Really enjoyed the location and area and especially the history! Was a nice big room and really good food to! Will return!

Stayed 2 nights for 40s weekend. Room nice and bed comfy. Staff friendly but need further training. Some find English language difficult. Only disappointment was no outside entertainment on Saturday night … too hot to be inside jiving. Entertainment on Friday and Saturday (Day) excellent. Look forward to returning 2019.

Great location in a beautiful village but we had an altercation with the owner, what an arrogant self centred and downright rude person. I have never before met a hotel proprietor that swore at customers with a small complaint. I would avoid this place like the plague!

Good location for the 40, s weekend. Good. Rooms and food. Make sure you ask for a king size bed. Normal a little small. Strange meal pricing. Single course £15.00, 2 course £24. Starter and dessert a little expensive at £9.00?

We had just one night stay and really enjoyed it. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and all you could want, for a very enjoyable short last minute break. Definately will stay again.

Nice sized rooms with comfy beds. Mixture of showers and baths in rooms. Staff are lovely. Food is excellent. Hotel has a good location for the local golf courses and also the viking way which is great for dog walkers and runners/walkers. Its also in walking distance of Woodhall Spa and the shops there and the Kinema in the woods. For those still playing Pokemon Go there is a Gym and pokestop in the hotel grounds.

Great service, the food was delicious. The rooms are a nice size. The bathroom is large and the shower is great.

Desgusting hotel run by dirty cheap gypsies aka indians. If you don't want to catch an infectious disease lice or bed bugs don't go here. The restaurant is crawling with rats and the chefs spit and vomit in the food. The owner whom is a 60 year old gypsie is very rude to guests is infested with lice and smells like a sewer, not surprised when she told me they grew up in indian slumps. Everyone in the comment section with the name PATEL is relative to these dirty gypsies trying to lie about the place.

Had a lovely stay. Just looking a little shabby in side. Repairs are a Bit to be desired. Could do with experience work force. Food good staff brilliant.

I don't even know how to describe this sick gross and filthy place called hotel. Reception a mess filed with indians laughing and screaming you could't hear anything. Restaurant looked like a rubbish storage and the rooms like the roach hotel's. I found at least 5 bed bugs in my room plus a dozen bugs running around. I called reception and a short old indian woman came up pretending she sees nothing. I took my children and run out of this place. Hope they burn this place to the ground!

It is the most awful hotel I have ever visited in my entire life. Rooms are full of roaches and bed bugs. The food is disgusting and overpriced and I really should mention about the short indian looking receptionist, a very rude old gypsie trying to overcharge us and laughing at our children. This place should be condemned!

Always a lovely welcome, great room, good food and friendly helpful staff! What more could you ask!

Great staff, nice refurbished rooms, beautiful setting, fantastic power showers, free Wi-Fi. Overall a pleasant experience!

Rooms were clean but basic. Our bathroom needed redecorating and the shower was less than useless. The meal was nice but the service was poor.

Beautiful surrounds. Went for 1940 weekend. Wonder full experience.

Location was good. External paint work needs a little tlc.

Stayed here for a couple of nights for work. The location is very good situated in the picturesque village of Woodhall Spa. The rooms are large and beds comfortable with suitably sized tvs. The staff were very pleasant. The only thing missing was a slightly better continental selection possibly, such as cheese/cold meats but this really is a minor point. Well worth the money paid for the stay.

Well worth a visit if your traveling to this area, meals are excellent value, rooms are comfortable and spacious, big tv's, good internet in every room and to cap that the staff are all courteous and helpful as well!

Perfect hotel to stay in for a short work trip.

Room was fine, big comfy bed and big tele, breakfast was limited.

The room we had was very clean and comfortable with a TV and tea/ coffee making equipment. It was very quiet as the hotel wasn't full. The bathroom was modern and the shower was very good. We had avery nice meal in the bar which was reasonably priced. The breakfast was very good with enty to eat and the staff in the hotel were lovely. The hotel was in walking distance of all the places of interest.

Nice looking hotel and good bar with very large TV however in my room the window was broken and the room was always too hot at night. The shaver socket was also broken.

Rooms have recently been renovated but this seems to have been done poorly with carpets coming up between bedroom and bathroom and door holes in wall from door handles. Outside of the building in need of work too.
