The two more mature male members of staff that served us on Saturday were lovely! They were very helpful and professional. Thank you! The food was really tasty and well presented. We will definitely be returning when we are next in the area!

No dogs allowed in the casual back bar. Staff a bit rude.

Just had a lovely Beef and Lamb carvery with my wife and grand daughter!
Grand daughter had macaroni cheese and garlic bread and the bit I tried was lovely!
Meat delicious as ever and the veggies steaming hot.
Staff very young, but that’s probably down to my age!
Very polite and helpful.

My husband and I enjoyed lunch sitting out on the terrace. The service was good and the staff all seemed pleasant and helpful. It was busy so I asked for a cloth to wipe the table but the young barman told me he'd come and sort it. He did so very promptly and pointed out where we could get cutlery and sauces. The food was very nice, good portion sizes and well presented. Will definitely return.

Lovely place, food was good but staff are absolutely awful, apart from Megan (the lovely red head) she was excellent, because of a disagreement over the hotel reserving disabled parking spaces, they then blatantly stood at the bar talking about us and pointing which made us feel very uncomfortable, the worst for this appalling behaviour was Kayleigh Lyons, needless to say that I will be making an official complaint to the company and Lincolnshire County Council with regards to the disabled parking.

I stayed here whilst house hunting in the local area and the family room we stayed in was just what we needed, large room with great facilities at a great price. The breakfast was plentiful, which our two small children really enjoyed. I would whole heartedly recommend staying here. Now that we live in the area, we often return to use the the bar as the children's play area is fantastic with plenty of outside seating to not only supervise our children but enjoy a pint of Doombar in the sun.

We as a family eat in The Inn both week days and weekends. The service and food are always excellent. The carvery is the best we have had and the chef is always very helpful, extremely pleasant and we come back time after time. Worth a visit.

Great place to stay, highly recommend. Staff were very warm and welcoming upon arrival. The first night we stayed the room was so warm due to the hot weather we’ve be having so reception supplied us with a fan for the room which was very much appreciated. All staff were helpful, friendly and always smiling. Food was fantastic both in the restaurant, bars and breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

I love it here as it’s perfect for families. 2 out of 3 staff were lovely. Outside there’s a great play area. Inside is beautifully decorated. Sadly the music was not classy. In fact it cheapened the whole atmosphere. Got the impression that local families use it. Which is nice. A little bit of a rabbit Warren inside and despite staff going out of their way. It is badly managed. No menus at hand and had to wait ages for one. Then no sweet menu. Like I say. Nice staff. Great food. Badly managed.

Beautiful hotel. All staff are helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay on our 1 year anniversary really special I can't thank them enough.

Myself and my husband have visited for Friday night meal. We booked as we wanted to have the steak night deal for 2, however when given the menu advised that this wasn’t on this evening. We told the staff that this was the reason that we booked, and then was told that we could have the Friday night steak night deal. The steak was delicious however we had to ask for steak knives, and ask for the bottle of wine which came with the deal. We was then not offered a desert menu therefore went elsewhere for this. The food was lovely however service poor.

Absolutely dedicated staff team… like a big cuddly family… nothing is too much effort.

Would of been a 5 star if we had not waited an hour for our food. Food was lovely when it eventually arrived and staff pleasant and hekpful.

Had to try 3 different bars to order our food… staff were polite helpful n friendly. We got called up to choose our food n chef cut meat nicely. But even though all food was really tasty n nicely cooked there was a limited choice and it was lukewarm at best and plates were cold which probs didnt help. Venue was spotlessly clean and tidy and very big. L would go again perhaps on the weekend and not midweek which was probs why we had issues we did.

This was perfect all 7 of us had the delicious carvery and it was pretty awesome.

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room. Only black mark is that there was no hot water till 7-30am, no good if you want an early shower!

Pretty good, we stayed one night and only used the 617 bar. Tenuous link at best to 617 dambusters. Bar staff would ignore 2 customers waiting to serve a regular sat at the who just pointed to his glass to get it filled.
Our room was also over or near the street exit of the bar, no regard for guests when locking up and the last punters leaving, lots of noise and banging of doors at the early hours.
Room was clean and tidy, huge bed! Breakfast was very good no problems.
All in all pretty good, I would stay again but perhaps give the bar a miss and try the brasserie or another place.

