Visited in October with friends. Danny, John, Colin and the rest of the staff were brilliant as usual. Fabulous breakfast, spotless rooms and exceptionally helpful, even booking table at restaurant for us. Free parking and tram and bus stops right outside. Nothing is too much trouble and we would not stay anywhere else when in Blackpool. Many thanks for a fabulous stay!

Brilliant time at the Windsor park hotel. Very clean and good sized room. Lovely sea view, nice and quiet, good and tasty breakfast with a good variety of food offered. Very friendly, helpful staff with lots of knowledge of the area. Would defiantly recommend and would stay again.

I visit Blackpool once a year, and for a few years picked a B&B at random. Since I first visited the Windsor Park Promenade though, I've not stayed anywhere else. This year will be the fourth time I've stayed here. Excellent friendly B&B, immaculately clean, nice food, and reasonably priced. Can't beat the Eggs Benedict wither. Book early to avoid disappointment though as it's getting busier as word spreads!

Fantastic stay with Danny modern hotel very peaceful stay, excellent breakfast and spotlessly clean we had the superior room with great sea views and will soon be booking again as we really enjoyed the hotel and great location with the team stop 2 mins away thanks to Danny Colin and John for your welcome.

Lovely guest house with very friendly staff. Our room was great — very comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities, bottled water, biscuits and a lovely sea view. Breakfast was very tasty — full English with a choice of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, etc. Too. Danny, the proprietor, was very welcoming on arrival and made sure we enjoyed our stay. There's a tram stop just over the road so it's easy to hop on and be at the Pleasure Beach in a matter of minutes. I would strongly recommend this guest house and will definitely stay again next time I visit Blackpool.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days as our grandson, Alex, was being married in Blackpool. We cannot praise the hosts enough, they made us so welcome on our arrival and throughout our stay were extremely pleasant, thoughtful and considerate. The breakfasts were excellent and it seemed as though coffee was on tap! Next time we are in Blackpool we will not stay anywhere else. Nancy and Drew.

A first class B & B. Very friendly, nice clean well appointed rooms and excellent breakfast. Located just away from the centre, beyond North Pier, but obviously frequent trams onto Blackpool and Fleetwood. Highly recommended.

A real gem of a hotel. Danny and the team really give you a warm welcome and are very attentive to your needs. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast is fantastic! Very highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. My husband and I wanted a convenient location without being too near the nightlife, this location was perfect and the free parking a real bonus. Our room was spotless with modern décor and comfy bed. Nice relaxing lounge and bar. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the delicious breakfast set us up for the day.

Very clean and comfortable. Manager and staff are very helpfull. The rooms are spotless. (even biscuits provided in your room with tea and coffee). Tram stop opposite main entrance. Will def stay here in future as hotel has fresh clean smell.

A very enjoyable stay at a delightful hotel. The hosts were very friendly & attentive. The room was clean, comfortable & relaxing, & the breakfasts were large & well cooked. We will certainly be going back. It made the Blackpool experience all the better.
