are looking at the building, great views.

Our room was quite nice, beds were comfy. However the bathroom is quite small and the shower isn't great. Nice breakfast and opposite the beach so great location.

Rooms are good, kept nice and clean but the shower leaves something to be desired.

Good grief… it's no wonder that British hotels have such a terrible reputation with dumps like this around. I can only think that the AA rating is based purely on the fact that it was at least clean. Starting with the frostiest welcome imaginable, it all went downhill from there. Neolithic practices such as a 8-9.30am breakfast slot and a 10am (yes, 10am! ) checkout time reinforce the joylessness of what is ostensibly a HOLIDAY destination. The room had the number written on it in felt tip. The 'seaview' was acheived by lening out of the window. The TV remote (lovingly velcroed to the TV) did not work. A reading strip light above the bed burned the back of my head. No shampoo in the bathroom. And the soap was Holiday Inn branded, so obviously pilfered. A hateful, sinfully overpriced experience. Avoid at all costs.

The best guest house i, ve stayed at in a long time. The place was spotless the staff friendly and the food was excellent, nothing was to much trouble. Wonderful views overlooking the putting green, the sea and the pier. Seeing the facilities for less abled people I will be returning in 2 weeks time with my elderly mother and i, m sure we will have a great time no matter what the weather. I was also pleasantly suprised at how quiet it was at night.

My wife and I stayed here recently (28th Nov. ) for the first time although frequent visitors to Cromer. Reception was welcoming and friendly. Our bedroom was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with an excellent sea viewThe meals we had were delicious all with the flavour of home cooked food. Will definitely return!
