Just came back after spending 2 days
bed so uncomfortable very noisy smelt like mould it's a dirty hotel only good side was the
breakfast it was was lovely and it's in a good spot staff very friendly.

Place is filthy, carpets through out the place should be binned.
Dirty walls, doors and windows, don't be taken in by pics on their website because they do not resemble any of the rooms in this place😷
Food wasn't good either, felt sorry for the young girls in dinning area they were run off their feet.
l asked for jug of iced water with my meal to be told by a young male waiter, we've no ice here it means l have to go down to the bar for it!
Needless to say l didn't get ice😡
l could go on, but do yourself a favour an don't go near this place.

My dancers and myself stayed here last weekend and what a pleasure it was the staff where amazing and so helpful when needed a great hotel in the heart of blackpool right where we needed to be so close to the competition and shops will defo return again.

This hotel is an amazing hotel staff are helpful and friendly food is amazing xx.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff are lovely and so welcoming. The hotel is spotless also it’s quiet at night time, definitely will be returning Thankyou.

We just had weekend here what a beautiful hotel couldn't fault it staff couldn't do enough for us, food was gorgeous everyone was do friendly so thank you for making us feel at home we will definitely be returning c.

Pleasant hotel, really nice staff, carpark is abit of a walk. Good evening entertainment. Rooms however are a tad bit small, but still worth staying at.

Stayed here mon /fri beautiful hotel kitchen run like clockwork very good menu meals beautiful faultless room lovely an comfy would stay again.

Me and my 4 year old daughter have been staying in this hotel since Friday & leave tomorrow. Cannot fault this hotel in anyway. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean & food is amazing. Will definitely be back.

I recently stayed hear with my wife as it was our honeymoon. 1st of all the room we got allocated was to small and dirty and smelly. The wife went to reception and complained about it so they gave us a bigger room which was better but we didn't notice the smell coming from kitchen thru there ventilation system until the window was open. And the bed sheets had stains on them so we complained but no apologies at all but they were changed straight away. I have got to say the kitchen staff work extremely hard as for the food… that was excellent we enjoyed all the 3 course meal during the week.

This hotel is amazing good staff brilliant food and entainment friendly bar staff The room is a little bit tiny but it's clean loved it.

Reception Staff mostly helpful. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Room (twin) was very small. Bathroom not up to standard as shower had black mould in tray. I had reported this and the fact that our smoke alarm had been covered with a plastic bag on the day of our arrival. We left 2 days later, bag was still over smoke alarm despite me having made further reports of it. The person on desk seemed to find it funny and laughed with another staff member (both high up in management) Resteraunt staff were very friendly and helpful. Had good chats with them, and they always did their best to accommodate the many requests they were getting. Breakfast was very filling, and evening meals were lovely. We missed out one one dessert as Chef said it wasn't up to standard. Well played! Club is downstairs. Not the the easiest to get to. The lift only takes 2 people at a time, and flooring throughout the hotel was uneven and wobbly. Lots of little stairs everywhere. Not good for mobility problems. Outdoor stairs were tiled. Very slippy. No ramp. Shame as location to Blackpool centre is perfect.

Excellent staff and lovely place to stay very helpful and friendly service will be returning in the holidays.

This hotel has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in We went up to are room which smelt terrible of damp and sewage, the sheets that we checked on the double bed had blood stains and excrement stains on them. The floor had a big hole in it. The toilet still had pubic hairs and pee stains on the seat. Dirty stains on the carpet in the room, complained and a member of staff came up and changed the bed and cleaned the bathroom. One member of the bar staff had a really bad attitude towards the guests bringing her personal issues into work when they should be left at the door, telling residents to “shut up” while other residents in the bar where playing bingo even tho the other guests where not playing and sat right at the other end of the bar and might I add this was at 23.00pm in the evening?. The whole hotel was filthy dirty and fixtures and fittings not fitted properly. The entertainment at the hotel was very poor. The only reason I gave this hotel a 1 star was because I had to so I could write this review or my review would have been in the minuses. I will be contacting the environmental health and I will make sure that this hotel will be investigated. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will be letting as many people know that I can never to book the hotel either.

Give this place a wide birth its the absolute pits filthy bedrooms horrible bar staff especially one girl needs lessons in attude food is the pits floorboards creak really bad all over hotel im reporting this place to enviromental health.

This is an amazing hotel food and room good excellent service friendly staff.

Great hotel, nothing is too much bother. Very accommodating, anything you needed or asked for was done instantly. Diner was a three course meal, good choice of food, breakfast was also nice and all staff are very friendly and work extremely hard. Thanks to Terry and Pamela who took all our banter in good spirit
Room was very clean, certainly the sheets and towels were extremely white and clean, bed felt Like it had a topper on it, so slept well. Room had loads of milk/sugar, tea etc.
It is small narrow corridors, a little like a maze, think it was two hotels put into one. Five minutes walk from winter gardens. Price for hotel was great, would I go back, yes! Will definitely come back next year.

Stayed here recently for a event that was on at the winter gardens and the location was perfect less than a 5 minute walk which came in very handy considering our visit was in January so it rained for the 3 days we stayed. The room was small but very clean and tidy and wasn't a problem as we were only staying for 3 days. The room was also very warm which was perfect for the middle of January. Breakfast very nice! Every morning as we sat down for breakfast straight away a member of staff was over to take our order and the breakfast was out within 5 minutes of the order been taken. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Large bar area in the basement with entertainment every night. There is a lift which came in very handy for my dad who's room was on the 3rd floor with him having slight issues with one of his legs. I would say the only inconvenience was our floor boards creaked very loud no matter where you were walking to in the room. Hoping to come back to this hotel again next year.

Great atmosphere first class entertainment comfy beds staff all very friendly couldn't do enough for you, food good, great three days stay, great value for money. Met lots of nice people it was like one big party would definitely got back.

