Good food entertainment was good, and helpful staff.

Just arrived back and what can I say had a fantastic time ALL the staff where brilliant kind and friendly, food amazing and entertainment was outstanding again would definitely recommend and we have just booked for next year and staying longer xxxx A big mention to the amazing staff on reception and all the bar staff especially Daryl all the staff are amazing xxxx.

So start with the only one thing I found a problem no written information of times for meals etc or how to upgrade to all inclusive butttt upside the girl who worked her bum off was excellent at filling us in x our room was large spacious private bathroom and wee halllway two tvs a proper sofa to sit on tea coffee x on actually looking at the information posted clearly all my questions were answered x dinner was awsome tasty well presented and filling x the staff were excellent no mistakes and plenty smiles x evening entertainment was just amazing Caine ward and Paul Mack fantastic a must see x bar staff Fantastic and on the ball excellent customer service throughout x I can’t wait for breakfast x well done guys x.

Thank you to all at the Boston for helping making my 94 year old dads weekend special. We had a great time and all the staff were excellent. Rooms clean and spacious. We were well looked after.

Stayed at the royal Boston with my 2 older sons on the 14th of feb (Valentine’s Day) till the 18th and I can honestly not fault the hotel one bit our room was lovely and clean and housekeeping done a fab job maintaining it all week with clean towels, emptying bins and replenishing teas, coffees etc. On arrival we had a box of milk tray chocolates awaiting for us in the room which I thought was such a lovely thoughtful touch especially because it was Valentine’s Day ♥️ followed by a valentines 3 course meal. The dining staff and all staff work tirelessly at the royal Boston they really are the backbone of the hotel they do an excellent job and it doesn’t go unnoticed 👏 If I could criticise anything it would be the portion sizes are rather small but I do have a good appetite 🤣🙈as do both my boys it’s probably adequate for most! And the hotel is out the way of the main part of Blackpool and boy is that some walk unless you tram it (my legs still ache 🤣) But that didn’t affect our holiday we did enjoy it and would come back again (highly recommended to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

We are just back from a fabulous weekend in the Boston. Where we met the most amazing people and had many laughs with them. A special mention to all of the hotel staff who were always very helpful and courteous. I also need to mention Jack the best barman in Blackpool. Our room was lovely, food was fab and entertainment was great. We can't praise this hotel enough. Xx.

I went with friends earlier on in the year and loved the relaxed atmosphere of this hotel, I’ve now been another twice since, the staff can’t do enough to help you, the food is excellent, and entertainment in evenings is superb, we went all inc on this trip and definitely more than worth what you pay.

Brilliant from start to finish. From the moment I arrived I was made welcome. All staff were so friendly. Bar staff were amazing as were restaurant staff. Rooms clean and comfy. Entertainment was brilliant and what can I say about the all inclusive bar! Just amazing. The cocktails on tap were delicious. I was there with the MIL abs I raved about this hotel so much to my husband so much, I am returning at end of October with him for my birthday x can’t wait.

Absolutely brilliant time, could not fault the place, food, drink and entertainment all outstanding. Big shout out to Harvey, Michael and Katie you guys do a great job… looking forward to coming back in December 😃

The staff are a credit to this hotel from reception, bar, restaurant and house keeping 5🌟 service, they go all out even though they were understaffed at times. The food is also excellent, all freshly cooked, the restaurant staff can not do enough for you.
Great entertainment every night, although more suited to older generation.
The all inclusive deal is well worth it.
The staff should be really proud of the job they are doing. Thank you for your hospitality x.

Amazing value for money, family friendly hotel. Great service especially from Joan and Tracy in the dining hall who were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you… lovely ladies. Lovely food and clean rooms. Really impressed and will return x.

Great staff, lovely and clean throughout very welcoming and helpful, but meal times was quite late so ended up eating out. I would recommend the hotel. But understandable meals times due to covid. Great entertainment staff brilliant and working hard making our stay this weekend perfect and keeping everyone safe.

Had a fabulous time at the Boston entertainment was brilliant food great room lovely and clean management and staff couldn't do enough for us can't wait to go back so hopefully see yous all soon phyllis and Sharon grimley.

