Relax before early flight, great food and good service in bar, lovely rooms, would highly recommend.

We stay there every year lovely hotel the staff are nice and very helpful, that's why we always use the jury Inn Mrs Ann Swannack.

Stayed there for the British superbikes at the weekend as it's so near the race circuit. The rooms are lovely and clean and very comfortable beds. The staff are polite and friendly. Will definitely be back again.

We had our wedding here.
The events team were so wonderful from start to finish. Cannot thank them enough and the personal touches have been beyond kind and thoughtful and extremely generous! We received flowers and chocolates and Mrs and Mrs Toothbrushes on arrival which was such a lovely personal touch
And the staff were so kind and they even thought of our child too as she was given special pens, book and sweets. Just so amazing and made me very emotional and thankful. Everything the amazing team and especially our wedding coordinater Jenny have all done for us is amazing and went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much to ask. Everyone was so accommodating from the moment we arrived to set up on the Friday to the moment we checked out on the Sunday.
All parking was validated so the guests didn't have to pay. The facilities were all amazing and we just couldn't fault the whole place.
We had the most magical weekend couldn't have asked for better.
I will try to upload some pictures of the venue that we had decorated when I have our pics back from the photographer but honestly the place is just amazing and staff were the best.

Had a 2 night stay here to attend convoy in the park at donington circuit… absolutely fantastic hotel… yes its a little pricey but the excellent breakfast, excellent meal in the bar, corteous friendly staff, lovely room and super comfy bed made it worth every penny… already booked for march for a return visit to donington for the btcc… cant wait!

Rang regarding car parking as no packages available online, person I spoke to said that it would be no problem leaving my car whilst I went away and that the cost would be £5 per night. Checked in, told receptionist this and they said that it would be £37 per day and that is standard when packages are not booked. Recommend I booked airport parking. Customer service rating would be a minus rating if possible!

Great location for travelling from East Mids. We walked across to departures in less than 10mins. When we checked in the lady on reception was really lovely. Everywhere is very clean and the rooms are lovely and comfortable. My father dropped us off and had a drink in the bar with us due to the heavy traffic before settling off again, the parking charge should have been about £4 but as the receptionist knew he had only waited due to the traffic she validated his ticket. I thought this was an incredibly kind gesture. Would definitely stay again.

Clean quiet rooms. Nice food although costs more than equivalent high street food, but not too expensive. Helpful staff. A good night's sleep before our early flight the following day. Will definitely use again.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's great if you have an early flight like we did. Breakfast is also available from quite early! Lost a star as unfortunately, we had a group of people in the room next door who appeared to be having a little party until quite late!

Excellent hotel, food and drinks were exceptional. Rooms were very spacious and spotless. The beds were fantastic, like sleeping in a giant marshmallow. So comfortable. The staff were superb, polite pleasant, very helpful. Definitely staying here again.

The best way to travel from east midlands airport. Booked a nights stay and to leave the car a week, faultless booking and checking in service. Rooms comfortable and food and drink good, made catching a 6am flight much easier. Marked down one star for the noise as people walk down the corridors outside of the rooms, floor in our part of the hotel seemed noisy as people moved through even when moving carefully, this did on a few occasions disturb our sleep. Otherwise faultless.

From check in to our early morning call the experience to start our holiday was first rate. Parking for two weeks, walking distance to the airport (15 minuets steady walk) the staff here are really nice and food although a bit pricey £15 for burger and chips was really hot and service to the table quick. Overall if we ever fly from east mids again we will be staying here. Ps the beds are really comfy.

Very good price, however room decor a little odd and appears very different to the pictures online. It seems like it is very old fashioned but has been attempted to be made modern. Not a problem for ourselves however as we only stopped one night for the convenience of being so close to the airport. Lobby is very nice. No elevator however which I also found to be odd and a slight inconvenience.

Room was nice and big. Facilities were excellent with pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room included as well as a Gym. A sunbed is available for a small fee but reasonable price. Food is slightly pricey but understandable close to the airport.