Lovely hotel 5min walk from Blackpool tower staff are really friendly and helpful manager couldn't be any more accommodating. Food is top quality and excellent service nothing is ever too much for them been twice this year definitely going next year. View from our window.

Just got home from a weekend in the royal Alexandra hotel I took my 87 year old mum the hotel staff are lovely and management should be singing their praises they all work hard trying to keep guests happy the hotel could do with a makeover and a easier access to the entrance our room was very small and cold at times I won't be staying again and would not recommend the hotel.

Best Christmas ever! Lots going on, great staff and food of good quality. Room was fine and clean.

Stayed there the week 16th October the staff were really welcoming couldn't do enough for you.

Damp smelling room, small portions every meal and service is far to fast 3 course meal on table within 15 minutes, staff pick up plates while others are still eating at same table, Blackpool promotions should dump this place. Thanks Terry in bar plus all entertainment in bar you cheered up a miserable holiday.

Comfortable clean room, great choice of food, good sevice in the dinning room, helpful friendly staff, will definitely be back again.

Absolutely diabolical! You can't expect to put bunk beds in a room and class yourself as a family hotel when you have zero facilities to accommodate for children. Not as much as a jigsaw or a story book to keep them entertained and I'm disgusted that the staff were rude to my children when they played hide and seek. They were told to respect the elderly within the hotel and warned to keep the noise down. When I approached a member of staff to express my concerns I was informed that the elderly residents were prioritised and to add insult to injury I could write something within the suggestion book. I work hard all year to give my kids a decent holiday and I don't appreciate the fact that you were quick to take my money but done nothing to ensure we were made to feel as welcome as the more mature. It's a hotel. Not a care home and you would do well to remember that if you plan on keeping your custom. The food at your hotel is absolutely disgusting. We chose to eat out after the excuse for a dinner we were served. Watered down curry and cheap and nasty chicken nuggets. Pretty poor considering the price of the meals were included in the holiday. I was informed there were 3 chefs so surely between the 3 of them they could manage to produce something edible. Entertainment?. Ask yourself what 12 year old wants to listen to " Reet Petite "? … its 2017, sort yourself out!

Fambolous as stay full fresh room deepest clean. Breakfast is awesome, dinner like French and itlatian meal was perfect. I will love it this booked again by next year! ^_^

Hotel is a 3star but staff I would give 5. Room was cheap so what more would you expect. Entertainment was fab. Had a good stay and would come back as location was great for all the attractions.

Arrived on monday-fri. Checked in, went to our room, it was smelling of urine, cleaner came to shampoo carpet but didnt take smell away. Got put in another room, it was tiny. Dinner wasn't up to much. Entertainment was awful, but staff was friendly. Sorry wouldn't recommend this hotel The size of room was too small, due to it been a single room we thought but with double bed. Not much room to move about. Shower was wasn't great. Breakfast n dinner staff very friendly n helpful. Rooms were very warm, alot of sleepless nights for many guests, as they were complaining.

I had not been to Blackpool for many many yrs and this April I went with a friend to this hotel and it was brilliant food was marvellous the staff was very courteous and friendly and there was a band on or a tribute band on.

Loved it, especially the sausages, perfect hangover cure hoo hoo hoo, come with the boys every year, great location.

We arrived on Fri 23 June 2017 we were given this as a Xmas gift we have actually never stayed in such a dirty place ever, our bed was absolutely covered in stains our pillow case had dried blood on it the room was tiny and very scruffy the window was black there was no view anyway but it was filthy black the so called shower room floor was very insecure and uneven, the ceiling was covered in leek stains, the bed was so lumpy it was impossible to sleep we left a day early, and what ended it was our towels that were provided and we used and left on the shower room floor soaking wet and dirty were folded up for us to use the next morning and we never noticed until the morning when my husband had to use a sodden dirty towel enough was enough, we never ate there as you are squeezed in beside strangers to eat sorry that's not a relaxing meal for us and we did ask for a table for two but was told there wasn't one which clearly there was, so unfortunately we won't be back and my family and friends will never book this absolutely dirty dirty place ever we were so looking forward to this break and getting time off work together and it was ruined. I have photos that I will post if possible.

Hotel was clean and tidy as we're the rooms but does need an upgrade. Food was nice but a little plain need more choice. Entertainment was good but maybe a little too much bingo. Location was excellent right near the shopping centre. Staff worked really hard and we're very pleasant.

Where do I start! Paid hundreds of pounds and travelled hundreds of miles to see in the new year with family and was very disappointed! Some of our party went home a day early! The room was cramped! Was supposed to have a travel cot! But ended up sleeping in a single bed with my 11 month old top and tailed as there was no where to put the cot unless we blocked the toilet door! The heater was on constantly so room was too hot! HAd to open window which wasn't ideal as there was a constant gush of water! The room was half refurbished! And there was a blood stain on one of the duvets! Food was mediocre! Seating in the bar was ridiculous! Sardines comes to mind! The stairs are uneven! There was a constant smell of urine! The only good thing about this hotel is the staff in the restaurant and the location! Would not recommend at all!

This hotel is a joke manageress is very abrupt corridors are so narrow its like a tunnell rooms are so small and are not cleaned reguraly bar area is like a converted cellar does not open during the day the whole place is a joke blackpool promotions should shut the place down and be ashamed of this old fashioned hotel good point staff are friendly and very efficent at what they do we stayed tuere sept weekend and would definatley not return to this hotel and would not recomend it to anyone better going accross the road to first class ruthkin like night and day a very unhappy customer.

THE staff magic very kind and careing, the hotel is great in all way, rooms are beautful and clean, the bar is well run and the music is great. This is my number one hotel with blackpool promotions.
