Very nice stay clean, comfortable and staff helpful. Breakfast well worth having. You help yourself so you can have what you want. Surprisingly they served Cumberland sausages not the best. Lincolnshire would have been better.

Decent quality, budget city centre Hotel. Decent nights sleep. Small bar public area, and a good quality breakfast. Great for an overnight stay and a decent alternative to a Premier Inn.

Rooms are a really good size we had a family room. Breakfast was okay usual self service buffet. No facility to warm your own bottle of milk for baby but staff were more than happy to take it away and warm it up for us in their kitchen.

Upmarket and smarter than the nearby Holiday Inn and generally cheaper. Modern rooms and cosy beds and breakfast comes with your room always so pretty good. Parking is charged at £5 a night I recall and is behind the hotel. Never had a problem with hotel or staff who are always friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is continental with some hot food. Perfectly adequate.

Staff helpful and friendly, any problems they were approachable. Breakfast buffet was really good actually too. Sadly the room I had wasn't great bed wasn't very comphy and there was noises from either outside, or in the pipes or from the extraction fan in bathroom or all three. Hotel needs to change bed mattress and look at sound proofing. Didn't sleep well first night but hotel were very good and gave me conpensation for the trouble. The phones in room were not working so had to go to reception which didn't help and the hotel only has 0871 number which costs alot to call. It should have a proper landline really. Anyway due to the compo I got I wil give it three stars. Hope they wil act on feedback I've given too.

Lovely welcome, clean rooms, nice big carpark just £5.00 for guests per night. The the staff so friendly… quiet spot only 15 mins steady walk from town. 5 on bike… and hotel let bike in room.

Large car park so parking wasn't an issue although some family / child spaces would be welcome. Room was decent enough, a bit on the basic side but I'm comparing that to a same rate spa hotel we had just come from the night before in Sheffield City centre. Breakfast was decent all a decent variety for a few nights. Good access to local locations and the town centre / uni so can't fault them really for the price. A bath would be nice as opposed to a shower but that's to be expected in the express chain.

Room nicer than expected, bar was nice and open with good beer, car parking additional charge but at £5 for parking in Lincoln was okay.

I really liked the hotel: clean, comfortable and warm. Also the price was not excessive even if you visit it at this holiday. The only thing I would change is the pillows.

Decent hotel, comfortable bedroom and friendly staff. Not far from the city centre so fairly convenient for that, although the cathedral and castle are a bit of a jaunt.
Breakfast was ok, the cooked selection (bacon, eggs, sausages) could have been better. Thought the price paid (£60 for the two of us for the night) was good value.

Room space was alright however they have given me disabled room. It was very uncomfortable to use the washroom and other facilities. When I spoke to receptionist and she said that was the only one available (typical answer) even when I booked it 3 weeks ago, however my mate booked 5 days ago and he got a normal room. There isn't any negative star as they don't deserve even 1 star.

After a less than perfect trip up to Lincoln (bad weather and terrible traffic) we were welcomed by a friendly male member of staff whom booked us in and we were quickly in our room. The room was warm clean as too the ensuite bathroom. After a quick freshen up we manage to make last orders at the bar for some well needed food. Although the menu is on the basic side it was perfectly adequate and tasty and reasonably priced. As my daughter was sharing the room with me we needed additional linen for the sofa bed which unfortunately was not in the room, however a female member of staff soon rectified this and we were given the requisite linen (the member of staff did offer to come to our room and make the bed up for us) but as it was getting late I declined as was more than capable in doing this. We had a great night sleep and breakfast was again on the basic side but more than adequate. I have stayed in a number of hotels and although it lacks some of the "little luxuries" that some supplies this hotel is very good value for money and wouldn't hesitate to use this chain again!

Location is perfect for the city centre. Rooms are immaculate and modern. Breakfast is very good. Parking is £5.00 per night which includes all day before your stay and after which is good.

Room was great and clean. Shower was good quality and the parking was fine. Was surprised parking was a fiver but not the end of the world. Breakfast was awful and as I was so hungover I was quite looking forward to it!

Clean rooms, modern amenities, and the polite staff even allowed us to take glasses to our rooms from the bar. My only complaint is that lunch took nearly 40 minutes in the dining area with only 2 other patrons waiting.

We've just had a night in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was lovely. The only thing that let them down was the food. The evening menu was very basic and the breakfast was poor.

The latest of many visits to this hotel. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms comfortable and reasonably spacious, and the breakfast makes the whole stay a first class experience.

Friendly staff, room and hotel were very nice but air con seemed to only heat. This meant room was very hot. Free Wi-Fi was good, as was the free breakfast. A tad annoying having to pay £5 for parking overnight.

City centre location, helpful staff. Room we had was smaller than Premier Inn standard and bed/pillows on the hard side. Book early for the xmas market which is a twenty minute walk away.

Stayed at this hotel for just one night whilst visiting friends in Lincoln. A lovely city with so much to see. Hotel appeared to be very new. The room was very clean and the services excellent. My only complaint was that as it is right next to a very busy main road the traffic noise was a bit disturbing despite the double glazing. I recommend that you ask for a room at the back of the hotel where it is probably a bit quieter. We also had to pay for car parking.
