Absolutely spotless hotel. The care and attention from Agnes & David was second to none.
Cracking hotel in a cracking location (perfect for the winter gardens) Oh and the breakfast was 1st class. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Thanks 😊

The best b&b in Blackpool everything is beautiful and perfect we recommend you book it if you can and enjoy this place has everything you need and more! Breakfast is lovely the whole place is spotlessly clean the owners work so hard and are very thoughtful and welcoming you couldn’t ask for or think of anything more so definitely deserves a 5 star and top class review with love from Shirley and Steve can’t wait to stay again!

Got back yesterday from a 2 night stay. We stayed in the family room and it was lovely the whole place was decorated gorgeous and so clean. Agnes was so welcoming from checking in we had breakfast too which was lots of choice! Will definitely be coming back next time any of us come to Blackpool wouldn’t stay anywhere else now and will be recommending to family and friends. Thankyou 💕

On my day of arrival Agnes made me feel welcome the rooms are done to high standard all clean and excellent facilities would highly recommend.

Had a fantastic 3 night stay! Lovely warm welcome and very clean sanitiser etc. The room was like home from home, the bed was so comfortable and all the little extra touches was so lovely. I would recommend everything from entering this beautiful home from home to leaving. Agnes an Dave are the perfect hosts. Always our first port of call when we visit Blackpool. Simply the best.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights and Agnes wasn’t nothing but helpful couldn’t thank her enough, would do anything for you. She’s a lovely lady and has a beautiful hotel I would recommend her to anyone staying in blackpool, the location is fantastic only a two minute way away from the houndshill shopping centre. Breakfast was beautiful too. Thanks so much to Agnes and David for the service, you have a lovely hotel! x.

Just got back from another lovely stay at sorrento house. This is the 3rd or 4th year we have stayed here now and will return again. We booked the superiour suite this year and all I can say is wow! the room is lovely, clean, well kept and the added extras make the stay extra special.
Agnes is always very welcoming and friendly and has thought of everything you may need during your stay with her.

Just back from a weekend at Sorrento House, one of the best we have been to, Agnes is so lovely and Helpful with a Bed and Breakfast second to none, the place is outstanding clean with beautiful Decor and a lovely breakfast xxx.

Back again for another year, already booked for next year with Agnes and Dave. The Sorrento is by far the best B&B in Blackpool, for comfort, cleanliness. Fantastic breakfast and hospitality, the list goes on, anyone that hasn’t tried this beautiful B&B you are missing out. The added touches that are given in all the rooms, including the dinning area. So stylish and modern, we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thank you Agnes and Dave, two wonderful hosts. Xx.

We stayed here for a long weekend in the superior room which has all the special touches such as plush his and hers bathrobes, hair straitners and hot drinks ranging from many different teas to hot chocolate with marshmallows the room is very well presented in decor with a very high quality shower with toilet room. As a bed and breakfast the choice at breakfast is fantastic with 10 different hot food combinations available along with cereals and fresh fruit, I can personally recommend the full English as the best I've ever had. The hosts David and Agnes are very welcoming and friendly and offer great advice on things to do in Blackpool. The hotel is very well situated in Blackpool, being in between the North and Central Piers, just behind Coral Island amusements. We would give this 11 out of 10.

Good room, food and service.

This hotel was by far the best hotel iv ever stayed in, nothing was to much trouble for Agnes she did everything to make you very welcome she made my grandson very welcome and gave him everything he wanted David breakfast was amazing will be returning next year 10/10 place will definitely recommend to people thanks for making our stay a good one menu thanks Maxine John xxxxxxx.

If I could give more stars I would … What a fantastic host and a fantastic hotel this is a little diamond hotel and glad we found it … Stayed 3 times in the last 12 months. The rooms have everything you can wish for with little added extras. Spotlessly clean Fantastic friendly family run hotel Free Wi-Fi Excellent area for everything Fantastic breakfast With and excellent choice Stair lift to 1st floor Would highly recommend Agnes and David’s hotel … Make sure you book extra days as it’s a hotel you never want to leave. Great hotel but Blackpool is just not the same will not be going back to Blackpool.

Can not fault this place one bit, it is decorated lovely with a lot of hard work gone into it, very clean and welcoming, everything has been thought of, no corners cut. Photos on TripAdvisor don't do it justice, it is a beautiful place to stay, highly recommend, can't describe how nice it is and how lovely Agnes is!

Excellent location, spotless hotel, nice breakfast, couple go that extra mile for your comfort, reason I gave 4 stars and not 5, if you have difficulties in walking, then its advisable to phone up b4 you visit, to ask for the 1st floor, I was on the second and really struggled, although, there is a chairlift, up to the first floor,

Best hotel I've been to in Blackpool, rooms amazing and staff superb.

Ain't been to Blackpool in thirty years after bad stay. Staying at the Sorrento. Has given me faith in Blackpool again was like heaven in hell. Bad weather but… Who cares we was staying at the sorrento 100/10. Just perfect. Hosts was brill food was fantastic. I ain't saying no more… if everyone stays here I will never get in myself. I can't book in the Sorrento I ain't going to Blackpool.

The location is great. 2 minutes away from the front. Rooms are terrific and the service is amazing.