First time at this particular royal hotel and have to say it was fab! great entertainment and fantastic bar staff you can have a bit banter with. Cant wait to come back in dec for xmas party night… lots of cocktails that night so better get the strawberries in lads.

Myself, friend and kids had an overnight stay here… super pleased with everything. Very child friendly … lovely clean rooms brilliant entertainment. Thankyou again we will be back!

Had a great time, all the staff were amazing. The food was lovely and my food intolerance was absolutely catered for. Bar staff were friendly. The Coronavirus was just changing status to avoid large groups and the staff were on the ball completely, all surfaces wiped min of hourly, hand sanitizer and soap provide and used/ enforced sensibly. Will definitely be returning next year. Thanks guys you're doing a great job. Xx.

Had a lovely weekend at this hotel with it being used for Mecca celeb event. Staff are brilliant and well mannered. They try to accommodate you as much as possible.
The room was clean and tidy and overall hotel appearance was good. It is hard to find a hotel where the staff seem happy and appreciate the guests. Well done guys!

Just spent 2 nights here, our room was amazing. Not stayed, cliffs area. Normally in town centre. Will definitely book here again, tram over the road. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Also value for money.

Very friendly staff and lovely food only down fall was no children's entertainment no children on dance floor and asked a few times to take children of floor and to sit down else were away from music and them playing bingo.

Just got back from a night stay loverly place clean rooms. Staff was amazing & very friendly/helpful. Good night of entertainment followed by a loverly breakfast.

Great relaxing hotel, food OK. Darrell is awesome bartender if you are laid back and like a chat with a bombshell. Beds are comfortable and if you get the Seaview all the better. Needs more comedy than bingo and singers. On a whole, pretty good.

Just spent the weekend in the royal boston. Had a great time very friendly staff couldn't do enough for us. Special mention to nicole from restaurant and bar. Food and entertainment was great. The only fly in the ointment was our room (106) was very small and the bed was very noisy and very uncomfortable only there for weekend so put up with it. All in all a great experience. Will definitely be going back next year.

Twin room was very small. Food was so so. Entertainment was great.

We have had an excellent Mon — Fri. Most of the entertainment was fabulous especially the four Ds, and Richard Barry some of The MCs are not too bad, but the lady that was on on Wednesday night is definitely not MC material, there was supposed to be Karaoke on on the Tuesday after the entertainment but they never had it on, the artist that was on took longer than he should have so the MC said it was cancelled. They put it on on the Thursday, and the didn’t work properly and the MC had to be told to put the echo on and turn the sound up, just not very professional! There wasn’t any respect given to the singers, One GREAT thing though the meals were absolutely brilliant a fabulous chef works there, he is a very talented man also the bedroom was small but fine, and the bar staff. Were fine.

Just home from The Royal Boston Hotel. Had a fantastic holiday. All staff were AMAZING. Had a great room 102. Thank you so much for everything, will definitely be back. X.

Haven't been to the Boston for a couple of years went back last weekend and it was great to see the new improved look. Had a GREAT time staff lovely, food excellent, comfy beds!, good atmosphere, will certainly be back! Thank you all for making it a lovely break!

Gd hotel would go back staff were brillant but only thing I didnt like was the view we got from the hotel room apart of that 10/10 defo.

Spent the Easter break at the Royal Boston And the hotel was perfect. From entering the warm welcoming reception we had a great weekend. I must say your staff are fantastic, great personalities from reception, restaurant, bar to housekeeping. They could not have done anything more to make or stay more enjoyable. Food was great Bar and all the entertainment was great Nice clean room Warm comfy bed A special mention has to go to Nathan in the restaurant always had a smile on his face and Rebecca Louise that girl knows how to involve her audience and that voice! Thank you everyone for a fantastic break. Will definitely be back x.

Love the royal Boston hotel. Staff are very friendly. Food is good and rooms are lovely.