Very nice hotel. Clean well renovated. Very modern establishment for a hotel in England. NO ELEVATOR! payment by credit card or cash. Bar open until 00h. Restaurant on site. Possibility to buy some snacks at the reception.

In this hotel I only liked the bed, objectively comfortable. Everything else is poor and very approximate. It is on one floor, but to get to the rooms there is a fairly long staircase, and no elevator. Now, being the hotel a stone's throw from East Midlands Airport, it is logical to think that guests can also be full of luggage; I would therefore like to know who is the perverse mind who conceived the building of such a structure, not giving it a lift! The room, though quite spacious, was not particularly welcoming, with a stain on the wall near the bed and with the ubiquitous carpet on the floor that never lets you know the level of cleanliness. The bathroom, with a shower in the tub, and with a plastic curtain as in the lower category of motels… Let's move to the restaurant: unkind staff and really not very attentive. It was possible to order by 10 pm, so I arrived at 21.45, but I had to wait standing in front of the bar for twenty minutes, because the two waiters were very slow in serving the customers who were at the counter, without questioning what other customers wanted on hold. My turn comes and they tell me it's late. I insist on saying that I have been waiting for twenty minutes, and after various bickering they make me sit at a table without cleaning it. I order the dish, which comes to me without cutlery and without napkins, which I had to ask specifically and which are supplied to me without the slightest grace and kindness.

Very comfortable beds. Good food in bar. Hotel prices, but worth it for relaxed atmosphere, and better than getting transport to Castle Donington or other surrounding villages to eat/drink. Less than 10 minutes walk to airport terminal.

Best option in EMA airport area. Spotlessly clean rooms and VERY VERY comfy beds! Was a great touch by part of management to let you find the room nice and warm at arrival… It doesn't happen often. Breakfast is superb and everything was cooked really well! No burnt sausages or overcooked bacon! (small suggestion to management: would be nice to have some body lotion in the toilet as part of the amenities available: would make it just perfect! )

Nice night sleep, breakfast was nice and simple. Only thing I could fault was the air-conditioning wasn't very good, we had it at 18c and the room was still pretty warm, luckily it was snowing so the window was opened to help cool it down. The room itself was clean and we had 2 beds even though we only needed one. All in all good night stay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Food is excellent unfortunately the menu isn't as extensive as other hotels I've stayed in. I'd always make Jury's Inn my first choice when in East Midlands.

Nice and relaxing place to stay overnight. Rooms comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is fantastic and the dining room is clean and tidy. Only thing that was disappointing was the bar prices but it is a hotel so didn't expect anything different to be honest.

The stay was great the food was devine the room was lovely the staff were great could recomend it to any one a great way to start your holiday.

Stunning staying over 9/12 — 10/12. Food was great, rooms are clean and fully fitted, customer service on the top level. No lift, but I never need one. Really close to airport, petrol station is in 1 min drive. Great place to stay, highly recommended to stay. Love it.

Booked in for one night only as it was near the airport. The room was good and the bed very comfortable and that is the only good point about it. It was ridiculously expensive for the room, £179.00. £7.50 for a glass of wine and the chilli that I had for dinner was appalling. Described as braised beef I was expecting chunks, to say it was minced beef was an understatement as it was hard to find any as it mainly consisted of carrots (in a chilli? ) and beans. Hubby had halumi cheese in batter. That consisted of two pieces on "crushed" peas and a few french fries. Nothing on the menu under £12.00. The hotel obviously caters for a lot of conventions and guests for this are on expenses so they aren't bothered. Would not use this hotel again, would look for something a bit further away at a third of the price and get a taxi to the airport if needed. Would not recommend this place at all.

Very clean room. Perfectly adequate for our needs as we are simply staying overnight prior to getting a plane at silly o'clock. Staff are brilliant! Food is very good. Definitely recommended.

Very close to the main airport terminal. Also very handy for extended stay car parking although this can get very busy if or our experience is typical. Rooms are excellent. Restaurant food fairly expensive but good quality.