Good value rooms with nice restaurant.

Went for the Sunday carvery. It was lovely we both went for the roast beef which was cooked perfectly. Plenty of veg to choose from and a big pot of warm gravy. My only sight criticism would we the roast potatoes were a little under cooked and slightly hard in the middle. But apart we really enjoyed our meal and we will definatly be coming back.

Visited for an evening meal in the Lancaster Brasserie. On arrival, we were pointed towards the table rather than shown, so the three staff members could continue their own conversation. Service was OK and the food was nice, but the mains are very 'pub grub' compared to the starters. Wouldnt go out of my way to revisit.

Service very good and friendly, dinner however was cold and the carvery for children was served on a side plate and there was hardly any meat given. Was disappointed with what we had for the price.

Lovely service, ideal if you have children with you. Best hot chocolate I have ever had.

Ordered the beef but then got told they didn't have it. After asking for a special off the evening meal got told that o wasn't able to order off it. The waiter then came back and said that I could have the special sirloin steak. However, was a little disappointed with this and definitely wouldn't pay the full price for this meal. It was alright not brilliant.

The bar man was a joke he asked what my partner wanted to drink she asked for a apple juice giving it her in the bottle didn’t even open it never mind offer a glass and ice until he was prompted to do so by myself
Then we asked. If there was serving food they said yes there a table over there that’s free
We looked at the menu and the specials that they had oh boy you no wonder they could offer 2 stakes and a bottle of wine for under £40 stake was wafer thin and that was a good job as we was never offered a stake knife
Even had to wait well over 30 mins for food to come out so glad we went straight for mains and didn’t have a starter or pudding we would be still there now

Tonight was our first visit to the Inn, and it definitely won’t be our last. The food was exceptional, we both had the chilli ect marinated steak and it was full of flavour. I didn’t quite catch the name of our waiter but he was extremely helpful and polite, also he had great knowledge of the menu. Our experience was amazing and we will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Room was great nice firm bed. Bathroom lovely and plenty hot water, even if you did have to wait for it a bit, but we were on top floor. Nice pan head shower but heat selection seemed to vary a bit some of the time but not so bad as to get burnt or frozen. Food choices in bar, a la carte and a carvery, so plenty choice. On Sunday they'd had a rush and been eaten out of food which was a surprise and restricted what we could have that night but this was apparently very abnormal. Had to wait on most important morning when leaving for eggs at breakfast for quite a while, which was annoying. Apart from these minor issues we had a lovely stay there. Out of 10? Probably 8.

Carvery on Sunday is good. The Inn at Woodhall Spa has a brasserie, restaurant and a bar area as well as hotel rooms.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We have been here a few times now. The staff are all very helpful. If there was anything we needed they were happy to help. The bedroom was clean and tidy with a well stocked drinks tray. The meal in the restaurant was very nice. We didn't have to wait long for it to arrive and it was presented beautifully. This hotel is great for a relaxing break.

Great facilities and staff are absolutely amazing! Made our wedding weekend run smoothly and accommodated us all in every way possible. Thank you.

Just spent 4 enjoyable days at the Inn at Woodhall Spa. A friendly greeting on arrival by Sarah on reception. The room was found to be clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. The food was tasty and well presented and we were well looked after by Anna. Would recommend a stay there to any one. Would stay there again if in the area.

Lovely building full of charm and character. Good service, beautiful Village setting.

It's nice, but thinks it's in central London with its beer prices. Feels like a dentist.

Disappointing Loud, tables not cleared and no check back to make sure all was okay. Food was okay. Place was completely let down with how a complaint was and is being dealt with. Definitely won't be going back!

Our first visit was yesterday. Choice of different eating areas — we opted for the Lancaster Brasserie the food was delicious and the service in the bar and the restaurant was faultless. Staff are friendly and informative and very welcoming. We will be returning again very soon.

Food was lovely. Really nice atmosphere whether you're there to watch sport or have a nice sit down meal. Staff are very friendly.

Drinks are a little pricey but the food is nice and there is plenty of space.
