Bed and Breakfast

Lovely place to stay. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was well made. I went with 3 children and we were all happy here for a few days. Location is great for being near the beach, the pleasure beach, Blackpool tower and the pier. It was very quiet and had a great relaxed feel.

We stayed here this weekend friday to sunday simon is the sweetest host ever very welcoming and caring will definitely be booking into here again thank you for having us.

Recently stayed here & I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, cozy bed best sleep in years, lovely breakfast, really nice bathroom and Simon the owner is such nice person who went out his way to make the stay fantastic best hotel in Blackpool by far.

Simon was very nice and welcoming. Asked for extra tea an milk for room. He was only happy to supply this. The rooms was very nice. Bed was nice an comfy. Nice thick quilts. Breakfast was lovely. We have booked again to stay with Simon. Will also stay at Simon's if he as room every time we go…

Very friendly atmosphere with comfortable Rooms and great breakfast.

Been here since Saturday and what a fab place and host simon is a top man and ex chef.

Lovely bed and breakfast, brilliant location. Very clean bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast spot on. The management spot on couldn’t of been anymore helpful. We will definitely be booking for next year. Can’t wait to go back.

A terrible place to spend the bank holiday weekend. Bathroom was only half completed and the room was far too small. Also the windows were single pained so no sound protection from outside.

Good location near the north pier but far enough set back that you can't hear all the noise from the continuing nightlife.

Polite staff, service was fantastic, rooms were very clean and was local to all amenities.

Great nights stay at the Castleton Hotel. The room was nicely decorated and clean, we could even see the sea which was an added bonus. The bed was so comfortable that, even though me and my hubby like a lie in, we both awoke at 5.20am fully refreshed and ready to go (very odd but certainly not a complaint). Slightly noisey people in room next door but not worth complaining about. Proprietor was very helpful and friendly and cooks a good breakfast which kept us going til 3 in the afternoon, strangely. Had to park 5-10 minutes away as there's barely anywhere on the roadsides and there are closer carparks which we discovered after but not a problem. In the evening we went for dinner near the tower (about 15 min walk for short legs like mine), and then reflex on way back for drinks so location was quite ideal. I would recommend you give it try.

Nice hotel, and great management.

Nothing special, a little old and dated inside and out. Don't expect anything fancy in here, most room have shared bathroom/shower and rooms dint have fridges like the Travel Lodges do.

Simon the owner was amazing. We went for a 30th birthday. Simon couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was brilliant. Rooms are basic but that's all we wanted as we only got our heads down… the hotel is clean.

Just a short walk away from the beach and the Blackpool main attractions. Chris is nice and cooks a great breakfast. Good price for what you get, however the TV in the rooms are old and the Wi-Fi can be spotty which is not bad as I am here for a holiday.

Room is good, location is good, price is good. Ensuite a little lacking but not bad. Wi-Fi signal spotty but works, definite 4/5

It was a nice little hotel, the owner seemed nice with prompt service.