The room is nicely presented although many of these types of places are similar. I ate in the bar and the food was outstanding. I had a burger in a brioche bun with bacon, cheese and mustard mayo and substituted the fries for a Cesar salad. It arrived quickly and was flavoursome. The reception and bar staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Recommended.

My wife and I stayed on the 19/08/17 for a wedding. The service was good and efficient and the room was clean and of high quality. There were a few maintenance issues around the hotel but these weren't a major issue. All in all a nice stay.

Room was nicely decorated, staff very helpful. Only a 5 minute walk from the airport. Our toilet flush wasn't working and so they moved us to another room and gave us a complimentary drinks voucher each for the trouble!

Had a meeting at the venue. It is a good central location. The staff we were friendly. The food we had for lunch was great also. Will use the hotel and restaurant again.

This is a well located airport hotel with good dinner options. It took 20 minutes for them to check if they could make us poached eggs and pancakes for breakfast in the morning. I had to return to the reception desk on three occasions to get our rooms paid via third party authorisation form. The swimming pool temperature is routinely set at 30 degrees which is uncomfortably hot for swimming. The shower in the pool side area has two inches of stagnant water at the bottom of it and needs a deep clean. Service in the bar was very slow and they offer cocktails but the bar staff admitted to never making any before and taking 20 minutes to make 3 of the same cocktail. All the staff were friendly despite problems with every interaction. The reception area is beautiful, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of coffee.

We booked an executive room in this hotel, if that's the case then I wonder what the standard rooms are like. Very dated. Why was there a king-size and a single in the room? Surely that's a family room. Bar OK, gym OK. You can struggle up to the airport with your cases as they don't provide trolleys. A bad choice.

Lovely rooms at reasonable price seemed to have plenty facilities but didn't get much chance to check it all out. Plenty of parking with a bar that does. Also a great buffet breakfast.

Just back from a fantastic stay at Jurys Inn and would definitely recommend. We received a warm welcome from friendly staff who really went that extra mile. We asked for a quiet room and we're accommodated without a problem. Staff also offered helpful hints and tips regarding eating out options and the best place for plane spotting!
Rooms were of a very clean standard with super comfy beds. Breakfast choice was ample from cereals to a full cooked buffet style or continental and pastries.
The pool was lovely and warm and very much enjoyed by our 3 year old… even at 7pm on Sunday evening! Changing rooms and surrounding all spotless and clean too.

Brilliant how close it is to the Airport. Rooms comfortable & tidy. However, we booked the 2 courses for a set price. We both had steak. This came with a side salad which was swimming in oil making inedible. We were asked if we wanted a sauce with the steak. We both had Garlic sauce. What we received was a bowl of melted Garlic Butter overflowing onto the plate.

Check-in was fairly straightforward, the room was nice, the bar was packed which meant I had to wait a long time, breakfast was nice. Most of the staff seem decent people but few have time to deal with you. For instance, the receptionist told me to go and wait for 5 minutes so she could deal with guests who wanted to check out, even though I had queued to speak with a receptionist like them.

The Hotel has just been renovated and is to a good standard. Went for a wedding all at the hotel and it was organised and professional. Brilliant place and food was great. Nice hotel and would highly recommend. Has made me want to try other ones in the chain now too.

Refurbished recently, very nice rooms, clean, fresh, good selection of food and great atmosphere. Reasonably priced and great for large groups and functions.

Brilliant hotel, stayed all over the UK, London to Edinburgh and for £55/night b&b best value for money weve experienced. Great room, great parking, great breakfast, lovely staff and the hotel location was excellent for Donington Park. Our only critisism was a little understaffing, a table watcher was needed for the bar area to clear away but they were very busy and a wedding was on. Excellent!

Easy to find. Rooms are OK. Tape holding down carpets in areas. Ideal for just a one night stop. Wouldn't want to stay for long.

In middle of much needed refurbishment. Hotel very dated. Room smelled like a sewer when walked in. Gym a waste of time. Not a great experience. Moving to HI Express tomorrow.

Hotel room are modern spacious and very comfortable, food in restaurant is very nice, conference facilities are excellent, only drawback you can hear the planes landing at night.
