Thankyou for a lovely stay, breakfast was spot on and made even more special by remembering what we like! Beds were really comfy. Will definitely be booking again. Thankyou!

The rooms are very basic. Beds horrible, bedding disgusting, shower stinks, kettle didn't work properly. Breakfast wasn't that good. Big hole in wall where pipes come through, very poor. The worst place I have ever stopped in all my life, I couldn't wait to leave.
Desperately needs shut down and updated.

Awful hotel, dreadful man who was drunk and rude in charge of hotel. Food awful and tasteless. Don't stay here not even if ur desperate.

Fantastic place to stay, lovely friendly family, Great breakfast comfatable beds, very clean, even when the fire alarm went off at 6am.

I enjoyed my stay at Walford hotel and the lady was lovely at breakfast and I will stay again Donna.

The hotel is at a great location. The lady who deals with breakfast was lovely. The man was rude to us the breakfast was best part of our stay one two stars for woman.

I was very disappointed with the hotel, when I arrived with my mum as we entered the reception. The guy behind reception never gave us a welcoming visit and even made us feel welcome, because we arrived in Blackpool without a hotel booked we just had to find some where quickly. The price for per night per person was expensive and wasn’t worth £90 for 3 nights per persons, the guy was rude and said that we wasn’t organised with money as we didn’t have it ready in time for him to collect it. I was annoyed he gave us a room 3 stairway high like we was put out of the way. Every day me and mum struggled to walk up and down stairs got out of breath and it was difficult with luggage. The guy was rude through out are entire stay rushed us to get to our rooms cause he was locking sitting area at around 11ish while my mum tried to chill and rest her leg in sitting room as she has arthritis in her right knee and was in pain. He told us he was locking all door so we can’t chill in this room. Then next morning while we was heading out I happened to look in sitting area and the guy was sat there gave me a dirty look so got me more annoyed with how he treat his customers. Very poor and awful customer service from him, he was rude and unprofessional with a arrogant attitude and never smiled at us once.

We were down Blackpool for a dance competition that was taking place on Sunday at Blackpool tower ballroom. We stayed at this b&B and loved it! The service was incredible the couple who run it are amazingly welcoming and make you feel right at ease, the breakfast was lovely being pregnant she took into count all my food diet needs, and even did the dancers some sandwiches. However the bedroom we had was lovely apart from the bed wasn’t the comfy at all and ended up having a bad back the next day, however on this weve thought to take our own cover and put it on the bed then sleep on it I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN WE LOVED IT.

Kettle was rank. Everything else was ok.

Had another great week at the walford thanks again for having me breakfast was amazing would defo vist here again amazing clean beautiful hotel great customer service nice comfortable bed mr a webb.

Lovely hotel really enjoyed our stay, breakfast beautiful as always Lynne is so helpful and great with my little man's breakfast requirements, stayed at this hotel every year since 2013 will see you again same time next year x.

Nice and clean, family orientated, close to tower so in the centre and breakfast was amazing and so was the price, thanks guys I shall be staying again.

Bloody awful! Toenails from previous guests on the floor, no handwash, dust everywhere, broken TV, dirty bed covers, no Wi-Fi — despite being told there was, it didn't reach to the top floor where we were! — dirty kettle, teabags just thrown on a shelf, very, very dirty light pull in the bathroom which incidentally came through a hole ripped out of the suspended ceiling! Slept on top of the beds in our coats due to stains inside the bedding and general condition of the beds. …Plus there was bedding ON THE FLOOR on the landing which I can only assume was dirty or there to be used but on the floor? Really? My five year old was crying, the room was so bad. She wanted us to drive home at midnight. Completely shocking! Left before breakfast as didn't trust them not to make us ill especially after seeing multiple trainers plonked on the kitchen floor. Tried to complain to manager and she began to walk away mid way through. Absolutely fuming. Would NOT recommend at all! Avoid this place. Cannot wait to get home and get in the bath!

We where a gang of lads from north Wales supposed to be staying in the blackpool hotel they double booked us so we where in in blackpool no hotel we passed by chance and went in Garry and his wife had room and can I tell you what a, welcome we had they couldn't do enough for us I h recommend you to go there. Thank you Garry we will be back thanks the boys from Bethesda.
