Stayed saterday night family room was really nice owners friendly WA great with us 2 kids a 5 and a 7 year old made us feel welcome would defiantly stay again very clean and comfy room nice bar.

Lovely owners and the hotel is perfectly placed for the North pier and all the attractions. Will definitely go back soon.

Staff is nice and welcoming, the room was big with a big window with view on the sea. Few minutes to walk to get to the train station or the center (blackpool tower) but in a calm and quiet place. The only thing was that there was no soap in the bathroom but otherwise it was perfect.

Perfect for a stay over at Blackpool.

Great place to stay. Very homely clean hotel. It does not serve breakfast. But there is a small café just 2 mins walk round the corner. En suite rooms with tea coffee and kettle, towels.

Well when looked on internet it said free parking? No Parkin at all for this place? It said late bar? No bar at all? Asked about football? No! No bar no tele with football basically if ya just want bed for night then yes cause ya get nothing else not even reception to book in had to ask guests walk-in out how to check in? They rang a bell then two men cane said no bar no tele no Parkin bye! £150 for somewhere that’s got nothing but a shop below an beach across the road if ya want to hide away an not speak or see anyone or do anything but sleep this your place.

It's a good place to stay if you just want a room for the night.

Would recommend this place to anyone it's clean cheap and the staff cannot do enough to help they accommodated my hen party with no trouble and bent over backwards for us I honestly can't thank you both enough such lovely guys.

Love this place, very clean cheap prices too if you are on a tight budget. Very welcoming sea views very close to all Blackpool as to offer.

Would definitely recommend. Owners were very welcoming and helpful, going that extra mile to help out. Clean and tidy rooms and good location. Would defo stay again :)

Stayed here last night with a group of friends for my sister's 21st birthday night out. Staff were great, really welcoming and not in the slightest bit phased by us.! Rooms were clean and comfortable, just what you need really, ensuite bathrooms and free Wi-Fi, drinks in the bar were reasonably priced AND I liked their measures.! Overall a great little B&B. We'll definitely come back, if we can cope with the deadly Blackpool hangover again!

Nice stay here for the weekend in Blackpool. Ideally located in the center opposite the beach. Parking is available next to it in a pay and display car park. All rooms en suite and a friendly couple own it. Would recommend!
