Absolutely Perfect! Stayed here this weekend Friday — Sunday and everything was lovely. The continental breakfast was the best I've seen (and I've stayed in many places) Our room number 3 with the balcony was fab and the bed huuuge! Shall certainly stay again 🙂🙂

What a wonderful hotel! All the staff are lovely and friendly and can’t do enough for you. The hotel is very clean with lovely modern rooms. Breakfast… WOW! Delivered to our room due to covid but What a selection we had, couldn’t be faulted in fact nothing could throughout our stay.
This was a very last minute stay for us and I can honestly say we’ll be back!

Staying 2 nights at the Mode Lytham, it's the second time we've stayed here & it's just lovely. The beds are so so comfy & big, the rooms are stylish & the hotel is so well placed for all pubs & restaurants. We will be back!

The position on the promenade. The ease of checking in and out. The politeness of all staff and the wide range of choices for the continental breakfast.
Amy in the breakfast room was most efficient and helpful, aware of what needed topping up or clearing.

Just got back from a one night stay with the wife and family. Fantastic hotel with large spacious room. We stayed with a balcony and sea view. Really clean throughout the hotel. Lovely continental breakfast. Staff are superb, even sorted some flowers for the room. Thank you again!

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights for a little break away together and it was absolutely perfect! the bar, the staff, the breakfast and the room was 5*. 2 nights just isnt enough
we will definitely be returning!

Easy check in Rob was on reception and could not fault his welcoming friendly manner, nothing seems to much trouble and he went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed for our short stay here. Would definitely use this hotel again for a night away.

Me and my new bride spent our honeymoon in room 1 on the first floor. The room was huge and very clean, the bed was massive and extremely comfy. And the shower was amazing. The staff are polite and very friendly and the buffet style continental breakfast was lovely. Highly recommended will definitely be staying again. Andrew James Leigh and Carla Leigh.

Brilliant hotel, what a find! Will definitely stay again, staff couldn't do enough for us and the room was excellent and exactly as we expected. Our balcony and the view was the icing on the cake. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay special.

Nothing obviously wrong with this hotel, I just feel it is overpriced for its offering. The "deluxe" room was basic definitely not deluxe, however it was clean and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was continental and I thought self service, again this was perfectly acceptable, but then they kept trying to serve us with tea and coffee which was from a very complicated machine in the middle of the self service area, if you are serving the tea and coffee please do it from the kitchen. Have definitely stayed in better hotels in St Anne's. I feel that this hotel is not value for money. Its a travel lodge trying to pass itself off as something more.

Great 2 night stay in a deluxe room, room was spacious lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Continental Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and very attentive staff. Hotel only has a small bar but it is very nicely furnished with a wide choice of drinks — Especially the ‘gin happy hour’! Danni on reception was great nothing was too much trouble, would recommend this property and will be returning.

Once again we enjoyed our stay at the Mode. We got a room upgrade given by Receptionist Dan to an Executive room which was large & very comfortable with a superb view of the seafront. We always recommend this exceptional boutique bed & superb breakfast hotel to all our friends! Thank you Mode for giving us a lovely break.

We have had a great stay. Rooms are beautiful everything you need. Staff very helpfull and the bar and lounge area are 5 star. I only have one issue other people feeling the need to steal breakfast items for later I watched a man take enough food to keep a army marching. Why do people do this?

Lovely hotel but the other people was so loud all night banging doors and shouting. Made are stay not a nice one at all. We had no sleep all night. The hotel need 24 hour reception on as this might stop people from being like that on a night. Not the hotels fault just one of them thinks. We had a balcony room but u couldn't smoke on the balcony so we paid more and couldn't use it. Every hotel iv stayed in at St annes we could smoke on the balcony.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. On the down side, the shower didn't get hot at all. I left it running for a while, but it only ever got tepid which is not what you need on a cold day! However, this is a great hotel in a great location and I'll be coming back in the Spring.

Lovely relaxing bar/reception area, discount vouchers available for most local restaurants and a file containing all their menus — great idea.

The rooms were great, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was all nice with good options for coffee and tea. Only downside was the Wi-Fi didn't work properly for me but did not ask for this to be looked at as no big problem. Would come again.

Lovely boutique hotel. Located in St Anne's it has a very nice sea view from the bedroom we stayed in. They do a continental breakfast which I thought was fresh and satisfactory. Staff couldn't help enough. Overall really nice.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, staff were really helpful suggesting places to eat and things to do. Breakfast slightly ruined by an extremely rude guest who turned up on the last minute expecting a full choice of quasont's, the staff kindly offered to make her fresh as she didn't want the ones that were left but did say it would take about half an hour, the rude guest decided it was appropriate to shout at the kind staff, suggest it was all sh*t and storm off demanding to see the manager. Such a shame as the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for everybody.

Amazing hotel, beautiful additional features and with the customer in mind. Nice breakfast and lovely staff. Peaceful and relaxing. Only 2 down sides are: 1. The car park is a tad tight (cant really be helped) and 2. The bed we had (although it was huge), it was quite a hard mattress and you could tell it was 2 mattresses put together as I was forced to sleep in the middle and I could feel the gap between the two. Will return again though. Thank you.

Beautiful bedroom, en suite, bar and breakfast room. Continental breakfast was lovely and staff were more than happy to help out with anything. Not far to a little shopping area and a 20 minute walk to the pleasure beach. 5* for me; comfy beds and fantastic service!

Have stayed at the Mode 4 times in the last 12 months, and a couple of times before that. It gets better, and nothing is too much trouble. The Mode is comfortable and modern. Scrupulously clean and you enjoy a warm welcome from all the staff. Rooms are well appointed, and a lift serves all three floors. Breakfast is continental but there is a great variety to suit all tastes. My partner is diabetic and behold a sugar free cereal and diabetic jam appeared! Now that's what I call "going that extra mile" There is a well stocked honesty bar that's open as long as you need it. Ample car parking on the front, and great sea views. The staff I feel need another mention, I have stayed in some pretty good hotels and I can say that the staff here are second to none. The Mode is situated about a 5 minute stroll from the town, where there are some fabulous restaurants, and right opposite the beach. Would highly recommend.

Mode is the perfect business hotel, the staff are excellent and very professional. A great place to stay with good local restaurants and bars just a short walk away. I would recomend you try it.

Located close to the St. Annes sandy beach which seems stretched away into infinity.
Last but not least: friendly and helpful staff.