Unfortunately our first night there the heating wasn't working so spent a very uncomfortable night However the next day we were provided with extra duvets and fan heaters in our rooms Full marks to the staff Another problem was that the meals at dinner were often cold With hindsight we should have spoken to the Manager about this issue The waiting staff were very helpful Would I go back? probably but not in March because of the distance from the centre 5 stars to all the staff and entertainment was 1st class.

Nice hotel, stayed for 3 day break with children. Entertainment OK for adults, nothing for kids.

Staff very nice food good. The only 3 little problems was soft pillows maybe the decorating could be done it looks tired. The lightening could be a bit lighter you can't read. When in bed brown lampshades all over the hotel apart from that very pleasant weekend I would recommend the the Royal Boston to anybody Blackpool promotions. Done OK Thank-you.

The food is so good I can't describe it.

We were caught out and had nowhere to stay. I booked The Royal Boston at 9pm and was in my room for 9.30pm. Staff were lovely and very obliging. Breakfast was nice. There was no iron in the room but reception staff Kelly (I think) had my top ironed within a few minutes. Nothing was too much trouble. The only grump I have (and it's not a huge issue) was I thought it was very cold. The room was cold and the dining area was cold and the fans going. This will not stop me returning. Thank you to all that made me calm down after the day I had.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean and there was good entertainment on at night time.

Thought the staff was brilliant but we stayed in room 119 and paid £100 for the night. The room had been recently refurbished I believe but I would not like to of seen the state of the room prior to refurbishment as it was pretty poor and cracks all over the wall and in need of a good paint. The glass table in the room was filthy like it had never been cleaned with marks that must of been there for months (management take a look). The bathroom was not to bad to be fair but it had been done on the cheap. The TV was placed on a fixed bracket at a crazy angle so u are unable to watch in bed without being uncomfortable. The hotel itself was too far out from the tower and attractions, breakfast was ok again staff brilliant couldn't fault the staff at all. Bar prices seemed a little pricey 3 bottles of water for the room cost me £4.80 I think was around that mark anyway. With a guiness and rum and coke costing just over 7 quid. Thing that bothered me was that after a busy day we went back room at 10:30pm unfortunately could hear the entertainment like we was in the entertainment room when I needed to get my 5 year old asleep. To be fair though I should of expected this and can't complain it's standard entertainment it's just the walls of hotel must of been thin. Anyway finally got asleep to be woke up throughout the night to creepy floor boards and people going back the rooms slamming doors drunk.

Had a good sleep but rooms need abit of tweeking in places but nice and clean and staff very pleasant but breakfast was nice but looked like for a child not for adults.

The rooms are a bit small but the staff are fun always up for a luagh and the in hotel internment is good fun.

The rooms are comfortable. Dinner which you pre order at Breakfast is superb. I would have no problem booking this hotel again.

From first entering staff very helpful An polite. Room amazing comfortable clean wanted for nothing. Food fantastic thumbs up to Jamie waiter very nice an organised in his job. Will most definetly come back loved it. I give this hotel five stars it's faultless even on entertainment.

Back from a long weekend and had a really good time room we had was very good beds comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee can't fault it, entertainment was good, meals: breakfast good, main meal a bit of a hit and miss on Saturday but Sundays was lovely, service good apart from staff walking out (bad management? who knws) general staff and cleaners were nice, one receptionist (tall girl dark hair) overheard talking about the Scottish guests very rude and unprofessional, the hotel was made up of I would say 95% Scottish (maybe not the right job for her) but as I said the other staffs manners more than made up for this. Have to agree with other comments about soft drinks price a bit OTT also the bar prices expensive. Travel card for trams and buses a great idea. A few blips but all in all had a good time and would recommend the hotel and would visit again maybe bar prices will be more reasonable next time.

Just come back from the royal boston hotel food was good could have been more choice. The room we had was ok no bedside lamp working had abig step into toilet THE enterment at night was great the 4ds where great.

The staff are lovely, food is great, also easily accessible for wheelchair users. Great!

Brought my daughter from thursday till sunday great reception staff really help u and the guy in charge of the dining room had my daughter laughing every morning cant wait to get back and stay again :) xx.

Just back from a weekend at the Royal Boston. We had a fantastic time from the moment we set foot on the coach until we were dropped off again. This was largely due to the first rate staff we encountered. Everyone from the bus drivers, front of house, bar and waiting staff who all greeted their guests with a smile, were extremely helpful going above and beyond to accommodate any requests (of which there were many) all the while laughing and joking with us as though we were old friends. To the kitchen staff who provided the lovely meals and the cleaners who kept the hotel spotless and of course the fabulous acts that kept us entertained in the evening.
Thank you to you all, especially to Kelly in reception, Joe and Billy in the dining room and Fenton and the bar staff for making our holiday a truly enjoyable experience.

What a weekend we've had at the Royal Boston! The rooms are exactly as expected. Basic but clean and beds are comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the food delicious. The bar and lounge area was modern and welcoming with excellent evening entertainment. But what really stands this hotel apart from any other is it's staff. We were a group of 14 made up of 3 carers, a couple of Cougars and 9 Randy pensioners. The staff showed great professionalism and had the patience of saints. Bending over backwards to accommodate the fussy eaters who could never find anything on the menu that they would eat. The staff showed great sensitivity when politely declining all advances and invitations to visit bedrooms and were very quick to serve the carers with their much needed drinks. The staff even showed great professionalism when the fire alarm was set off (just so the ladies could see some hunky young firemen) putting their lives in grave danger entering ladies bedrooms to ensure all guests made it out to the fire meeting point. They deserve a medal and possibly therapy All joking aside the staff really are fantastic, excellent service, nothing too much trouble, showed great team work and customer care while evacuating guests during the fire alarm. To top it all the fun atmosphere and witty banter from the hardworking staff had us laughing all weekend. We will definitely be back.

Lovely staff, comfortable room. Good entertainment. Food very good. Dinner was at set times so you weren't kept waiting. Shame breakfast wasn't the same. Came down and there were no free tables so we were asked to wait outside the room. Not a problem but some visitors didn't seem to understand the queuing system as a few just walked past the people waiting and the staff seated them rather then asking them to wait with the rest of us! Plus problem with parking. The website said there was ample parking but there wasn't, we parked up a side street and wheeled our cases to the hotel. Apart from these minor niggles we are very happy with our stay so far.

Comfortable bed, services was very good.

Here with my 2 children (13 and 7) and cannot fault it. We've been here before and we'll definitely be here again. The staff are lovely and the refurbishment looks brilliant and our room is really nice. I like the location as it's away from all the noise but attractions are still within walking distance. All in all, a massive thumbs up from us!

Just returned from a weekend in Blackpool and stayed at the Boston which my family thoroughly enjoyed. We had a family room which was perfect for the kids. The food was just as good as anywhere we've eaten and the service was excellent. Special mention to Kenny the manager and Sylvia who served our meals. You will not be disappointed staying here…

Treated an elderly couple really disgusting, wouldnt give them a refund because the old lady didnt give them enough notice for breaking her wrist, was going to book for our anniversary but after reading how heartless this hotel was, changed our mind, will spend our money elsewhere!

Was down end of last year and we are going back in April nice staff and good food and clean tidy rooms.

Not long home from a fantastic 4 day break at the Boston Hotel. The staff went overboard to comfortably accommodate anyone and everyone with such a professional flair! They will remember me as on the day I was going home, I forgot where my suitcase was and thought it either stolen or mistakenly taken onto the wrong bus. I reported my problem to the staff and as quick as a flash they were on the phone trying to locate it. I felt very sheepish when I remembered where my suitcase was and went back to tell them that I had found it! Well, Gary the manager just laughed and was just happy I managed to find it. The food on offer was excellent and brought to the table for you as fast as it can be lifted from the kitchen to your table, hot, fresh and very delicious! The menu is varied enough to please everyone with the added bonus of vegetarian or chefs choice. The entertainment at night was just brilliance with a wee game or two of cash bingo. Thank you Gary and all the staff at the Boston, I will be back as soon as I possibly can. I will try hard not to stress you all out when I do manage back to see you all. Warmest regards.
